As my original Flight from San Antonio was delayed for technical issues, I had to be rerouted via Chicago and lost 5 hours. I called the Hotel to let them know that I would be arriving late and when I got to the hotel, a little bit after 12 am on May 20th. 2025, the Front Office Manager would not accept my Credit Card. He informed me that as I had arrived later then 12 am, I would have to make my payment in CASH! If it was not for a Japanese customer who was also checking in, and who made my case with the Front Office Manager, I would have had to make my payment with Cash, but she helped.

Everything you need but smoky and cramped

They had all the essentials however we got a non smoking room and it sometimes reeked of cigerette smoke. Also the room was very small which was to be expected but I still found it hard to navigate. The room also had a fee dead bugs and weird debris on the bed. Not too bad overall the staff was nice and helpful but a little cramped and very smoky.

Looked under the bed and there was trash under. That wasnt mine. I booked by accident a smoke room and i didnt realize. I asked to switch rooms and they denied me bc “we have no space” yet online it said they had room available smoke free. They told me to rebook and then made a big deal i rebooked. Expedia told me i shouldnt be charged yet they charged me still and i didnt want to make a big deal, i was just glad i was able to switch rooms. Elevator kept breaking down. It smelled bad in the elevator and the hallways. After being switched to my new room, i checked under the bed and there was bottles that were not mine again. And the shower curtain were really dirty

The staff were not present at the front desk when I walked in. Apparently, I was supposed to ring the bell but since I don’t understand Japanese- I waited for 2 minutes and end up asking the cleaning lady for help. Another bad point was that the bathroom door would not close and one of the light bulb in the middle wouldn’t turn off. The clothes set for me were wrinkled-looked used and old. There was no water in the room for me as well. I could also hear the noise of the bathroom shaking every time I turn on the water. I could also hear the room next door.

I had a minor stroke on the airplane on the way to Japan. I went into the hospital on 12/18 and am in the process of being discharged (12/25). I tried to call the hotel to see if I could cancel my reservation before the date I was supposed to check-in, but was told that they didn't have anyone with my name or reservation number. I did not have the energy to be able to figure out what was going on. So, I just had to forego the trip and lose the money. This is why I am giving an overall of 1 star.

The staff were quite nice and helpful. Their English was very good. The room was small but its expected for Japan so that didn't bother me however I found a used mask inside the desk and a pair of dried up colored contacts on the floor. Besides for that the bathroom seemed clean.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Hotel is very convenient to rail station and shopping choices. Lots of food places around. Only a few train rides from just about anywhere in Tokyo. 5,000 yen lasted us almost a week using trains/buses daily. Rooms aren’t large but it is as advertised good for a couple but too small for more comfortably. Would stay again if I go back over.

The hotel room was small compared to American hotel rooms, but its Japan, you knew what you were getting yourself into. It is however oddly just enough space fpr one person, the train station is a 5 minute walk, theres a Family Mart and 7-11 down the street with dining options everywhere. Overall a good choice if you need somewhere to stay and don't need a lot of space

Really liked this hotel , FYI , the extra large twin is 48 inches ...so a 3/4 ...and was fine for my husband and myself . Lots of extras re toothbrushes , razors etc . Staff great. Their English excellent . Hotel in area we wanted to be , close to train .

It is ok hotel altough i feel like there is no space to properly store the baggage. the mirror on the bathroom was also quite low so i had to bow far down to see myself. the toilet is also quite small compared to a standard sized toilet. bathroom was so small that i hit my head in the door handle when i was in the toilet as well

the vetilation over the shower was quite dusty

立地は凄く良かったです。スタッフの対応も良いです。
ただお部屋の壁に埃が溜まっていたり、換気口の所がめちゃくちゃ誇り溜まっていて、たまには清掃したほうがいいのではないかと思いました。
洗面台のオーバーフローの所が真っ黒だったので、歯ブラシで清掃しておきました。
日々の業務で忙しいのは理解できます。週に一回とか決めて清掃しないとではないかなと思います。

不満だらけです。３泊したのですが、お風呂のシャワーシート(？)普通湯船の高さより長いのが普通なのに短く切ってあって、シャワーを浴びるたびに水滴が湯船の外に出てしまいびしょびしょになって不快でした。シャワー浴びる度にマットを絞らなくではいけないほどびしょびしょになりました。
あときちんと掃除をしていないのか所々汚かった。
友達も他の部屋で泊まったのですが、きちんと掃除されてなくて埃がひどかったと言ってました。
違う友達はチェックインして部屋に行ったら、掃除自体してなくて部屋を変えて貰ったと言ってました。
こんな事は初めてです。前は良かったのに…
直した方が良いと思います。

掃除無しの時の対応、説明して！

廊下が狭く部屋の前が掃除道具用品の置き場。
なので、掃除の時間は廊下にタオルやシーツが、散乱。
連泊の掃除無しに付いての案内無し。部屋の取説にも記載無い。なのでタオル交換が、出来なかった。

高田馬場駅近くのイベントに参加する為に利用しましたが、駅から割と近くにあり、チェックイン前に荷物も預ける事が出来て良かったです。ただ枕や寝具が湿ってる感じがしたので、そこだけが残念でした。

Un quartier universitaire fort intéressant desservi par la JR line et le métro. Plein de restos autour avec des rapports qualité-prix excellents. Les chambres sont très petites... mais c'est aussi ça le Japon. La seule alternative pour avoir une grande chambre: un 5 étoiles!

連泊宿泊時、室内清掃依頼のルールを把握できずタオルなど交換をしてもらえませんでしたが清掃依頼の札も分かりやすくしてほしい。
室内に館内電話ないことも不満を覚えました。
また靴ベラも無く合わせて不満か感じました。
細かいことを書きましたがそれ以外はGOODでした。

便利な場所にあるホテルはいくらでも探せるが、
寒がりな自分は部屋の空調が調節出来るのが魅力
でここにした。
清掃も頼めば毎日来てもらえる。
すぐ隣が郵便局で荷物も送れて便利。
ひとつ難点は夜中の救急車の音など騒がしい事だが
自分には許容範囲内。音に敏感な方は向かないかも。

・デスクに置いてある立体ミラーに白い手垢？汚れがベッタリ
・喫煙ルームと言えども、とても臭い

受付の中国の方かな？女性の対応は、一生懸命に対応して下さってるのが伝わって、とても良かったです。
とにかく、清掃が酷かったです。
一泊15,000円は天候のせいもあると思うけれど、その金額には不釣り合いな不潔さでした。
