The hotel was overall very nice. However, it is apparently located in an unsafe part of the city. On the last night of our stay, our truck was broken into while parked right in front of the hotel. Probably though, the whole city of Aurora is just overrun with criminals.

The hotel and grounds were quite nice and it was nice to have restaurants nearby to choose from: Rosie’s Dinner, Texas Roadhouse, Black Bear Cafe, and McDonalds.
We stayed 4 nights and the hotel staff were fantastic, especially the ladies working the breakfast buffet. The beds were a little harder than we liked but that was more of a personal preference issue rather than a critique of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The room itself was good, but there was no microwave, which was disappointing considering how much we paid. The staff was also not very respectful. We ordered a crib, but it was missing parts. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, there was a shift change happening around 10:30pm. Even though we were there first and waiting at the front desk, the staff helped other guests before us. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes overall.
Overall, the place is not bad, but customer service definitely needs some improvement.

This was and still is by far the WORST I have ever experienced in my life. It is ongoing. They won't even let me speak with the GM. I am still trying to speak with the GM. I thank God my stay here is almost over. I would've ended my stay sooner if i knew how. When I asked when the GM would be in, they started speaking to each other in Spanish!
One of them was the assistant manager on the phone! I will leave a full review after I check out.

The hotel was very clean and had good amenities.

I had an issue at checkin time and the mobile reception at the hotel was very bad and I couldn't contact my travel booking company from there. The systems in the hotel were not synced up and my reservation was showing up as cancelled. This caused a great deal of frustration to me.

Once checked in, I had great experience at the hotel.

One another thing. The microwave at the front desk is poorly maintained and not clean. Since there was no microwave in the room, I had to use it.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Lacks parking if pulling a trailer, staff unfriendly, worst mattress (broken down), bathroom sink had a leak, no microwave in the room. The outside looks nice but roo.s need maintenance
