The staff are absolutely awesome. The facility is clean but my room had no AC for my entire stay. When I complained to the manager, she came up and pretended that she had it fixed, but nothing happened. I couldn’t sleep for my entire stay there due to the high temperature. It was absolutely miserable for nearly $1000 per night. Everything else was ok. Just the lack of AC is a problem. It absolutely destroyed our vacation there

We stayed in lemon apartment and it was simply amazing. EVERY employee here went above and beyond... AMAZING customer service and very convenient. Food was fairly priced and high quality. My kids LOVED the fries calling them the best in the world. Burger was yum... pizza was well done although my kids didn't love pesto on top. Staff was among best on trip.

Beautiful property on the coast below Ravello. Has complimentary breakfast, a great restaurant, and a lovely beach club that serves food and has a swimming area. Staff very friendly, and it’s such a dreamy location! We walked to the village of Minori for dinner one night-adorable (although a little tight with the small roads). Doable and worth it though. Also enjoyed the ferries-and loved our down day of relaxation here!

Away from the crowds and tucked away just minutes from Minori. Everyone was so polite and friendly and quick to respond to questions or requests. The natural swimming area at the base of the hotel was a major plus!

The hotel's restaurant was mediocre; the food was nothing special and seemed overpriced for the quality offered. Our room had ants, and housekeeping was only available upon request, which meant our room wasn't cleaned regularly.

This property has so much potential. Unfortunately the staff was rude other than housekeeping and front desk manager. The shuttle service is extremely limited and the pool attendant is rude and listened to tv loud enough to drown out the waves. You are up charged for everything here. We also weren’t made aware of construction prior to our stay. The price I paid for a panoramic suite as a splurge on a 3 week trip left me wanting more. I hated feeling like I was stuck in a tourist trap by the place we chose to relax and call home for a few days. This property left a lot to be desired - if wanting to travel around and see Amalfi and Ravello I suggest staying inside one of those towns. This is a review after staying at other properties for 2 weeks

The hotel is fairly isolated, but that is why we booked there. The front desk staff kindly arranged for a shuttle to take us to Ravello, but I wish we would have had a little more time before our designated free pickup time. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were huge.
The breakfast buffet was very nice. The restaurant was not very accommodating when we asked to the chef to cook the lobster/rather than serving it tartare. My daughter was ill the rest of the trip and was diagnosed with a bacterial infection upon our return. Coincidence/maybe.

Right on the water, this hotel is a hidden gem. Located close to Amalfi and other tourist towns. Shuttle to ferry makes it easy to get around.

The ocean front property is beautiful in stature from the outside and the staff at front desk are quite attentive. The rooms are small and average. There are limited amenities. My room faced a noisy courtyard. The outdoor pool and access to the Mediterranean is lovely. The complimentary Buffet breakfast is well done. The restaurant on the property is nice, but over priced and service staff could be friendlier. The hotel offers a complementary shuttle a few times a day to either Minori or a Amalfi ports. Otherwise, they’re charge to pick you up, even if it’s only a mile or so is very expensive. I’ve never been in a hotel, where I checked in as a solo traveler, and they had a twin bed with one pillow, and one towel for the bathroom. I found that very unusual, and not in line with a supposed the four-star hotel. While the location is pretty, there are a lot of amazing properties closer to town that you may want to consider to avoid the high cost of transportation. I suspect they may be more updated and may have more amenities as well. Hopefully, they will consider my comments in this review. The hotel certainly has potential if it would become a little bit more customer, focused, and attentive to the needs of travelers and the limited transportation in this area of the Amalfi coast. More attention needs to be given to your room, amenities and more regular shuttle services. They may want to consider additional programming to offer more entertainment.

While some staff were nice, several of them were unbelievably rude and just horrible. Our room was infested with bugs when we arrived because evidently a window was broken and wouldn’t close. We arrived late it was the first night of our honeymoon and when we called them they came and vacuumed and had a bunch of guys come to fix the window although it was super late at night and refused to move us to another room or compensate at all. They were incredibly rude and just expected us to be ok with the bugs. They totally ruined the first night of our honeymoon and they couldn’t have been more horrible about it

We loved our stay at the hotel. It is an absolutely unique property. While not a new hotel, the decor, material, etc adds to the charm. Staff was fantastic. They saved us from being stuck in the rain by sending their hotel van into very rainy and not so nice driving conditions on short notice to get us. Restaurant and food was very good. Great for families, even with older kids like I have. Thanks so much to the entire staff. We will be back!!!

Agree with other reviews. We stayed in the nearby apartments...while the walk along the busy road was a bit dicey it was in a great spot to access Minori which is a lovely small town and easy to pick up supplies. Waterfront/pool access was great given the beaches are pretty ordinary.

The hotel is built on a cliff that is level with the ocean, you can swim in the pool or the ocean while enjoying incredible views! Ravello is a very hilly area but the hotels location makes it convenient to everything the Amalfi Coast has to offer. The rooms are clean and covered in Italian tile that lets you know you are in Italy. A delicious breakfast is included and the staff was so nice and helpful. Be sure to say hello to Ivan as he is a bartender extraordinaire!

The room was very outdated… AC did not work, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, bed and pillows not comfortable (all shared with staff while onsite). Overall seems good value for price paid.

Gorgeous hotel on the water in Ravello, highly recommended! The rooms are spacious, clean and up to date- such a treat to look out to the scenery. We had dinner on-site which was outstanding (food and staff both excellent.) Courtesy shuttle available to go to/fro nearby cities is another plus. Lastly, coming from the US I wasn’t sure about booking tours (boat trip and Pompeii) so via email ahead of time, the staff arranged both to start from hotel. Such a relief- both experiences were perfect and hassle-free. Thank you, grazie!

Excellent hotel! While transportation is hard in amalfi they provided free shuttle services that made it easier. The service was excellent and the food was great. We had an early flight and they booked a taxi for us and proactively made us to go breakfast for the ride. We loved this hotel!

Wonderful hotel, fabulous location, not many hotels on the Amalfi coast you are able to swim in the sea. All the staff, without exception could not be more helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Breathtaking view from the restaurants. Your car is parked on arrival and their is a shuttle service from the hotel for Amalfi and Minori. Quality of restaurant food is vey high. Nothing to fault at this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is secluded so the transportation is little bit of a challenge. Need to take Taxi. The hotel has a shuttle that runs close to where you can take a ferry but they don't run all the time so you are kind of limited with schedule.

The property was great however we stayed in the luxury apt which I was told was 500 meters away from the pool. It’s 500 meters if you measure the distance over the water. The actual distance was further walking the streets. I felt the 500 m was false advertising. If you want the hotel for view and pool I’d suggest not staying at the apt.

This property was disappointing starting with check in where I was told I did not have a reservation and after the gentleman found the reservation I was told to be quiet and go to bed. Every morning the man running the breakfast would become angry with us for drinking bottled water that was provided and by the end of the week he provided us with a pitcher of water saying “ drink this you drink to much water” on the positive side the bar tender Evan was amazing and apologized for his colleagues

I thought the staff were wonderful and friendly. The hotel is amazing and you can jump into the ocean right from the hotel. Some of the outdoor facilities were a little rough around the edges but they are in the process of repairing these and it didn’t take away at all from our visit. The restaurant is a little pricey but cheaper alternatives are nearby. I love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
