Room was great, especially the view.

Bit of bad smell in the bathroom and I couldn’t adjust really the temperature in the room so I had to keep the window open at all times.

Very comfortable bed and breakfast was good

Starbucks is just within the building so if you want proper coffee is very handy too

Seamless check-in at 1am. Room was spotless and I noticed that the cleaning staff actually remove their shoes before entering the rooms to clean. Breakfast was a good mix of local chinese food and western cereals as well as a selection of bread/pastries. No robots for food delivery. I've had to collect my food deliveries from a dedicated food delivery room.

Hotel delivers above the value from room to service to location although room is not big but it has all a guest need including a washer that comes with drying function and they even provide laundry detergent at no extra cost. Staff are excellent, friendly and informative with no expectation of gratuity. Location is good, with lots of eateries including mcdonald Recommend to try the massage by 2 blind therapist, there are quite a number of locals. The massage center is within walking distance from hotel Lastly, i love their indoor pool and big gym

This is a great hotel. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The bar was fantastic—Lee, the bartender/manager, was extremely friendly, and the ambience is really nice. Great décor; I highly recommend checking out the bar. The room also has washer and dryer in the room. This hotel also has one of the best gyms I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and there are tons of restaurants around within walking distance. The only downside is that it’s pretty far from the subway—about an 18–20 minute walk.

The hotel is well located, and new. The room was spacious and well equipped. The laundry room is convenient but there’s a bit of mould in the bathroom which is okay but could be improved further. The staff is attentive and the cleaning crew polite, and punctual. Overall a good value hotel for travellers on a budget.

We really appreciate that they took time to use an application to translate in different languages.
This hotel was so clean and very good location in Beijing

The entrance lobby is very grand and the reception staff are excellent and most helpful.

We had booked a larger room and specifically asked for it to be a non smoking room - unfortunately on opening the door we were greeted by the smell of stale tobacco. The front of house staff quickly changed us to another room but it was a slight downgrade from the one booked.

A nice hotel in a good neighborhood but it's a fair way to all of the sights and metro.

Please note: The bar is closed for refurbishment until late November and the swimming pool is shut in the winter.

The room was perfect, and included a small kitchen with a washer/dryer. It’s walkable from Wangfujing Street. It was very safe as well.
The staff and especially the valets guys were extremely helpful, I did use Didi a lot and they helped me quite often.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

The fitness center has s good variety of machines and free weight options, very spacious. The pool is also a plus.
Breakfast is great with many choices, very well stocked.
Room is clean and functional, showers seals/trim may need an update to keep it cleaner.

I stayed in LiveFortuna hotel in December 2024 for 5 days. It’s located near Ritan park and midway between subway stations. Roughly a ten minute walk either direction, Most fares are 3 rmb around the immediate area. Capital express line is 1 transfer to access and 25 rmb to the Peking International airport. Rooms are modern with a loft platform bedroom ( at least mine was) There is a stove top and microwave but you have to ask for just about all the usual cooking utensils. My room basically had 2 teaspoons, mugs, glasses and towels for the bathroom. Nothing else like plates, pans, tea towels, detergent etc. Seems like you can ask for these things, but in the end I didn’t. I guess they must have people stealing everything that’s not bolted down. But a corkscrew would have been appreciated.
On the positive side. The hotel has the best gym equipment of any hotel I’ve stayed in. There is also a heated pool. However no spa or sauna. You are required to wear a bathing cap, seems to be a thing in China. They will lend you one.
Buffet breakfast is good value. Runs from 7 to 10 am and a good selection of Chinese and western food. They will cook you omelets. Nice machine coffee.
Ritan park is 2 minutes walk away, free entry these days. A great place to people watch.
Midday check out. Lots of restaurants and eateries in the area. Hotel ATM can withdraw cash although it looks like China is rapidly moving towards a cashless transaction society ( Alipay, WeChat pay maybe Apple Pay …

Unique and Comfortable Stay

We loved our stay at this hotel! The concept was unique and well thought out, especially having a washing machine in the room—so convenient for travellers. However, the machine was only in Chinese, with no English instructions, making it a bit tricky. The room tended to get a little warm, and it was hard to adjust the temperature just right, possibly because the sleeping area was close to the ceiling.

While the location isn’t directly next to the metro, it’s still manageable with a bit of a walk. On the upside, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby serving amazing food. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with a few quirks that added to the experience!

The hotel is modern and chic upon arrival. Breakfast was superb.

The rooms were spacious enough for 2 people and just may not be suitable for the elderly as there are steps to climb to the bed. Otherwise, it really is a cool room. Not to mention is very clean as well. Great air conditioning too.

The surrounding of hotel has many convenience stores as well as eateries. There is a Starbucks directly beside the lobby for your caffeine needs.

Service wise everyone in the hotel is friendly and is willing to assist you in any possible way.

Overall is an excellent place to stay in Beijing!

It was a really good hotel the only issue is that you have a climb up into your bed which is located in an alcove and there was the constant fear I would bang my head on the wall. But other that I really liked it there and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a really nice hotel, near loads of public transport and near to the main tourist spots. There were also plenty of restaurants around the area. The only thing is we thought we would be closer to the centre of Beijing as they updated where the location was the day before we flew out. But overall great place to stay would recommend

The biggest let down for me that the address was incorrect at the time of booking, so it turned out to be a lot further than I needed in terms of what I had already planned to do in Beijing. We were only notified of this when in China and by that time it was too late to search for something else. The rooms were layed out as expected, but unfortunately lacked in cleanliness, especially the bathroom due to the mouldy grout, which is the last thing you want to see in a bathroom really. I was also sad about the ghetto view from our bedroom lmfao. The breakfast options were quite limited and so was the seating, so make sure you do not go for breakfast after 8:30 or you’ll be standing around with a plate of food with no where to sit.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It is a serviced apartment concept hotel with 2in1 washing and dryer machine. There is a stove n microwave if you are keen to cook though.

I booked this for the loft concept bed. Love every bit of the hotel!

Breakfast selection can be improved because there is no egg station. All else are good!

Had a guy from police at 8am at my door while I was sleeping , asking when I plan to leave China, while I provided all of this information at border control and hotel front desk upon check in. Hotel does not care about its' guests' comfort at all

I really enjoyed my stay and mostly everything about it. The staff were very nice, the room was nice, clean and comfy, there are nice convenient stores and restaurants well within walking distance, etc. I would suggest you all to change the nearby attractions to the correct walking distances and also add the nearby bus and subway stations to make this hotel more enjoyable for others.

Das Hotel ist doll in die Jahre genommen und nicht sehr sauber. Es roch recht muffig. Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Die Lage ist gut. Man läuft 12 Minuten zu uBahn zur Linie 1 und 2. Das Frühstück war gut ausgestattet allerdings mit Essen welches man in Deutschland eher zum Mittag oder Abend isst. Das Personal war nett. Zur Mauer kommt man binnen 1.20 std für circa 26 Euro mit dem Didi .rings rum gibt es eine menge zu Essen. Einen richtigen Supermarkt sucht man vergebens.

Rummen var verkligen fina och välstädade. Fantastiskt fint hotell med simbassäng, pool, frukost etc. Allt var perfekt för oss. Nu har vi lämnat Kina och är tillbaka i Europa igen men vi har samlat på oss fina minnen och att vi bodde på ett mycket välskött och fint hotell som vi kan rekommendera.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den Innenhof. Dieser war leider komplett geschlossen, so dass keine Luft ins Zimmer kam. Die Klimaanlage war im Oktober bereits abgestellt, somit hatten wir dauerhaft 26/27°C im Zimmer, was viel zu warm zum Schlafen war.
Ansonsten war das Zimmer wirklich schön mit kleinem Sofa, Essbereich und Küche. Das Hotel ist wirklich groß mit Pool und Fitnessstudio. Auswahl beim Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht auf so viele Personen ausgelegt.

El personal fue muy amable, aunque hubo algunas fallas durante el check in. La cama mucho más cómoda de lo que pensaba al ser en tapanco pero el aroma del cuarto haría que no me volviera a hospedar ahí. A través de la rendija del aire acondicionado entraba un olor a cigarro espantoso, las toallas del baño estaban totalmente impregnadas y secarnos con ellas fue terrible.
Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño.
