Parking is not included and is $40 euro a night. It's also extremely hard to get to the garage without real instruction on how to navigate to it - Google Maps doesn't take you to the right place. I wish they would have shown on a map exactly how to get there, it was very stressful avoising one-way/no entry roads. Additionally, the room was not done well with the shower leaking all over the bathroom, baseboards coming off, and water damage showing. The breakfast was nice. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Hotel Windsor Milan was very well located and conveniently connected to Tram/Train stations. We had a comfortable stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Ours was a main road facing room so during night time it was a bit noisy as the window was not sound proof. Overall I will say it was a comfortable stay and value for money.

Staff were great and friendly, unfortunately we had some issues with the room. There was a terrible over powering smell which appeared to be coming from the drains? The room was hot and the AC was not working, windows were locked but a staff member was kind enough to at least get these open for us. Beds were not comfy but location of the hotel is great.

So pleased with myself for choosing this hotel.
Really good location for walking about the city and on all public transport.
Great breakfast with vegan and vegetarian hot and cold options which were tasty and of very good quality. Staff here were particularly friendly and efficient.
Bathroom and bedroom well fitted and comfy.
All staff were welcoming.
Able to leave our bags securely before and after check-in/out.
Very good hotel for all aspects, would be more than happy to stay again.

This was my third stay at Hotel Windsor and the amenities within the room were disappointing. The hotel hallways and space within the room felt sterile or uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have common toiletries. However, the front reception staff was incredibly helpful in calling taxis and making restaurant recommendations and reservations.

We got a room close to the street on the second floor. It was noisy and woke us up, especially once the street trains started running around 5ish. The breakfast was amazing though.
The location was great; we could easily take a subway to Duomo and the train to the airport.

Really good 4 star hotel just ten minutes walk/tram ride from Milan central stn. Tram 9 stops right outside hotel.
The hotel is modern, clean with large rooms and bathroom with bath and shower. only downside was there are no tea/coffee making in rooms.
The hotel offers an extensive buffet breakfast.
It is ideally situated to access tram or metro to all parts of Milan.

Vary good location. Next to tram stop and five minutes walk to metro and 15 minute walk to Milan Centrale main line station. Room was excellent, vary clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always helpful.
One very minor point was could not get the bath plug to stay down, but shower was excellent anyway.

I traveled with my 12 year old daughter, the night we stayed has a big thunderstorm we come down to the restaurant for dinner, and they have a private party I want to get dinner for my daughter and the manager from the restaurant was so rude, super rude and aggressive told me they are closed I asked what about room service and he went close to my face and told if I didn’t read the sign of course I didn’t see it.
Next day I talked to the manager he apologized and said he had an event and he was under stress, in this case if he can’t deal with the stress he shouldn’t be in this business and learn how to deal with guest, the restaurant was tiny, in two weeks in Italy everything was perfect until I come to this place, we went to sleep without dinner feeling so bad for my little daughter with an empty stomach 😭

The hotel is in a good location as you can walk to the Metro. The train station is one stop away on the Metro. There are restaurants and bars that you can walk to as well. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast buffet included in our room package. I recommend this hotel.

I would book again, esp. for business trips.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, and in a very convenient position, not far from the Stazione Centrale and from the yellow Metro stop (Repubblica). Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner just around the corner.
Breakfast satisfying, maybe a little messy but it can happen. A/C very fresh (almost cold!), which was of course quite welcome in the scorching hot weather - same goes for the free mini-bar in the room. Loved the shower gel brand :)

The first night for us wasn’t too great as we were above electric gate and staff put out rubbish and laundry at 4.30! Very noisy!!We asked to move rooms and staff did sort for us.
Breakfasts were great. Coffee was good and lots of choice for breakfast. Breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a nighttime bar/bistro if you wanted to stay in hotel.
Hotel rooms simply furnished but clean and typical of city hotel. Small outside area at entrance to sit for coffee if required.
Overall very good location.

We stayed for 4 nights, and whilst it was a great hotel, we did experience several problems with water temperature in the shower. I also found the bed and pillows a tad firm, but apart from that it was a great choice!

Good breakfast, especially if you like cake. So much choice. Good location and plenty of restaurants within a 15/20 minute walk. Trams stop outside and Metro close by.

Very large room for a city hotel.Very spacious bathroom with two sinks and showers. A real treat compared to other hotels where everything is so cramped. Excellent range of breakfast.
For a vegetarian it was good to see the food in separate trays and spoons/tongs for each tray of food.Staff courteous and helpful. Very clean hotel, only a few minutes walk from Republica, metro station and Milan Centrale station further but also walkable.
There is a Carrefour nearby. Hotel has a restaurant too but very few other restaurants or cafes in the nearby vicinity.

The hotel room was lovely and comfortable. There was some road noise but nothing that disturbed us. The bathroom was a great size, the shower was powerful and the temperature was stable even with the bathroom tap running.
Breakfast was the only disappointment. Everything was cakes and sweet treats, with two cereal options and 5 or 6 warm food options that were always left out for a long time and never fresh. We witnessed the breakfast being closed down approximately half an hour before breakfast ended, so if you hadn't got there early there would be been limited options left. This also meant nothing was replenished 45 minutes before breakfast ended. On one day, I hardly atea anything as it wasn't replenished, despite being gone when we arrived for breakfast 1 hour before it ended.
This is a real shame because the hotel is lovely, paying for breakfast that we couldn't eat would put us off returning.

For a European hotel room, mine was surprisingly spacious! Staff was pleasant, room and bathroom were clean. The only potential drawback was the shower was TINY! A person of size honestly might not even fit. It was super narrow, basically a phone booth. Other than that, great area and great experience. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Location was good, very close to Central Station though a half hour walk to the cathedral and other tourist attractions. We didn’t mind the walk, all flat and better to be staying away from the crowds. The staff were mainly very friendly and helpful and breakfast was wonderful! Our room was very comfortable. The hotel was ok, walls so thin that you can hear everything from The next door guests, no air conditioning till the summer and some rooms you can’t open the windows which made very stuffy. The staff were not that helpful and felt they didn’t want to help it was a bit of a struggle with them. Included breakfast was sufficient but very limited.

Overall didn’t job but simple questions on booking a taxi was hard work with the staff which was a little disappointing.

Worst Hotel Ever

The website claims that there is an all day restaurant and evening bar at the property. This is false. There is a Bistro open from 7:30-10:30 only, and its buffet only. There are some lovely tables along floor to ceiling windows looking out into the city, but those are reserved for the public. Guests are crammed into tight rows of tables at the back, behind the server station.
There were not any amenities in the room, no kettle, no glasses, no toiletries, no instant coffee or tea. NOT EVEN AN IRON. You had to go down to the front desk with your clothes, and you were escorted into a closet behind the desk with an iron and ironing board. AND you had to wait until the desk clerk was free to escort you.
You could not control your own room temperature, no matter what buttons you pushed on the thermostat. Instead, you had to go down to the front desk to get it adjusted.
The website advertises updated rooms, but these are only on ONE FLOOR out of SIX. My room was decorated with random leftover furniture from the 1980s.
The final straw was when I tried to take a shower, and I couldn't get anything but lukewarm water.
Although listed as 4 Star, it is only 1 Star at best. This hotel should be either downgraded to 1 star or removed from Hotels.com until the management addresses these issue.
