Beautiful resort, excellent location
Staff were nice. We had sea view rooms and the veiws were stunning. Clean rooms and surroundings.
I could have done with better choice of food for vegetarians given resorts was busy.

Удобное расположение, вкусная еда.
Неплохой выбор спиртного.
Огромная территория.
В СПА есть турецкий хамам, сауны хорошего уровня.
Крытый бассей и джакузи нам не понравились, вода должна быть теплее.
Мы жили в новом корпусе там где СПА, думаю это лучший корпус отеля.
Всем рекомендую!!!

We stayed in building 1, nice big room, very clean and close to the indoor pool and spa.
Food was plentiful and good quality.
Lots of chairs at the pool, even during their busy time over Easter.
Free parking and good location for seeing the sights in Montenegro.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel close to the beach

We arrived before check in time, our room was ready and a very friendly reception member of staff checked us in.
Our room, in the main building on the 4th floor, was overlooking gardens as well as the ground floor bar. In the evenings the noise of loud, drunk guests was slightly disturbing. The room was clean, bottle of water was provided on our arrival. The only thing which we find annoying was twin beds, no option for a double or joining them properly together.
The hotel offers good selection of food for everyone. We had fresh seafood/fish for dinner every day. We loved the life stations with fresh smoothies, cheese and chocolate fountain. It gets busy during meal times but mainly at the beginning of the service. The staff was polite and friendly.
Easy access to a beach. The gardens are looked after and clean.Drinking water available in the lobby at any time.
Parking included in the room price, gets very busy towards end of the day. Smokers can smoke anywhere within the grounds, no designated area which is unpleasant for no smokers/children.

The food was very delicious and in abundance. The animation team were really good. But the appearance of the hotel and the room was a complete let down. In our room, the safe box numbers/ letters were wiped out so you couldn’t even tell what you were pressing. The wall paper was ripped. The air conditioning was hit and miss, would work sometimes and be really hot at others. Bath tub clogged with first use. The beach is not private and is not owned by the hotel, so looks nothing like the pictures. Overall, I don’t think I got value for money and wouldn’t come here again.

Enjoyable stay.

This is a decent all inclusive hotel. The food is good and plentiful. Rooms were comfortable but not particularly large.
Very good programmes offered throughout the day, activities etc.
The main negative was that like many hotels there was no enforcement of any pool beds. So we had to get up at 6.30 to make sure we had beds for the day. It’s a shame that so many hotels don’t realise the nuisance this is for their guests. Staff were helpful but not overly friendly.

The staff work hard to try to make the best of it.
The hotel, however is dated and in need for a major investment. My room was pretty basic with intermittent TV signal. WiFi was available around the campus, but the signal was also really weak and kept dropping. The SPA was very basic with massively inflated prices. The food was plentiful, but very repetitive and blunt. All in all, 3 out of 5.

In the priority building don't take the 2nd floor. Our room smells bad and had a very tiny balcony. Ask for the 3rd floor and up. All of the rooms have big balconies with flowers. If you have children or old parents it is better to take rooms on the first floor since it has a small terrace and easy access to outside facilities. 2nd floor is terrible!

If you’re looking for a charming, relaxing, authentic, and unique holiday, this is NOT the place. But if you want a place for families where the kids can do activities and the parents can drink adult beverages in the sun all day, it’s perfect. So it depends what you want. Property was very dated, food was large-batch cafeteria-style in a busy, loud room. Staff was very friendly.

We selected Iberostar as we have gone to other Iberostar resorts in other countries.
We found our stay in this resort very unpleasant. When we got there, the parking attendant told us that we could not park there as it was full even though we were on the list of to check in, and we were told to check in with reception for parking.
When we checked in and inquired about the parking they said we should speak with the parking attendant! A lot of run around and unfriendly staff!
At checkin we were told that they would need to hold our passports overnight for the registration, when we inquired about how compliant is this with countries’ requirements that citizen have their passports on them when outside of their country or what is their security protocols for storing passports, we were told that we could pick up our passports in the evening. When we insisted that we would wait since they clearly could not securely store our passports, the reception completed the registration at that point in time.
When we had an issue with our room key that it would not open one of the doors, we had to wait over 20 min to have the key reset.
Most staff were rude, the resort was over crowded, the food mediocre at best, basic amenities missing (i.e map of resort, do not disturb sign….)! We were so disappointed and could not deal with the lack of service that we left a day before we were supposed to.

An absolute bargain, we paid £34 each for all inclusive. Room was great with pool/sea view, restaurant on site was great and had all you need. Pool area massive with lots of entertainment going on. Can’t fault the food we had the buffet lunch and breakfast but ate out in Budva for evening meal. Would stay again for the convenience.

This all-inclusive hotel was lovely and in an awesome location on the Adriatic - both things we really appreciated. The staff was really helpful when they recognized our senior mobility needs and moved us to a more convenient room. The hotel itself is not suitable for those who have difficulty with using stairs. There are only 2 handicapped rooms and although there are elevators, stairs cannot be avoided due to the layout of the floors.

Overall, it was fine given what we paid, but it was probably the least service friendly and worst all-inclusive that I have stayed at. But again, for the price, it was fine. The mix drinks and wines were not great, some were not drinkable. Food was ok, but all buffets. Pools and beach were nice. Room was fine.

Beautiful resort hotel. We were surprised to be upgraded to a family suite that had been newly renovated. Perfect for us travelling with two kids. Only complaint was real lack of water pressure in the shower, but they did respond to fix the hot water issue. Grounds and pools are safe and well maintained. Food and drinks were excellent.

Pluses first: a breathtaking setting and clean maintained grounds, great landscaping. Good selection of food in the buffet.
Minuses: the floor of our room was dirty the entire 6 days. The bedding was not changed even once. There are no bathrooms by the pool, so one can imagine how much urine is in that water. Nothing is served, just to set the expectations straight. If you are by the pool and want a drink, you have to go to the bar and get it yourself. There are only 5 cocktails that are made at tge resort, made by a machine.

We had a great time. The food was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful views. The sea was clear and clean. WiFi was good enough to stay in contact with family at home via WhatsApp and FaceTime (I know some people have criticised the WiFi but it was fine for what we needed it for). We enjoyed walking to Budva Old Town through tunnel from back of hotel and also to Becici and through the tunnel the other end of the bay.

As a four-star hotel, it was a 5/5 for us.. yeah certain bits could be better, but for the price and the game t that Montenegro isn’t known for its all-inclusives, we think it was very good. We had a nice modest upgrade in room and the staff were friendly, drinks were ok, food was good and decent variety, but again for the price and for the fact that they are going for an all-inc ticket, we were happy - so much so that we’ve re-booked for Sunday of this week as we’re still in Montenegro!

The property is well maintained and located within walking distance of the main beach of Budva and the old walled city. The adjacent beach is very nice with very clear water. There is a nice pool and tennis courts. The chairs around the pool tend to be taken by exceptionally selfish people who reserve them early and then don't use them for most of the day. (Management should find a way to limit non-use fo one or two hours an then make them available to others). There is no problem getting beach chairs/umbrella (at additional 15 Euros/day cost). The restaurants serve very good food and a nice variety.

Before booking you should know that the resort is 'family friendly,' meaning that there are kids running around and most of them (while I was there) had zero respect and parents minimally monitored their behavior. This is not a management issue of course but if you expect a quiet, peaceful vacation, skip this hotel.

The management and staff could not have been more lovely, helpful, kind, and attentive.

The rooms and cleanliness of the hotel were very good. However, it was the restaurant service that let this place down for me. You had to queue for your own drinks, all the while your food is getting cold. What would it have taken to put a coffee pot on the table or serve a glass of wine at lunch and dinner. This is not what I would class as 4* service. For this reason even though we had booked AI we chose to eat out of the hotel for dinner each night.

The walk into Budva was lovely along the sea front, watch out for the 4E boat trip at the jetty, excellent value. Top tip use the travel shop next to the little supermarket on the way to the main road, excellent service and value

Most other guests did not use the tennis courts, indoor pool and gym, so they were easily available and good quality, although the tennis rackets need replacing.
Food was OK and plentiful, but would have liked different theme restaurant to upgrade for one night of luxury. House wine was not to my taste. One of our rooms was modern and fabulous, one a bit dated and tired, with an odd shower layout, but both clean with great balconies and views. Had a nice trip to Budva and water taxi back. Hotel evening entertainment a little lacklustre with backing tracks not musicians. Location lovely and pools clean, well managed with plenty of sun beds for all. We had a lovely time

This hotel is pretty run down for an Ibero star and totally overcrowded. I wasn’t even there during high season and it was next to impossible to get a spot at the pool. Too many rooms and too few pools. You have to pay extra to go to the beach, which is not cool. If you want a nice relaxing vacation, I shyest spending a bit more and going to one of the nicer hotels like the splendid. They are less crowded. The one saving grace was aqua gymnastics. Loved it!

We had a wonderful family experience. The hotel staff made a huge effort to make sure we were looked after. All of the staff were so curteous and friendly, learning our names and making sure we had a fun time. The hotel was very comfortable and the 'all inclusive food' was without doubt, the best we have ever experienced with at least three types of fish and seafood with every meal and a huge variety of vegetables and salad. The cocktails served from 10am until 11pm were hand made and plentiful and the wine and beer definitely acceptable. My three grown up children said that it was their favourite hotel.

Visited first week of April, as it's not a full season the hotel is quiet and not too crowded which we liked it very much.
The hotel and its location are simply breathtaking. Very clean rooms and public areas.
The hotel divided in to 3 buildings named park, grand and terrace. They got different receptions for check in, so it's better to check which block your room been booked after you made the reservation. Otherwise it's involved some walking with your luggages during check-in.
The management still in process of getting the hotel ready for busy summer so lots work going around like painting and fixing. But nothing affected our stay in anyway.
Room heating not working due to maintenance work but the reception offered portable heater which did its job.
April the weather is still cold, can't swim in the sea as it's freezing cold. Same in out door pools, beautiful pools its a shame we can't use it as the water and the weather very cold.

Good size indoor pool and jacuzzi available but the indoor pool not really ideal for kids as it's 1.62m deep all sides.
Good size gym with well maintained equipments. Didn't got a chance to use spa facilities but the price of treatment looked reasonable.

They got star friends club for kids, they got some activities going on whole day and mini disco in night, which was brilliant and my son enjoyed it. The kids club staffs (stojan,maxi and aida) are simply amazing and very friendly, aida is one of best child minder I ever seen. my son c

Well located, well maintained hotel.\n

Stayed in sea facing room which was large enough to just be comfortable.Small but adequate balcony. The hotel was in a good location being midway between Budva and Becici \"harbour\". No problems joining tours with local agencies - info available at reception - and they were amazing value for money. We enjoyed 3 - all full day events with lunch included in the land trips, and with English speaking guide throughout - no. 1 ( land, 42 euros ) was Kotor plus Lovchen national park and Cetinje, no.2 ( land, 48 euros ) was \"wild and beautiful Montenegro\" which visited most of the country's geographical high spots, no. 3 ( boat, 15 euros ) was a trip around Boca Bay including the Blue Cave. Transport was provided from bus stops near the hotel. I would very much recommend some inland sightseeing because the countryside has some spectacular locations - Tara canyon, Macca Gorge, Lake Skadar, Boca Bay etc. The prices reflect that September is close season. The hotel staff in all positions were excellent and spoke English well. That apart English was a rare commodity.Also, the hotel worked hard in maintaining the beach, grounds, pools, and tennis courts. Everywhere was clean. Food was plentiful and varied in a self service buffet. Not the highest standard of cuisine but certainly acceptable. Self service alcoholic and non-alco drinks, includind wine. Wine list available ( cost involved ) if required. Easy to walk into Budva on a paved surface, and plenty of bars and resaurants nearby.

hotels for SMOKERS

When you arrive you get a bracelet Nazy camp style with a number.
there no way out of the building without passing heavy smokers and none cares if you are non smoker. The same on the beach or by the pools incl by kids pool. Hardly any staff speaks English. Only are helpful.
There is a charge for sun beds which you have to pay by cash only .
Next door hotel don't charge for sunbeds btw. Very disappointing experience .

We had a fantastic week here at start of April. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The kids club was great for my two aged 8 & 11. Brilliant food, facilities and spacious room. Right on the beach at Becici with two good pools, this is a very large hotel used by many tour operators from around the world especially Russia and France.
We upgraded to a Junior Suite with sea view in the Terrasse section. Well worth doing.
We were on All inclusive and the food was good served in large buffet style dining areas. Worth trying to get an outside seat in the Terrasse restaurant.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
Small gripe that you have to pay 8 euros per day for the sunloungers on the Iberostar cordoned off section of the beach, even as hotel guest.
Budva just about reachable on foot through a pedestrian tunnel. We had a hire car so could explore a bit. This is a beautiful country. Kotor old town fabulous but go early or you will get snarled up in a traffic jam getting there. Drive the Ladder of Cattaro for fantastic views down over Kotor and the fjord but beware oncoming coaches. If you want a resort that's a bit smaller and less commercialised, try Petrovac.

soviet style customer serivce and mentality

The hotel by itself was good. We stayed in Iberostar in different countries of the world MANY times, and I thought it was a safe bid in Montenegro . But this was not the case. Be aware - 90% or hotel guest were russians and the customer service was soveit style. there was implied hostility between guests and hotel representatives; we witnessed a few hostile conversations on the front desk. Maids were entering room a second after a knock. Internet access that we purchased from them really sucked and i ended using my cell phone plan to do whatever i needed to do. When in the end i said that i don't want to be charged for this they replied \"THIS IS NOT THE WAY WE DO BUSINESS\". The most amazing - they asked us to leave our passports at the front desk (to make copies, saying that their copy machine did not work at the time of our check in????). Once we were checking out we found an incorrect charge on our bill. When I said that I will not pay this charge, they said that i will not give me my passport back until I pay the the entire amount. After a heated conversation it was settled, but the aftertaste was really bad. Iberostar is a great chain and our experience with them so far was between very good and great. I believe they need to look into this hotel operations and put in place a management team that does not have this soviet era mentality.

This place is terrible

They don't even have tissue paper in the room or at the reception. They make you wear a bracelet your entire stay and give you lip when you have visitors. The location is in Becici but it says budva because they are right on the edge. The location is good if you can't get anything in budva. They said sea view but a palm tree blocked all but a small gap. The food is not great but not terrible. I just was not comfortable. Let us put it this way I paid the same and got a better room across town on a nicer beach and no one asked me where I was coming or going. The staff was pleasant but they just don't understand how annoying it is to be monitored and badgered about coming in an out.

Service could be more polite and helpful

Security Guards were rude, in the parking and halls, people couldn't even check on the football match, the guard was layed in the coutch and wtching discovery channel. reception as well not helpful. THey had a great brekfast, but i did enjoy dinner much. the surraundings were great and the sea was wanderful, the pools were clean. A big garden space and nice. The indoor pool was not warm and was small. Sauna and turkish bath is not free, it was an additional cost on

Nice hotel with terrible food

The food is terrible. It is clear that the policy of the hotel is to use only the cheapest ingredients. If the weather is bad (as it was during our stay) the main bar is outside and so is unusable and as they were only using one restaurant in another block we had to walk through the torrential rain to go for meals.

Nice hotel, bad breakfast

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay. I did have a few problems with regards to the room at first though. I had paid extra for a \"Sea SIDE VIEW balcony, which apparently is much different from a sea VIEW. I could barely see the sea to the side due to all the palms leaning over the balcony, meaning they were blocking the full view, be aware of this, they take define it VERY precisely. I kept on complaining and after 45 mins. time managed to get upgraded to a floor higher up (still with a Sea SIDE VIEW, but this time I could see just over the top of the palm, much better, but took a lot of struggling with the receptionists despite that is was low season.

Apart from that the hotel was very nice and new.

Location is half an hour along the highway to the new town and 45 mins to the old historic town.

Breakfast is a buffet of mediocre to low quality due to the ingredients used (although the freshly cooked omelettes were good), I imagine dinner is not much better for the people chosing full board, just a warning.

Remember to print your confirmation from Hotels.com since they cannot find out how to invoice Hotels.com just with the confirmation number written down.

There are some great points about this hotel.Location to Budva is great. It has lovely gardens, nice pool, great animation team (probably the best I have ever encountered). Great views from the Terrace restaurant.
However the beach is awful and you have no option but to pay for even standing on the beach. The food is very low quality, we paid half board but choose to eat out for one night. We had to pay a deposit for towels which I think is unacceptable at a 4 star hotel. Also because we were half board and not fully inclusive(FI) we were constantly told we had to pay for our drinks in an extremely rude manner when of course we were prepared to pay for our drinks. However many of the bars would not accept payment as they only dealt with (FI) so couldn't even buy a drink at the pool. at dinner when my son was choking I asked for a glass of water as the drinks had not arrived by then that we were paying for and we told we could only order from a certain waiter whilst MY SON WAS CHOKING!!! I had to leave my son to run to get water from a tap myself. There was a startling lack of common sense and customer care. It a beautiful hotal if you dont mind the huge building site around it but I would not recommend it as you are treated poorly if half board and the food was to poor quality for FI.

Would not recommend...

unless you are traveling as a family and want the all-inclusive experience. The food was not very good, the staff was not helpful or very friendly, and the amenities were all things you had to pay extra for including laying out on the beach, using the gym, and connecting to the internet (which is not available in the room). If you stay there be prepared to get up very early and stake your claim to a beach chair or pool side chair.

Coffee machines could be improved/replaced, not even a glass of wine included in all-inclusive, too loud music being blasted at dinner and (if dining late), from the entertainment outside until 22.30 hours. Anything else was superb and the staff was excellent.

Das Geschirr war immer schmutzig (Essensreste und klebrig), keine Reaktion auf Beschwerden; das Essen war sehr eintönig und nicht gewürzt; am Strand durfte der eigene Sonnenschirm nicht verwendet werden. Im Pool wurde gegessen und getrunken, Poolliegen waren ab 7h alle den ganzen Tag belegt, obwohl viele den ganzen Tag nicht benutzt wurden; die Kinderpools haben nach Urin gestunken und waren nicht nutzbar,
Zimmer waren OK (nicht mal Wäscheständer vorhanden); der Fön war dauerhaft immer nur 60 Sekunden am Stück nutzbar, dann ging er aus- auf die 5 Reklamationen in 7 Tagen ging niemand ein;
Insgesamt verdient diese Anlage maximal einen Stern.
Wer den Ekelfaktor liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die ganz Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Der Strand ist auch sehr schön. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

They didnt have air condition because it is availlable only summertime june july. I didnt notice that Hotels.com site at all. Maybe my bad.

Room was very hot because weather was hot. So we had keep door open also night time. Someone smoked all the time somewhere nearby so our room was some kind of smokery. You should ensure airnconditioning if it is hot outside.
I fun from reception but was old so noisy that was impossible to use.

Room was nice BUT air conditioning

Balcony hasnt any sidewalls between rooms. So there was not any privacy between four rooms. Not so nice to same terrace with other hotel quests. This is only upper level but its good to check before reservation

Jag har bott här flera gånger och skulle lätt boka igen. Jag uppskattar hotellets trädgård, omgivning och maten. Allinclusive är bekvämt och deras mat och dryck är i väldigt god klass och i överflöd. Att promenera fram och tillbaka på strandpromenaden tar 1h, väldigt bra motion. Dock mycket barnfamiljer om man blir störd av det. Att hyra solsängar på stranden kostar från 12€ per dag, i trädgård och runt poolen finns solsängar gratis. Hotellet erbjuder strandhanddukar mot deposition 20€.

The hotel was large covering a very nice area. The food was abundant with many choices including freshly grilled options which was great. The pool was not clean which raised concerns. There were a lot of people in all pools and no one would take showers before entering. As a result the water seemed milky with floating pieces in it. My daughter as expected got an ear infection as we arrived back. The entertainment ran until 23 which although nice for some proved quite irritating being every night. Would have been nice if it stopped at 22.

Skønt af sin slagt men med et psr udfordringer

Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Det skal siges at vores piger synes det var den bedste ferie men vi voksne er nok ikke den store fan af denne type ferie men det er bestemt ikke stedets skyld og det var et godt sted af den type ophold.
Personalet var søde og især i grand teressebar var de meget venlige. Underholdningsteamet gjorde en stor indsats og vores piger elskede dem. Maden var udemærket men ikke så varierende som man kunne have ønsket. Værelset var lyst med god udsigt ogder var fine drinks med et godt udvalg.

Det der kunne arbejdes på var at personslet kunne prøve at stramme om om de regler de selv har indført. Der sidder altid to mænd ved poolen og holder opsyn men de holder mest opsyn med deres telefon. Folk står op før kl 6 for at reservere en solseng som nogle først bruger om eftermiddagen, selom de har regler om at det ikke er tillagt. Hvis man kommer kl 9 er det umuligt at finde en plads med skygge. Nogle forældre lader deres babyer bade nøgne i poolen uden det bliver irettesat af personalet.

Alt i alt havde vi en dejlig ferie og for folk der er til underholdning og store steder kan det klart anbefales. Især hvis man er typen der står tidligt op.

Schöne Aufenthalt

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel Iberostar Bellevue. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist groß aber gut organisiert.
