Great hosts, very comfortable room and lounge area, good WiFi (if you want it), fantastic breakfasts with a wonderful choice of cereals and cooked.
The quiet location but with Wadhurst and other places close enough to make it a great place to base yourself and do some touring of the surrounding area.
We would quite happily book this again if and when we’re back in the area.

The location was very peaceful but close to many beautiful places National Trust etc.
The bedroom was comfortably furnished with an excellent walk in shower.
The lounge / dining area also was very comfortable with a lovely outlook.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
The host was friendly and informative.
A really excellent place to stay.

A dead fly and a few dead spiders.
Wonderful hosts and lovely plentiful Breakfast.
The only downside was the Bathroom, too lower ceiling to not be able to shower standing up due to the style of the farmhouse.

Highly Recommended

We contacted the B&B to arrange a very early check in which was agreed with no problem.
There was a dedicated parking space close to the guest entrance which made taking luggage to the room easier.
We stayed whilst the worst of Storm Darragh was passing, so the short walk to the entrance was very welcome.
The room was spacious enough with shower, comfortable bed and, despite Storm Darragh doing its worst outside, very quiet.
Breakfast was very tasty with all produce locally bought, or made in house (I recommend the marmalade!) with a selection of cereal, fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt, a cooked breakfast which you can tweak to your liking.
Sally and Michael Marley-Ward, the owners were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
We were staying to visit family and were quite late going to our room and did not explore the area which looked very rural and very interesting.
Highly recommended.

It wasn't the easiest place to find in the dark. Tho host were very friendly the accommodation was clean and comfortable also hand the use of a loung with a log burner which was very comfortable. Would recommend.

Best experience ever. Rooms look as if you are in a fairy tale, the owners are attentive, kind and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The breakfast was delicious. All in all a WONDERFUL experience.

Very Relaxing

My husband and I stayed for two nights at Little Tidebrook Farm and it was everything we could have wished for. The accommodation, the comfortable guest lounge, seating area outside (where we enjoyed a bottle of wine in the beautiful garden) were outstanding, not to mention the delicious breakfasts ..... Sally and Mike were so welcoming.

Enjoyable long weekend stay

We found the owners very welcoming and friendly and extrmely helpful with suggestions and local tips. The b&b is in a wonderfully secluded rural location with friendly chickens outside and country walks from the front door. The cooked breakfasts are tasty and generous. We stayed in the green room - twin beds not ideal, but ample space and the bathroom across the hall is large, with a full sized bath and powerful shower. A good spot for a country weekend.

Quiet B&B with excellent hosts

Friendly down-to-earth hosts, comfy & cosy bedroom, beautiful rural (you do need a car) location. We had the twin room with the private bathroom across the corridor - bathroom was spacious, shower hot with excellent water pressure. The downstairs communal lounge was great (larger tv, books, games). Location ideal for Battle, South Downs, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells.

The hosts were charming, but the property has clearly not been updated in some years. There were large stains on the carpet in my bathroom, and much of the breakfast crockery was cracked and chipped, making it a bit of a health hazard.

Great hosts, great breakfast

Sally and Mike were not there when we arrived, but had left very detailed instructions on accessing our room, so no problem. Transport definitely needed as some distance (about a mile) from main routes - but that's why it's peaceful. Our room did not have a shower, but a shower over bath; unfortunately the sloping roof meant we couldn't stand up for a shower - a minor problem.

Little Tidebrook Farm is a delightful place to stay in the English countryside. Coming down for a delicious breakfast in the morning and being greeted by the chickens outside the door - not to forget the wonderful hostess who provides the yummy breakfast.
Bedrooms are very clean and comfortable, lots of space to put your things. All are supplied with water, coffee, tea and biscuits.
Being Canadian, some English plumbing can be a bit of a challenge - one bedroom tub only, second bedroom hand shower in tub, third bedroom has a small but good shower. All worked just fine - just good to know what to expect!
Breakfast and lounge area for guests is cozy and comfortable - fire was lit every evening for our return - very nice.

Very friendly and helpful owners, slightly quirky layout but out in the middle of the countryside so not that surprising. The Wifi works, its warm even when the weather is freezing and the breakfast is good with local produce etc.

We had two lovely evenings here, room was comfortable, and well stocked. The breakfast was of high quality with a selection of options. Full English was excellent

Good place to stay

A nice place to stay, friendly service from the owners. The rooms are a bit of a mixture as they are just fitted in to the space in the existing building. The Wi-Fi works which is not always true in smaller B&B's in this area.

Overnight stay for a family do in Ticehurst. Very accommodating hosts. Rooms lovely, beds comfortable. Lounge area had deep sofas and a blazing log burner - very cosy and welcoming. Super cooked breakfast with local produce and homemade preserves. Nothing too much trouble.

We had a lovely stay at Little Tidebrook Farm. The room was really lovely. The bathroom was great but be aware if you are tall as the roof of the bathroom slopes on both sides. You must always bend down to get and out of the bathroom as there is a step down and also a low door. There are signs giving plenty of warning but you can still bet caught out, as my husband was! The pillows were not to our liking but we put up with these as the rest of the room is so good.
Sally is a fantastic host and even offered us fresh milk even though small pots of milk were already in the room. Breakfast was amazing. There was a good selection of cereals followed by a hot freshly cooked breakfast. There was no shortage of tea, coffee or toast. The home made plum jam was so delicious that I asked for some to take home with me, Sally obliged and I've enjoyed it had home.
It was really nice that there is a guests lounge that can be used. We didn't use it but it's a really nice idea.

Nice One.

If you are in the Royal Tunbridge Wells area and have no need to stay in the town then do yourself a favour and stay in this place. Very friendly welcome, room was great and the breakfast excellent. The farm is a little bit out of the way but it is very peaceful and there are pubs and restaurants in nearby Wadhurst. Take the time to say hello to the happy hens who provide the yummy eggs for breakfast.

Beautiful house, beautiful setting

We had a lovely weekend stay here for 2 nights. The house is far away from everywhere to feel peaceful yet only 20 minutes from Tunbridge Wells itself.
Friendly hosts and a great breakfast in the morning.
The room was lovely and comfortable, the bathroom in the eaves didn't pose any problems for us, I'm 5'1 and partner is 6'0 he had to stoop but it didn't spoil it for us.
There was no shower in our room but the bath felt like a luxury - time to relax each day.
We would definitely recommend this B&B.

Arrived on a dark wet evening and Hotel owners made us very welcome and provided us with an evening meal. There was a roaring log fire, comfortable living area and spacious bedroom with tea/coffee making facilities.

The room we had did not have a shower, we had to use the bath, unfortunately the ceilings were not very high so getting out of the bath was not easy. The couple who ran the bed and breakfast were a lovely couple.

We went for a wedding so were back & forth. No problem with coming & going, which there often can be with B&B's. Breakfast great, with views over field with Pheasants & woodpeckers. They also stable Horses. Dogs & Cats around. Well under control but freindly
Nice to see. We are real animal people so great for us. It is a farm,so expect animals.

A very attractive place. The dogs, cat and people on the farm were all very welcoming. The rooms upstairs were a little hot, but it was 32 °C outside. The garden, especially the big tree, were a blessing. We enjoyed our last full English breakfast, before we headed back home.
