Try Tre Calle for really spectacular views. Of course, the Path of the Gods is great.

This hotel has one of the best views in the world. No exaggeration. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The location in car-free Ravello is a 10 minute hike with lots of steps, which would be a challenge for elderly guests. The rooms where wall-to-wall marble, but the furnishings were worn-out and sparse. A couple thousand euros per room for new functional hotel furniture, mattresses and adding shelving in the bathrooms and closets would make this hotel a hidden gem.

Recommend! Excellent view and beautiful terrace. You can get the perfect Amalfi coast sea view from the room. The room was clean and staffs are super nice and friendly. The town - Ravello is also very beautiful, it’s close to Amalfi but less people comparing to Amalfi so it’s quiet at night.
There was some small hiccups when we checked in, the door lock and the toilet seat was broken, but after notifying the staff he ran to the shop and able to fix the door lock for us. The toilet seats were not fixed at the end but it’s not an urgent issue comparing to the door so I guess it’s okay. But it would be better if the room has no issues to start with.
A couple small fact to notice 1) since the hotel is in Ravello which is a town on a hill and it doesn’t allow cars inside, you have to walk about 10 minutes to the meeting point if you want to get taxi/bus/or you own car from the parking. We used the parking and there will be shuttle service to bring you to the parking lot from the meeting point. Also highly recommend purchasing the luggage service since the 10 minute uphill walk is going to be very difficult when carrying a bag, 2) you get a bit less privacy since the terrace is shared across 5 rooms and also the restaurant guests, but we are okay with this.
Despite all those little things we still thinks this is a great place to stay since the sea view is just so wonderful and staffs are super friendly. It’s a great deal for this price range IMO. I would recommend this property

Villa Amore was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. We stayed while attending a nearby wedding and were blown away by the hospitality. Ines and the entire team were incredibly kind and helpful. The garden room views were stunning, and the space felt peaceful and private. Our room was clean, comfortable, and they even helped with laundry service when we asked. Salvatore helped coordinate our luggage and made our afternoons extra enjoyable as the barman. We loved the lemon pasta at lunch and felt truly cared for every moment. Can’t wait to come back!

Hidden gem in a gem of Ravello. While the walk from the street to the hotel is about a 5-10 walk from the street...it's all worth it for what you get in return. The Hotel is beautiful with a staff the goes above and beyond. Antonio was there for me from prior to our arrival and during our stay. His staff is trained just like him. Breakfast was very good and you enjoyed it overlooking the water. Book early and be sure to book a room with a balcony. Priceless!

Great hotel with beautiful view. The staff was super friendly, the cleaning lady came everyday once we left the room (no matter when we decided to leave). Absolutely great. This is a 4 star hotel in my eyes. It was much better than the other 4 star hotels we stayed at during our Italy trip. I will go back here next time.

We enjoyed our stay very much at villa amore. The only thing that was troubling was we asked the receptionist if he would recommend one of the beaches in the next town over. He responded that we should go to hotel san lorenzo, villa amore's sister hotel for towels and beach chairs and that they would take care of us. No mention of any fee for this was said. Upon checkout we had a 40 euro charge added to our bill for the beach chairs.

The hotels is beautiful; however, if you stay at the \"standard room\", be aware that the window faces a wall. All the other rooms, have amazing sea views. However the room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Don't forget to ask in advance for your luggage to be brought to the hotel when you arrive, as there are many stairs to get to the hotel. The hotel is well located, next to Villa Ciambrone. Breakfast buffet with Ravello's view is amazing, they even had gluten free options (cereal, cookies and bread).
