AVOID if you’re looking for luxury and exceptional service, I recommend the 5 star hotel down the street and would avoid this hotel. Front desk was disappointing and manager at many times was rude. Stay was uncomfortable. The house keeper was the shining light of the stay and was great. Had to move rooms due to broken door. The debacle lasted for hours. Should have been resolved faster. Older man porter/valet left half our belongings in the car instead of bringing everything up, causing multiple issues at baby’s bed time.

This is a great hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. It had one significant flaw - the bed in our room was as hard as concrete. It was like sleeping on the sidewalk.

Lovely location and view over the sea was great. Unfortunately the bed was as hard as nails, hotel a bit tired in places, bar by the sea uninspiring. Town however was lovely and so many restaurants to choose from, would recommend going west and off the waterfront.

Spacious old hotel in a quiet location with beach

This was our third stay at this lovely old hotel. Great location on the beach a few minutes walk out of the busy town. Wonderful sea view from the balcony. Quiet location apart from the pounding of the waves on the beach, which we love. Lots of space in the rooms and the public areas. The hotel and restaurant have a dated 60/70s look which some might not like, but we believe there are plans to update it soon.

O hotel tem um hall e um restaurante muito bonitos. Parece ter sido revitalizado, então a impressão que tive foi melhor que nas fotos. Os funcionários são cordiais, não muito calorosos, mas educados. O quarto é ok. Pequenas coisas, como uma prateleira no boxe, cafeteira, fazem falta. O café da manhã é extremamente tarde (as 8:00 horas), não pensam naqueles que precisam acordar cedo para ir embora. A cidade é um balneário de gente local, poucos turistas de fora, nenhum brasileiro. Mas mesmo assim um lugar agradável.

Nous avons passé une nuit , dans une chambre qui venait d'être rénové. Tout à était parfait, le personnel est très à l'écoute et accueillant. Nous nous sommes régalés au dîner dans le restaurant gourmet de l'hôtel. Piscine chauffée. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit. La chambre occupée n'est pas à la hauteur de ce type d'établissement, y compris la salle de bain. Très vieillot et bruyant. La salle de restaurant est très bien, vue mer, un peu impersonnelle. Le personnel est bien, la restauration aussi. Dommage que les chambres, qui datent du siècle dernier, ne soient pas refaites pour mettre tout l'établissement à niveau. Bonne situation géographique de l'hôtel.

Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel et nous en étions très satisfaits puisque nous y sommes retournés.
Nous sommes toutefois déçus du manque d'écoute du personnel de la réception. Nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse en tant que membre Silver / Hotels.com concernant :
- la possibilité d'un up-grade
- l'accès gratuit à un soin du spa.
Par ailleurs, il était indiqué sur notre contrat que l'accès à la plage était soumis à un coût jusqu'au 31 août ... et on nous a demandé 40 Euros au mois de septembre pour des transats en 1ère ligne alors qu'ils étaient majoritairement inoccupés !
Ceci dit, l'hôtel reste recommandable au vu de sa situation et de son confort.

Nydelig hotell rett på standen. Her er en god lett frokost inkludert og solsenger på Strand og ved basseng. Alt er ryddig og pent og kort gåavstand til alt. Anbefaler også restaurant på hotellet.

Très bel hôtel avec une situation directement face à la mer. Très bons équipements et belles terrasses pour le petit déjeuner, prendre un verre la journée et soir. Le repas est également délicieux. Personnel charmant et très sympathique et la chambre est impeccable. On y reviendra sans hésiter.

La struttura è data, ma ha ricevuto una rinfrescata con diversi lavori di ristrutturazione.
Ottimi nell’ingresso, ristorante, bar. Un po’ meno nelle camere, belle ma un’attenzione maggiore hai piccoli particolari avrebbe fatto un’ulteriore differenza.
Ottimo il servizio di tutto il personale.

Einziges Manko war das Schlafzimmer

Sehr schöne Lobby, Esssaal und Terrasse! Die Zimmer sind recht veraltet. Das Bett war steinhart und ich erwachte mit Rückenschmerzen. Leider war das Zimmer wohl mal ein Raucherzimmer und es müffelte stark. Es war genug warm und so hatten wir die ganze Nacht die Balkontür geöffnet. Der Strand mit Service war toll. Überhaupt waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Struttura fané mal tenuta. Per aprire le porte occorreva dare una spallata. nessun servizio di trasporto bagagli. quando ho insistito mi hanno mandato un bagnino scalzo che ha lasciato le valigie davanti alla porta senza nemmeno suonare.
Il peprsonale faceva del suo meglio ed è sempre stato gentile

Una habitación de más de 300 euros con un televisor roto y bañera obstruida.
Facturan el parking 25euros la noche .
No recomiendo este hotel.

Le hall, le restaurant et la terrasse ont été rénovés avec goût, mais il y a une déconnexion entre ces derniers et la chambre (colline)! Meubles vétustes, lampe de chevet qui ne s'allumait pas. Salle de bain dans son jus (1970). Lit inconfortable (très dur, ressors). La plage est bien entretenue. Le personnel professionnel et cordiale.
Quant à la nourriture, le petit déjeuner était correct. Malgré le buffet, ils vous servent (covid). Le dîner, par contre, décevant même si les produits sont de qualité, les portions étaient trop petites et c'est trop cher. Dans notre cas, les pâtes étaient servies tièdes, crues et insipides. Le plat principal était bon mais il y avait 1 seul filet de rouget dans sauce rouge sans accompagnement à 30 euros. De toute façon, quel que soit le plat (entrées, pâtes ou plats principaux), le prix était d'env. 30 euros chacun.
C'est vraiment dommage! L'hôtel était presque vide.

Non andateci non è un 4 stelle ma poco più di un ostello della gioventu' di 3 categoria, prenotato con expedia. La camera non è nel corpo centrale tutto bello e ristrutturato ma nella depandance subito l'impatto è quello di uno stabile fatiscente e poi la camera arredo anni '80 consumato dal tempo bagno terribile lavandino rotto, tendine di tessuto alle finestra ormai gialle per gli anni passati ma la cosa divertente è che sono all'interno della vasca,quindi quando ti fai la doccia le bagni tutte, magari mettere una pellicola offuscante o un vetro zigrinato non sarebbe meglio? ma il bello viene quando vado a saldare il conto: sabato quando siamo arrivati alla reception mi chiedono se per la domenica, visto che abbiamo l'ombrellone sino alle 12,00 voglio stare anche nel pomeriggio, ovviamente pagando, do la mia conferma e chiedo anche di fare pranzo. Mi sembrava strano che andasse tutto bene difatti la domenica alle 10,30 lasciamo la camera e chiedo di lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio visto che mi devo fermare sino al pomeriggio e a questa richiesta mi dicono di no adducendo al fatto che domenica era un giorno di arrivi e partenze e non potevo lasciare l'auto. Questo è un albergo 4 stelle non una topaia di periferia, anche se ne ha tutte le caratteristiche, visto le condizioni dello stabile in cui ci hanno ubicato, ma come al solito in liguria tutto è permesso. schöner strand...kleines aber schönes schwimmbad. Freundliches personal.gutes frühstück. Die putzfrauen haben nicht immer sauber das zimmer gereinigt. Die hotelanlage an sich war sehr gepflegt auch wenn sie etwas in die jahre gekommen war. Bis zur wirklichen innenstadt 15 min fussweg.
