Lovely host . Accommodation was superb. Mobile chargers , shower cap , amazing range of teas and coffee . Lovely shower . Mattress was excellent and high quality linen. Very boutique . Had the best nights sleep I have had in a very long time as was lovely and quiet . Parking . Breakfast was excellent. 10/10. Will be back with my family . Outlook is stunning. Lovely lounge , dining room too . Really beautiful .

On our arrival we were greeted by the most cheerful host who introduced herself as Sian. She made us feel most welcome.

She showed us to our beautiful family room overlooking the Groe Park and the rugby pitch alongside the River Wye. The room was spotless, with a double and single bed and 2 very comfy armchairs in the alcove looking out at the gorgeous view. Sian went out of her way to show concern and interest in the reasons for our visit to Builth.
She was most flexible in times for our breakfast. We were given a jug of fresh milk for our tea/ coffee in the bedroom. The bed was so comfortable and we both experienced a very good night’s sleep.

Next morning we had one of the most delicious breakfasts we had ever had. This consisted of homemade yogurt, a dish of scrumptious fresh fruit, fruit juice, and a ‘wow’ cooked breakfast including a locally resourced free range orange yolked egg, 2 generous slices of bacon/gammon, loads of mushrooms, etc. etc.

We would most definitely recommend Bonwye B & B and we certainly intend to return. Thank you so much Sian and Eifion.

Fantastic Guest House

Incredibly friendly and very accomodating. Was shown to my room and had everything explained, even showed me how to open the windows as they were not your standard open and close. Room clean and homely. Bed was comfy and bathroom clean. Lovely breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again without any hesitation at all!

Quality, luxury and friendliness in Builth Wells

The stay here was amazing. I received a lovely welcome from the new owners Sian and Eifion. The room was beautiful with a view of the fields and river Wye. There was a complimentary tea and coffee tray. With a variety of different coffees, herbal tea and the tea bags in a jar. Not the mandatory two or three and one or two milks. It also included a teapot. The quality of bedding, towels and pillows were extremely comfortable. I had a delicious breakfast this morning, with homemade strawberry yoghurt included. The main breakfast was delightful with back bacon you needed to cut through, I have never had such quality, not even in the top branded hotels. It was way beyond my expectations. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location for Groe parkrun

We chose Bronwye for it's proximity to Groe parkrun and the location in Builth Wells for visiting relatives and it was definitely a good choice
Our rooms were clwan very comfortable and had everything we needed
The hosts Sandra &Tony couldn't do enough for us
Breakfast was really good to.

We had a very warm welcome from Tony and Sandra. The room was comfortable, impeccably clean and very inviting. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us and had a welth of knowledge about the local,area, from suggestions of things to do to the best places to eat in town. They accommodated our dietary needs brilliantly and the breakfast room was lovely too. Despite the weather we had a lovely stay and the property is in a great position both for local visits and the town itself. Highly recommended!

Wouldn’t 10000% stay again!

Can’t fault anything! The hosts Tony and Sandra are very kind, caring and down to earth. Nothing is ever too much hassle, and they truly try to make your stay amazing. From comfort, cleanliness, amazing breakfast, to even becoming a travel information desk with advice on what to do and where to go to make the most of your stay. Would advise anyone to stay here. Me and my partner felt completely relaxed, safe and at home. We will most definitely be back! X

A lovely guest house

Bromwye Guest House is well situated in Builth Wells. From the house, you walk straight into a park and can walk along the river Wye or walk into town.

The welcome was friendly. The room was fine with all we needed and very clean.

Fantastic welcome, very warm and exceptionally helpful. Motorbikes securely garaged overnight. House impeccably clean and well maintained. Lovely room, handy location for many pubs and restaurants. Stayed one night. Room was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Lovely view over a playing field to the river. Very quiet. Bed comfy, touch activated bedside lights. Generous assortment of tea, coffee etc. En-suite very clean with nice loo paper! Very generous with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was a lovely choice of cereal/ yoghurt /fruit and a delicious cooked English. I had scrambled eggs on toast tasty, beautifully cooked and presented. Hosts were very considerate. Would enjoy another stay.

What a lovely find on Hotels.com A very cosy B&B with very friendly & helpful owners. Had a very peaceful & relaxing stay. It's a shame it was only for one night, so didn't get chance to explore the local area. Highly recommended.
