Located on the Intracoastal Waterway and just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, Legacy Vacation Club Indian Shores offers a tranquil location from which to explore the Clearwater, Tampa and St. Petersburg areas.
It's just the place to discover everything this captivating region has in store beautiful beaches, championship golf, fabulous shopping and more! Resort amenities include a fishing pier, sauna, outdoor swimming pool and sun deck.
Major attractions such as Busch Gardens and the Museum of Science and Industry are nearby for great family vacation fun. A boat slip is also available for you to dock during your stay with us (additional fee).
Our boat slip can accommodate boats that are up to 28 feet long. All watercrafts can be securely anchored right on the water, so your boat is always ready for a jaunt around the Intracoastal.
Once you anchor, you can conveniently walk up the dock and into you suite. A Daily Resort Fee of $12.

The Fold was a very nice boutique hotel nestled between the mangroves right on Gulf Blvd. Our one bedroom was very clean and well maintained. The distance to the beach was a short walk across the street. It was quiet with little noise from the road or neighboring rooms. The staff were very friendly.

This hotel was the perfect place for my son and I to visit while on vaca. I’ve never been to Indian Shores before but I wasn’t disappointed at all. The hotel was clean, roomy, comfortable, and had all the amenities that we needed. The sitting areas out back was a great touch and so fun for evening relaxing. The hotel is also a very short walk away from the beach access road so that made beach time very easy. During my short stay there I didn’t have a chance to use the pool, the laundry facilities, or the gaming area. I would only suggest that for guests staying more than one night, there should be provided additional coffee packets for the coffee maker in the room. I’m sure I could have gone to the front desk for it but I didn’t want to do so at 7am. No worries. Still enjoyed my stay there.

The apartment was clean and fully stocked, and check-in/check-out were both easy peasy. The reviews about proximity to the beach are very accurate...beach access is literally across the road from the property.

Property very clean, employees are very professional, plenty of space in my room. You can hang by pool or just chill out on back deck. Firepit at nite was nice also. One thing they need to add is a shower bar(something to hold on while showering)…other then that i would book at legacy again.

We did not receive a VIP upgrade. Manager called to say they were sold out. We asked for a quiet room but ended up on the first floor with noisy people overhead and had to listen to an industrial clothes dryer while on our balcony.

Wonderful customer service! I’ve never stayed in a place with such great customer service. The dishwasher in my room broke, as a single mother of a 8 month old I didn’t want to wash bottles, the staff washed bottles my son bottles for me! They helped me up and down the stairs with my luggage and made sure my son and I were safe and comfortable! My room was beautiful, super clean and fully stocked! It’s a bit pricey, also I’m a cheap person but id definitely pay for this again! I believe the ladies that helped me was Donna and McKenzie.

The stay was fantastic. My daughter and I were looking for a place to stay in the Indian Shores area and came across the Legacy Resort. We stayed there almost 20 years ago and wanted to share memories with her children(my grandchildren). It could not have been better. Everyone there was very friendly and easy to talk to.
