Everything very clean. Room view of ocean was great. Elite pool was nice and quiet. Staff very friendly. Restaurants were overall very good. We ate at the Asian, Krystal and Don Julios, as well as Elite.. Mostly disappointed in the Elite Restaurant. Food didn't have a lot of flavor.

Stayed here Feb 2026. Had a really great week here, it is one of the best All inclusives we have been to and I think I have been to 30 of them over the years. Everyone at the hotel did a great job. Room was always clean, food was really good and the service was excellent.
They have a burger bar down at the beach with every topping possible. The buffet has a ton of options and the Restaurants were nicely decorated and service at them was excellent.
A really nice selection of beers available everywhere, and drinks were good as well. We were at the beach most of the day and occasionally one of the 4 pools. The beach is amazing white sand with no rocks or shells and almost no seaweed. The ocean was crystal clear and beautiful, with a sandbar and waves that made it really fun. There were plenty of chairs at the beach and someone came around every day to position an umbrella if you wanted one wherever.
Played volleyball everyday with a fun group of people from Minnesota.
It really was a total package of everyone just doing an amazing job, with a great hotel layout and amenities.

There was just an issue with our bed it was so uncomfortable. We survived but it definitely was not a good sleep. We have been here on several occasions and this is the only time we got a bad bed. It won’t stop us from going back but definitely didn’t have good luck with the bed this time around.

While the rooms were clean, modern, bright and spacious, the overall stay was just okay. We had called the resort directly and requested one king bed and the representative said they put that in the notes. I even spoke to Expedia and mentioned I would like a king bed which was also requested at the time of booking. The hotel gave us two double beds saying that we had requested that. We are a couple traveling to spend quality time together so having two separate beds made the experience less for us. We were shocked by how high the ratings and reviews were of this hotel. The food was mediocre and nothing we ate blew our minds. The buffet food was often room temperature and dry as if it’s been sitting out for a long time. The freshness and quality was a hit or miss. The specialty restaurants tasted ok. We have stayed at better Riu locations. Probably won’t be coming back to this one.

From the warm welcome at the front desk to the relaxing spa services and the beautiful birthday celebration at the steakhouse, every detail felt special. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. As my first solo birthday trip, it exceeded my expectations and made me feel celebrated, cared for, and completely at ease. Everything was wonderful! Staff was so kind and accommodating. Food was fantastic. We found that there was little to no wait if we went right when the specialty restaurants opened. If we went later, there was a wait, but not terrible. They would give you a buzzer and you could go do whatever until it buzzed. Drinks were great! Great dessert choices, especially at the coffee shop for those late night cravings. We found that if you were down by the pools by 10am you could usually find chairs. After that, it becomes harder to find, but if you ask a staff member they will help you out! There was a good mix of ages of people while we were there. We loved the theme parties that we went to at the Caribe! It's definitely an experience! Our room was very nice and housekeeping did a great job keeping it clean, every day! We would definitely come back to this resort! It was a great vibe!

The room was very clean and it had a welcome gift and a complimentary drinks. We were well taking care off! The staff pay close attention to your needs and take care of it right away! This resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff was attenuative and the food selection was wonderful; unlike other resorts we have stayed at. The check in was an issue. We uploaded all the information, passports, room assignments, etc. before coming. Had to resubmit it all and the room assignments were incorrect, wouldn't allow a change. Newer, modern resort with a beautiful beach. All of the staff were very polite and attentive. The drinks and food were all amazing. This resort is also across from the La Isla mall which has plenty of dining/shopping options. This resort definitely isnt a party resort but they offer a shuttle to Riu Cancun where Riu has most of their large parties at night. Would definitely stay again!

Beaches were absolutely top rated with lots of chairs, trees and umbrellas as well as a very attentive staff. Overall the staff was amazing and really seemed to be enjoying their jobs with big smiles and friendly hello’s. With only a couple of exceptions in the lobby bar, lobby snack area, towel service and lounge bar. Throughout the restaurants and around pools and beach the staff was outstanding. Would definitely return here on our next Cancun trip.

I can’t say enough how much my fiancé and I enjoyed our stay. The food was better than what you would expect from an all inclusive with a great variety of options. I will be missing my omelette and cappuccino I had every morning. The staff was amazing, amazing bartenders, waiters, and entertainment staff. I wish they offered some more activities/amenities, but otherwise all was well.

Very clean resort. Wonderful upkeep in rooms public spaces and grounds. We didn’t find the basic tropical drinks like margaritas and daiquiris to taste anything like they do in the states. And it would be nice if they offered seltzers or other beers we have in the states. Food was good and we loved all the fresh fruit available for all meals. The property was so beautiful overall , however the food was horrible & so was the customer service. The only staff I can give a shoutout to is Nacho , he enjoyed his job was very helpful & attentive. I cannot speak for everyone else , they weren’t welcoming at all it was almost like you had to show you had a tip in your hand in order to get good service which is backwards to me because that performative service. You had to call more than 3 times for towels , when the towels did come they had stains in them , we did have a cover the first night so our room was not cleaned all the way , no new roles , no nee tissues it was a mess. Room was beautiful i enjoyed my room & i enjoy how the beach , shopping & other places are so close. Perfect location they just need to retrain their staff.
