When we arrived Saturday one elevator was broken and the one working was very jerky and loud, scaring me as I rode to the 4th floor. The next morning both elevators were down and I had to carry heavy luggage down 4 flights of stairs. I have many health issues and 2 hernias and this has caused me pain for FOUR days since I had to carry heavy things down 4 flights of stairs. UNACCEPTABLE. Will never stay at this location again!

First room we got has full of hair(assume pets) on both queen size beds. Call the front and never answer. Went don’t to the lobby and only 1 person in the front desk. Took 20 minutes waiting in line and get the room changed. Offered free snack bars items.

I had to switch rooms twice because of how dirty the rooms were.
First room had hair all over the bed and the second room had bugs living in the bathroom.
Each room smelled of mold and stale air. The carpets in both rooms were stained and the pillows smelled like sweat.

First room had hair all over the bed and the second room had bugs living in the bathroom.
Each room smelled of mold and stale air. The carpets in both rooms were stained and the pillows smelled like sweat.

The room was good except for the door. The door would not open upon the first try. It would take three tries to get it open. The rest of the room was good. Heater worked well, the bedding was great.
One elevator was out of service. The other did four noises like the hydraulic fluid was wrong.
Lastly was entering the site. The air freshener was so strong it drifted outside. This is not good for those allergic to perfumes or has triggers to allergies. The rest of the hotel was nothing like the entry. We should not have to encounter such strong odor upon entering the site.

Not the best Holiday Inn… room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The bed looked like it had been slept in( plus a hair under the pillow), sticky smear on night stand and mildew in shower. I was able to change rooms, the mildew was still present and the heating system was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. The hot water took some time to get hot in the shower, and people in other rooms complained of this as well. The TV does not offer the option to use streaming services. There is an outdoor pool ( no hot tub) that is unheated and had zero ambiance. I would not recommend this hotel.

The bathtub was full of dirt and pebbles when we arrived back from our day on Thursday and we don’t know how or why. The trash cans were emptied daily. The section at breakfast was okay.
