The row is nice. The area was good, but you could have better selection with the breakfast bar and it would be great if you had a designated smoke area away for the building.Like a kazeebo, where the rain won't hit you.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room were clean and spacious and the bed and pull out couch were comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was a nice treat. The only downfall was being able to hear people through the windows talking in the parking lot at night. And the pocket bathroom door was difficult to keep closed while in the bathroom. Also, please upgrade to better toilet paper. The stuff being used currently is cheap and does not meet the high standards the rest of your hotel does.

It was our first time staying at Home2Suites.
The room was really nice. The beds were really comfy and the front staff was friendly and helpful.

We had the pool all to ourselves and it was amazing for the kids to be able to play without interrupting anyone and their peace. The hotel is really close to my house so we will definitely be back to enjoy small get aways from home here and there.

Hotel wasn’t as clean /fresh as it has been the numerous times I’ve stayed here before. Rooms were fine. The hallway so so. Also we had to change rooms as the first had an odor. Staff was super in accommodating our request.

The room was very clean, the pool area was so nice and warm. Excellent breakfast. All of the staff was so friendly and lovely to interact with.

Our only real problem was that we couldn't get the heat to turn off overnight. Two different people tried to help me at 5 AM when it got to 80 degrees in the room. The manager went above and beyond to make it right, so I highly recommend this hotel.

First room we had wasn’t fully ready for us (no bed sheets) but they promptly moved us to a ready room.

Staff were extremely courteous! Lobby to the rooms were very clean. Front desk staff even took the time to inquire about if I mind being on the same floor as a slumber party! I thought that was sweet.

The room was for the most part clean, but the bathroom did not smell clean. The breakfast is not \"healthy\" unless you subscribe to the SAD American diet. We also had obnoxious noise from upstairs which sounded like a child running back and forth until 2 a.m. We were not disappointed with our stay. Just a bit frustrated as we have stayed here before. The breakfast is terrible/inedible if you are at all concerned with real food or have any allergies or sensativities.

One of the best hotels ever

As a road tripping family of 5, we’ve crossed the continental US numerous times and stayed in many many hotels. This was one of it not the best hotel experience yet. Our only regret is we only stayed one night! Great staff, incredible room, quiet location. Definitely on our “we’d stay here again” list!

Stayed for one night to break up a long drive. Conveniently located off I-81 and rooms were very spacious for a family of 5. Had a large area to place our pack and play and the room came with a curtain to help separate the space. Breakfast was great even for my picky kids. Will definitely stay again!

Took my 4 kids and their significant others and my granddaughter. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and our rooms were awesome and clean. We had a ball in the indoor pool. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again.

Finding the property was difficult. It was behind a large Walmart, with winding roads that are not well-marked. You'll need to drive behind Walmart's pickup lot before you see the sign of both Hilton properties, this one and TRU.

Martinsburg trip

The room and service was excellent. Nice large suite with plenty of room. The bed was comfortable with the pillows large and fluffy, the way I like it. Room was near the elevator and the ice machine was just outside the door. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Martinsburg.

Bathroom had a “ pocket “ sliding door which would NOT stay closed it was very annoying and provided NO privacy
Also difficult to regulate room temperature room has a PTAC personal trminal air conditioner which was pretty noisy when the compressor activated

On our way out from check out employee walking the grounds doing inspections chatted us up. My boys do karate we happen to going to a tournament said good luck! We stayed there last year for the same tournament. I see us staying again next year keep it up!!! There was only one thing was that’s a drawl back was we had noisy neighbors that kept us up. We didn’t say anything but just a note that I wish the walls were a little more sound resistant.
