The check in was lacking customer service skills. The room was outdated. The furniture was falling apart. The sheets and blanket had holes in them. The showerhead was rusty. The housekeeping knock on the door the next morning after we had only bern there one night. Thankfully there was hot water for the shower. I was glad to check out a day early.

We had 4 rooms. Heat didn’t work in 2 of the rooms. Smeared blood on the counter. Poop in the toilet. A map in a drawer on where to get drugs… yes, a literal map on where to go. Receptacles ripped out of the wall and lying on the ground. And pretty sure based on the amount of cockroaches that were crawling around with the lights on, it would have been 10 times worse with the lights off. No idea how this place has remained open!

When we arrived the outside of the property is terrible, There was a language barrier so they had no idea what I was saying, it took forever to get the key to our room she had to contact someone to get us checked in , we were sent to three different rooms first two smelled awful was dirty and the 3 rd one had spots on the bed and a whole in the comforter the chair was nasty, full of wholes I would not suggest this place to anyone.

The pictures showed a clean room bed. Once I. The room it was 59 degrees and the room was musty. The other furniture was old, chair was torn and not of it matched. Had to ring the front desk personnel when I check in and departed, during normal business hours. Looked as though they were sleeping. I would not stay at this location again.

The front desk person never spoke a single word throughout the check in process. I walked in, he just looked at me, I told him the reservation name. He typed in the computer, shoved a pice of paper under the glass, then my key. All without a single word.

I know he can speak because I came back to ask about the heat and he answered me. But just the absolute most ignored I’ve ever felt while looking straight at someone.

Beds were comfortable. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Breakfast was minimal. Did not even offer a piece of fruit. Coffee was made and then put in a carafe; we prefer the coffee machine that provides fresh coffee with every cup. Decaffeinated coffee was not available.

Stay away! They will charge you for a room that you prepaid for with Hotels.com and then tell you they have nothing in the system from them. Spent 45 minutes with Hotels.com to get a refund. Mainly due to them trying to talk to the Hotel owners. Place is dirty. Mold in the fridge and shower curtain. Pillows are small. Had reservations for the middle of November here also that I canceled.

Worst stay ever in any hotel. Room not the cleanest cigarette burns on furniture and bed spread hair dryer filthy no tissues no extra toilet paper only what was on the roll. It smelled really bad mattresses leaning up against the outside walls of the 1st floor rooms. I can’t believe this was a hotel recommended .

Could have been cleaner. Floors were dirty. There was cigarette ashes on the ground in the bathroom. Right between the toilet and the bathtub where somebody had a cigarette sitting on the edge of the bathtub obviously. There’s even a little burn spot on the side of the bathtub. Obviously no one swept or mopped anything if there’s ashes on the floor with all the other crap.

I would not recommend this establishment. The first room that I was given upon arrival was dirty with worn furniture, green mold in the fridge, and the room phone didn’t work; the second room that I was given was not much better only that the room fridge had no mold. Also the front desk attendant acted like I was disturbing him for asking (and I had to ask several times in person) for towels and washcloths for my family of four. The only reason that I stayed was that I was visiting the area from out-of-town for an event that I could not afford to miss. 0 out of 5 stars.

For my second stay within a year; it’s the theme of my trip; I’m grateful…and appreciative.
However, on the site upon booking; I’m not sure if I remember reading that:@ the Hotel there is a prerequisite, where the hotel/management patrons are required to leave their credit cards credentials will be on hold for 10 business days after determining the validity/ non smoking etc and no damages to the premises..

The biggest issues were only 2 towels for 5 people. No sheets, blankets or pillows for pull out voracious for 5th person. Only coffee, yogurt, muffins and Juice for breakfast. TV did not work. Just a screen saying low data.

Super 8 used to be a good chain of hotels. This hotel was dirty. Floor dirty only one bar of soap instead of two (sink to wash hands and for the shower). Microwave and refrigerator were dirty. Beds very uncomfortable.

There was nothing we liked. First hotel ever that we felt disgusted by. The floors had so much dirt it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The Jacuzzi tub (the reason we wanted the room) was so gross it has a dirt ring and was wet like some one just got out of it. The bed sheets had what looked like ash all over them. While at the checkout counter explaining why we were not going to stay we were told we could not get a refund and offered another room. There was no way we were going to do that. Not with the condition of the last room. We still did not stay. The condition of the last room left us so uneasy. Sorry but never again will we go to a Super 8.

Our room was dirty. There was what appeared to be dust and crumbs all over the floor. The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a few weeks. There was cigarette burns in our blanket on the bed. The room had an odor when we entered the room. I definitely would not stay here again!

It was a non smoking room but we could tell someone smoked before us. Hole in the bed spread was from a cigarette. Something red and sticky on bathroom sink. Rate was cheap. You get what you pay for. Complementary breakfast but it consisted of muffins and yogurt!

Bed bugs!!!!! Also water practically pouring in from the ceiling. Dripping from multiple places, entire bathroom floor was a puddle in under 5 minutes. Acted like they didnt believe me about the bed bugs, despite the fact that the matress had a \"bed bug containing\" bag over it. Had to go show them myself. They did give me a full refund but only acter showing them the bugs. Also acted like they couldn't see the water until I splashed my feet in the puddle and pointed my finger 6 inches from the sources. Ridiculous.

The hotel had mattresses and garbage laying around. I got in late and checked in but had prior engagements so I was not able to check out the room until late. Upon entering the room, it has this very pungent odor. The floors were not swept and there were droppings from bugs. Next to the bed there were cockroaches, that's when i called the front desk. When i arrived to speak with the staff, he began offering another room to which i checked and that room was just as filthy. I told him that I would like to cancel my reservations with them as I do not want to bring any bugs home. This took hours and staff made the statement that they had to wait until their manager came in to process the refund. I do not recommend staying here. It is not clean nor bug free.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The parking lot is full of nothing but broken glass and cigarette butts. The room is disgusting, the fridge has mold. I don’t even understand how this is allowed as a hotel. The people who give it good reviews are probably people who smoke in the rooms and are glad they didn’t get charged a smoking fee.

Weve Stayed in Worse and Better

We've stayed in worse and better, so it was ok. The rooms dont have carpet so bring some house/slip on shoes because the floors are cold. They dont use full size pullows which we throught was strange, but I brought my own from home so that helped, because if I hadn't I would have been uncomfortable with the smaller ones. The bed was amazingly comfortable and wish mine at home was as big and comfortable. The family running the hotel was super nice.

This was by far the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I would have stayed elsewhere had there not been a local event and all hotels were booked. Dust and dirt everywhere, inside and out. Rust on the microwave. Looked like food on the floor by the nightstand.

Room was very clean, however upon arrival I was up charged for having a third guest. Then when getting to the room there were only two towels and one wash cloth so we requested for more and the staff was very rude about it and tried to deny the request. The fridge and freezer was full of mold but overall satisfied with the stay.
