Our suite was bigger than our house! The only issue we had was with the breakfast service. It was pretty chaotic, the hot food wasn't hot, the breakfast potatoes weren't completely cooked and the eggs were plastic-looking discs that were hard-cooked to the texture of rubber. Other than that, no complaints at all.

This property was not dog-friendly as advertised. My husband was confronted by a staff member accusing our dogs of urinating on the floor, which was later determined not to be the case; the employee was written up for how the situation was handled. We were also placed next to an elevator, which isn’t ideal when traveling with pets. Another employee later claimed our dogs were barking and that “everyone” was complaining, but management confirmed the noise was actually coming from the room above us. The complaint came after we raised concerns with management, which felt retaliatory. We will be escalating this to Hilton corporate.

There was no hot water in my shower. It got only luke warm at best. I also observed a bug crawling across the floor of my room. The bug resembled what I believe to be a bed bug. I also discovered numerous bites on my body after sleeping one night there.

Staff were nice. Room was clean and modern. Had a kitchenette and a sitting area. We only stayed a night so it was more than we needed but close to our visit. The breakfast was good with hot items, a waffle station, fruit, cereal etc. the coffee was good too. My only complaint would have to be the heating unit in our room. It sounded like a small jet engine when it kicked in.

This hotel was the best in every way. What I appreciated the most is how the rooms are configured. They have tons of exposed storage areas so you can spread out in an organized way and still find everything. I this also helps you find everything when you need it and it speeds packing. The free breakfast served was fresh, hot, and delicious. The Hotel is neat, clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was great. The room was pretty clean upon arrival. We had problems with our first room and were switched to another room and given a \"store credit\" which was really nice. The breakfast selection was really good in comparison to other places we have stayed at. I think the only place that could have room for improvement was the cleanliness of the room. The main areas were clean and the room was clean over all- just a few minor things that were overlooked some which may just be related to the age of the hotel. The linen, towels, etc. Are not the highest quality but for the price we were pleased. I would bring my family back and stay again.

I travel A LOT for business and pleasure, so I like to leave reviews when there are places like Home2 Suites in Largo that are above average...via a Top 5 List and an Overall Grade 1-100:

1) The Kitchen Options (everything is there for you AND there's even portable grills if you ask the front desk. But that's not all -- there's a full patio with 2 grills, if you're so inclined. HUGE Fridge!
2) The bed was Super Comfortable with excellent, fresh bedding.
3) Plenty of reachable outlets for all your charging needs and extra devices.
4) The entire complex is new and as clean as can be (plus safe).
5) The staff was Great! I got a late check out with ease, which is Always much appreciated.

Only negatives: the shower head is mid range, with Weak water pressure (annoying for me personally, as I liked to be Blasted By Water when traveling) + there were no carts for at least a half hour when I was trying to load up and leave + seemed like it was 80% 20-somethings (for whatever that's worth)

The staff was extremely kind. I will note that the beds are extremely comfortable as well!! so you might not wanna leave the bedroom! Overall, it was a really good stay. I will tell you to bring your own water bottle though because they only give you two complementary waters. 100% great stay!

The room was clean, well appointed, and in excellent shape. The staff was friendly and did a good job welcoming me. My one compliant is that the water for the sink and shower is treated and comes out as 'soft' water which prevents the soap from washing off easily when bathing or washing your hands. This one factor is a deal breaker for me and I will not re-book a room at a hotel for this reason alone. I understand that sometimes this water process is due to the water quality available in an area, but that is my honest feedback! Thanks
