This is perhaps the worst place I have ever had to spend a night on. Here is a breakdown:

Check-in process: It took more than 20 minutes. The front desk person was not patient with simple questions along the lines of \"I parked the car at location X, is it okay?\"

Room: Booked a non-smoking room. Surprise! The room reeked of cigarette fumes. A \"Rainbow Air Purifier 5200-II - Odor Eliminator\" was running in the room. To make it even worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Asking for a solution did not result in a resolution, as the hotel was \"fully booked\".

If the owner knows there is no non-smoking room available, why hide this and make a customer suffer?

Anyone who is considering booking at this place, I highly recommend avoiding at all cost.

There were signs saying they were updating, but there was no working elevator, and to even get to the first floor rooms you had to climb stairs from the lobby if you couldn’t do stairs, you would have to go outside all the way around the building and in a side door.When I checked in he kept saying I needed to park around back, where it was incredibly dark. I asked about the empty ones on the side under the street lamp and he reluctantly said it was okay. The door to the room stuck and was hard to make sure it was latched. The tub was not cleaned because there was an old bar of soap on top of the shampoo dispensers. The floor had not been vacuumed because I found dried dirt clots. The mattress was not top quality . For the price I paid I would expect at least those things. I feel like the price point was more fair to be around $70 a night not over $150.

I had to kill two bugs in the three days we were there.
I tried to open a window and thought it would fall out.
They were \"under construction\" but they were putting hard would floors over the dirty carpet.
the bathroom ceiling had rust on it.
The coffee machine had not been \"dusted\" in weeks.
I would not stay there again or recommend it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds and main room was outdated but cleaned and tidied. However, the bathroom was a different story, especially the bathtub. There was clear mold in the grout lines and around the tub. Mold could also be seen on the walls and ceiling. We did enjoy the game room and the breakfast was sufficient.

The most disgusting place I’ve ever slept. Holes in the walls, smelt of cigarettes, towels with stains, what looked like blood stains on the mattress and the corridor seemed like it hasn’t been vacuumed in years. This room was already booked, it was late and only one other hotel in the area. Let me just tell you slept with ALL of the lights on and kept waking up every 20mins. Truly a horror film setting.

the first room they put us in smelled literally like a decaying animal body. The second room they put us in had trash still on the bedside stand and pubic hair on the floor in the bathroom. That room was never even wiped down or swept. It was literally the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed.

We were very pleased about the property. One concern the ice machine, on the floor near the lobby, was not working. The agent at the front desk was okay. Had some answers to our questions but others nothing. Example: The TV was not working. He offered to move us but we were settled in. He then gave us the password and when used it the TV worked fine.

When we entered the premise - the man at the reception was as rude and not at all welcoming. As we were asking him for a room to stay.. .

We had prepaid our hotel stay - but this guy was as if in a never mind attitude.
The hotel does not have a pool and it says that they have pool. The pool was not functioning.

I would say you will get better hotels to stay than this.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were very hard, very uncomfortable. We put towels on the bathroom floor because it looked dirty. There was a long black hair in the tub, the shower head was full of hard water and the water temperature was too hot. The biggest issue was with the door to the room. Somehow the security thing flipped and we were unable to get in. They had a crowbar to open the door, and it apparently happened before because there were already marks on the door.

Interesting property. In its heyday, it would have really been something special with lots of
Rooms, small banquet room and an attached restaurant. But now the banquet room is the breakfast room, and the restaurant is a game
Room—foosball, pool, old time video games (including PacMan!). That’s all to say this is an older hotel that has been somewhat updated. Double beds instead of queen, carpeted floors in rooms (even dog rooms) and hallways.
Has both front (parking lot) and back (inside corridor) doors. Our outside key didn’t work when we got here (inside key did work) and the staff member on duty immediately contacted the maintenance guy who fixed it right away. Room was clean, WiFi worked well, TV was good, plenty of hot water, and some great areas for walking our dogs. Breakfast was good with options from cereal/toast to biscuits and gravy or waffles and hard boiled eggs. A dual
Plus and minus was its location off the interstate, easy access to the hotel but we could really hear the truck traffic all night. Good for a night’s stay while we were traveling

The people next door were smoking heavly w/ door next to my door open which my ac pulled in the smoke. I complained to staff, but he said nothing he could do even though all nonsmoking rooms. The bathroom floor was so dirty, my tennis shoes stuck! The topper is when called at near 11 pm on my cell and asked Well, are you coming or not? I checked in @ 8:30 and was about to go to sleep!

Convenient location, staff is great, breakfast decent but the rooms (especially the bathrooms) desperately need a makeover and updating. Old moldy caulk in the shower, water damage, loose crooked toilet, loose shower tiles Couldn’t use the lock on the front door as it was blocked by a DYI weather stripping job. I would stay here again though for the location and price.

This property was in kind of an unsafe area, and when I couldn’t get the key to work, the front desk guy originally refused to help. Turns out it was a bad key. Also, it was a nearly empty hotel, but there was this insane spotlight shining directly into my room, illuminating it completely. They could have either fixed the light or given me a different room. Sketch vibes.
