The hotel is run down and desk staff was not clear on protocol when changing reservations. Various items in room did not work and although maintenance was notified no one came to fix and there was no follow up to confirm if it was taken care of.

Looking at the property from the outside, it was very clean. The rooms were very clean, had everything you needed. The breakfast the following morning was very nice. And the hotel was just minutes from the airport. Great hotel to stay at when leaving Saint Pete Clearwater Airport.

Staff check me in and gave me the keys, not mean but not exactly friendly either. The room was on the 2nd floor. Broken glass and/plastic all on the 2nd floor. The bed was comfy, the room a good size, but the walls are paper thin and heard the men outside talking until 1 am. The bathroom looked sketchy so didn't shower in it. The airport shuttle does leave until 7am and I had a 6:30am flight so that didn't help, nor did she offer to help me out any ither way so I had to get a Uber.

My wife and I just spent 4 days here while our son was in a baseball tournament. We stayed in a king room. The rooms were basic (bed, shower, fridge, microwave) they were very clean and the AC worked great.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of options each morning to choose from. (Eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, cereal, Yogurt, fruit, bagel, bread, juice, coffee etc)

Our room was right beside the pool, we didn’t use the pool as the weather was a bit cooler for Florida, but it was clean and well lit at night.

There was lots of parking. This hotel is very close to the airport, you will hear planes arriving and departing at all hours. But that really didn’t bother us at all.

The staff were great. They were friendly and attentive when we asked for anything.

They also had onsite laundry which was clean and easy to use. $3 per load.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely use this hotel if in the St Pete’s/Clearwater area again in the future.

Don’t do it unless you enjoy damp clothes and toilet paper! A/C completely inadequate in drawing out moisture from air. Couple next to us had same issue. Mid March stay so wasn’t even humid yet. Plus, constantly struggled with room keys even when replaced. If it wasn’t for maintenance, we’d be swiping for 20 min. Rooms need updating. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast decent.

The rooms were severely outdated. The toliet was not bolted down to the floor so waking up in the middle of the night and nearly tipping the toliet over was not my idea of a fun time. Also the cockroaches... really disgusting. I'm pretty sure we both got food poisoning off of breakfast. All and all, making it as a will not stay at again.

It should state in details shuttle is only clearwater airport not Tampa airport. Seeing as the hotel is only 12 miles from tampa we thought the shuttle was free

Clean room, staff was nice. No hot tub. Breakfast was okay. My worst experience was the loss of my backpack they stored my luggage (thank you) someone took my bag thankfully they knew it was called them and they Ubered it back to me. I had important medication in there. There needs to be a system or don’t store bags.

DONT STAY HERE. The air ducts and filters need to be replaced room was dusty and had a wired smell which triggered my asthma. When I brought it to the manger she said she would have someone clean it but they did not come I had to ask multiple times. Then she insisted that I didn’t have asthma and should go get checked out by a doctor but I could not be moved to another room because the were full and could not get a refund. I am a physician assistant for a local urgent care in michigan I know the difference between asthma and allergies but decided not to argue. I will NOT be staying with this company in the future.

I had 2 rooms one for me and one for my son and daughter-in-law. The staff was nice. Our room was ok but the shower was angled in the wrong direction so when you took a shower the bathroom flooded. My sons room on the other hand had bugs in it. I get it Florida, ground floor, some may be expected, but when my daughter-in-law woke up and picked up her clothes dead roaches? dropped out onto the floor. We didn't tell the front desk at checkout. We just left.

The hotel is right on the airport. The rooms are pretty dated but comfortable enough. Aircraft taking off and landing from the airport is noticable however they do tend to stop before midnight and only start again around 6am. One observation we picked up on is that the trash bins were not emptied in our room for our entire stay of 5 days. However any enquiries we had were dealt with efficiently and quickly. We accidently stayed there as when looking for accommodation we didn't know there were 2 airports in Tampa. Overall, it was comfortable enough and ultimately served our purpose. Breakfast was pretty standard and repeated daily.

The staff at this hotel works harder and better than any hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms bedding bathtub everything upgraded. Pool is located perfectly for peace not parking lot. The maids clean like maniacs and are as kind as can be. The front desk people are nice patient and supper attentive. It is a well run machine. But I see the exterior staff working constantly but no matter what they do the exterior needs tons of help. Sidewalk paint is failing looks horrible. Horrible. The windows have broken thermopane seals. There are only two lounge chairs that are not broken. Definitely not enough. And you can only lay on your stomach on one super hard chair with no cushion. It’s Florida people. We wanna use the pool comfortably.

Think of a sock. Now it’s a gym sock. Wet. For weeks. Now picture that still-wet sock in an ashtray. Dirty. From an old wood paneled trailer house. Now envision that sock filled ashtray in a refrigerator. Unplugged. Out in the heat somewhere in a Louisiana swamp. For a summer month. Containing a dead, rotting raccoon. The smell of opening the door of that refrigerator is surely the equivalent of the smell of the room. It got worse.

The bed. I’ll spare the description, but I “slept” fully clothed.

Just an old run down hotel. It looks like someone is trying to make it look better, lots of paint, furniture painted... really poor tiling jobs on floors and tub. Lots of tiles were loose or broken on the floor. The toilet wobbled bad. Tub full of hair. It rained heavily and we had water running down the wall and all over tge floor. People partying outside rooms, luckily not too late into the night. Bed was hard. Pillows were soft. Very noisy nect to airport but wecexpexted that so no big deal. Pool honestly looked pretty gross

Staff were nice, room was mostly clean but some obvious spots in the bathroom were missed. Nothing gross, just not a thorough clean. I only stayed for a night so it was fine. If you’re sensitive to sound keep in mind it’s right next to an airport, but if you’re like me you can sleep through them.

The front desk service was great. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is in a strip of hotels but is not in good condition. The room smelled of mildew and cigarettes. The walls looked to be painted over several times. The guests here looked to be long term as they were sitting around the outside property. Stay somewhere else.

I initially checked into room #118, however upon arrival and turning on the lights we experienced a foul electrical smell and the smoke detector immediately sounded in the room. This occurred within 30 seconds entering the room. I went to the Front Desk to explain the situation, however the manager didn’t believe me and said the detector probably needed new batteries. She immediately said the hotel was sold out and there were no further rooms available. I repeated my claim of the foul electrical smell. She personally went to the room and returned to apologize to me and my wife. she said the room was recently renovated because the previous person occupied the room for a year. She found that the air conditioner was not programmed properly and not functioning which caused the electrical smell. Fortunately or unfortunately, they suddenly found room #236 available. The room was situated near the highway and the noisiest that we have ever experienced. Upon checking out the following morning at the Front Desk, I received a receipt for a total including all taxes in the amount $124.38 USD. I initially made the reservation directly online with Hotels.com for $141.56 USD which I am now disputing the overcharge with my credit card company.

The roo.s are older and the doors are outside BUT the rooms were clean, smelled great and when i came back after being gone for the day housekeeping came.in and had cleaned, replaced towels AND made.my bed. Without me asking!!! I havent had that kind of service wothout having to beg since before Covid. Great Job!!!

Was given a room that was already occupied. Had to go to the reception to ask for another room (this never happened to me). Room card/key was valid for one day only. Had to check with the receptionist to reactivate my room keys for duration of my stay. Coffee maker was missing filter basket, another trip to the reception..... The staff member were nice and polite, the room was clean, standard continental breakfast was nice as well. No issues with the food, overall cleanliness or staff's overall communication skills. The hotel is literally next to a regional airport, but we did not hear much of noise. For the money, not bad of a deal overall.

The receptionist was great, very friendly and understanding. The room on the other hand… there was mold ALL over the bed and walls, there were pills and bug feces on the floor. Tweakers were outside and others were smoking weed. We left immediately after checking out the room and seeing all of this. I lost out on one night cost but it was totally worth it to go somewhere else knowing it was safe and clean.

At first I thought the room was clean, then noted that the bathroom floor was sticky and there were several hairs all over the place and a pillowcase under a bed. (I did not look under the bed because I was afraid to see what else might be there. I would recommend that someone supervises the cleaning staff a bit closer.

I realize that this is an older Hotel with some wear. No objections there. Particularly with the price and convenient location for an early fight. The host was very nice and helpful.

The outdoor amenities especially the furniture is broken and dangerous but for one chair. The gazebo chairs and end tables are gross and some broken. A fire circle doesn’t have fire. I have fallen thru these chairs twice straight to concrete.
