The linen had hair all in it. The bathroom towels and wash cloths had hair on them. The hallways stink and the bed was a platform bed. This hotel was nothing like the pictures. False advertisement all the way!!! The mattress was hard as hell and the pillow was flat and very thin. If you choose to stay at this hotel make it your last resort. Honest opinion. They lucky it was non -refundable.

The toilet seat had black mold on it, the tub had dirty brown spots all at the bottom. Along with the rest of the tub was just nasty dirty. My room didn't have any shampoo or conditioner. Not even a bar of soap. The floor thoughout the room needed swepted.
Overall the room looked as if it haded been clean in weeks. The bed was the only clean part of the room. I've never stayed in a room as nasty as this room was. I don't ever make complaints but I couldn't not say something about this room.

The heater was so loud I couldn't hear the TV I thought it was a fire hazard I let them know my first day I waited 3 days complained again because I had no heat when it was 0 degrees outside the shower curtain was barely hanging on the wall anyway I complained lady was very rude took it as a personal attack to I left 3 days early to stay some where else and was told I couldn't get my money back .... We will see

Not what I expected when I booked our room. Heavy smell in hallways and elevator. Our room door was not secured and we couldn’t lock it. That was fixed with my husband’s help.First day we complained about clogged bathroom sink and nothing was done even they promised us that will be checked and fixed.

DO NOT STAY HERE... TOTAL HOLE!

Hotel is an absolute no-frills hole. Hotel claims to be extended stay, but their is nothing in the rooms... No pots or pans, no dishes or glasses, and no utensils. Guess they expect us to bring our kitchen wars along for the trip.
My wife and I didn't start one night in the hotel and the hotel refused to refund our money. Terrible customer service.

I was shocked and very disappointed when I walked in the room. The kitchenette must have been from 1950, their were no dishes or pots/pans, the bed looked like a platform bed from Ikea, the only chairs in the room were banquet chairs, and there was no desk. This is supposed to be an extended stay suite. Needless to say, I will not be returning. :(

The smell of smoke is overwhelming when you walk in the hallway and room which triggered an asthma attack. The BIG boxer dog nextdoor barked non-stop. You can clearly hear everyone’s conversations while in a separate room. Absolutely no privacy.

Employee was outside smoking while I walked right past her to go check in. In the room, the air conditioner was VERY loud to the point we had to shut it off. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The full size fridge was nice, and the room was clean though.

Noisy people fighting and screaming slamming doors in the 6am room didn't have good internet service no blowdryer we had to ask for soap no coffe no cups no ice machine bathroom door won't lock no sing to but on the door for do not disturb room service nocking on the door at 10am checking if we left so why in the world?when the check out is at 11:00am although the girl at the front desk (milnda) was nice and was welling to change the room for us we will not return to that place

Very pet friendly which was good for my service dog but the elevator smelled like dog urine for first 9 days of 14. I didn’t have a problem gathering my towels and exchanging them at the front desk but no one ever offered to clean the room or swap bed linen. Needed extra time checking out after 2 weeks and they about gave me a heart attack trying to meet their time hack considering long waits for a slow elevator/multiple trips. Got locked out and they acted like they might not let me back in for my last couple items. Never saw much housekeeping then, suddenly, half of the staff is waiting for “only me” to get out of their way. Weird vibe, lot of marijuana smell in and around hotel.

I was staying overnight for a work trip and felt horribly unsafe. Everything stank of cigarettes, weed, and alcohol, walls were thin and I could hear everything my neighbors were doing, and as a single woman traveling alone, I was worried about my safety. Things just didn't feel right here.

Checked in to the hotel the outside looked great. Got to my room it was dirty it had stains on the floor and wall and had a smell. Turned the TV on didn’t work. Went downstairs to let them know said they had no maintenance on site at the time and will be fixed. Stayed 7 days and ended up buying a TV they never fixed it. Second day the toilet started leaking. They fixed it but wanted a different room but was fully booked. The only reason for staying was I was in the area for 7 days and the price was manageable. The maintenance man stands outside smokes and sells weed all day while living at the hotel. You get no help from staff. This place is a joke.

Checked in and was good, dropped bags in room and left for the day. Came back at night to find no hair dryer in room and no toilet paper was in room either, good thing I had rolls in car. It was after 10pm and front desk was closed and said to call. Could here them on other side of wall but was told they don’t give out hair dryers after hours and told I was wrong about no toilet paper. Shower was awful too.

The desk clerk was MIA for 30 min. Tried the call the front desk thing with no success. Called the national number and was getting close to having them call someone in charge when he showed up. His eyes were 21st century Michigan glassy (if you get my drift)

The shower head had obviously been broken for some time. It was being held up with a cable tie. The tub drain was clogged.

We won’t give this brand another try.

The beds were like sleeping on a pull out couch. They were metal framed with no box spring there was nothing to cook with, no utensils, no pots, no pans, and this was the kitchennet. And what they said was they had no way to disaffect it. So they didn't have nothing for you to use. But it really makes no sense, considering it's just like being at home, but obviously not.

Very disappointing

Arrived at 3:25 to check in, no one around. Called phone number provided multiple times, no answers. Left after 35 min. came back 30 min. later and finally had people at the front desk. Not overly happy when we said we had already waited over 30 min to check in. 1st room we got had greasy stove, dirt on the floor, something smeared on the wall and part of the blinds broken off. Second room was better. Very generic, no dishes/pans provided for kitchen. TV buttons didn't have batteries, night desk clerk was very polite when changing them and apologized for rude people on earlier shift.

Great location and price. Rooms had nice kitchen but it and the bathroom were not clean/well functioning. The kitchen fridge was dirty/unclean and the batgroom shower didnt turn off all the way, which resulted in rust/dirty looking tub. Also, there was damage around the air/heat unit from mositure.

This felt like a very old property. Bathroom was super clean, but shower knob was challenging to turn on/off was left dripping when we got there.
Fridge doors opened on the wrong side, weird when they can be moved.
Fortunately the beds felt much more comfortable than the camping cots they resembled.

Hotel smelled funny, probably because they allow pets, which was made even more clear by the frequent dog barking. There's also no sound proofing, you can hear everything, even footsteps walking in the hallway.

Totally a very nice stay. More information on light switches as it was 2nd day before we figured out we could not have all or none of the lights on .

Also would be a good idea to update to handheld showers. I was unable to shower while I was there as my hair was as professionally done before I came and I had no control to keep water off my hair.

This is not a place you would want to go if you actually want to sleep. We got back to the room around 11 pm. There was loud music coming from one room and another room had a dog that barked and the owner continued to yell at the dog for hours. We checked out the next morning and asked for a refund for the unused night since we could not stay another night and not sleep. We got nowehere. Will never stay at another woodspring.
