Just the right amount of food for breakfast, good choice nice to have something to fill in for breakfast. Cereals, full cooked breakfast, help your self to bread to toast. Bedroom very cosy free wifi. Zero traffic noise.

We stayed for 3 nights as we was going to Lytham Festival and it was the perfect little stay. The hosts were very friendly, went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable for your stay. The breakfast was top notch and they would recommend restaurants in the area if you were looking for something different to eat later on in the day. The rooms are a good size all with ensuite. The rooms are cleaned everyday and are always stocked up with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. There was parking on the front but you have to have a pass for but they will supply you with one. If you can't park on front they have additional parking at the back of the property. Overall we can't find fault with this property or the lovely owners Chris and Nancy. We will be back at some point in the future and this will definitely be our first place to go.

We had a warm welcome from Chris. Check-in was easy. The room was extremely clean, along with the rest of the hotel. The way Chris & Nancy do the breakfast is excellent. You have a sheet you fill in and everything is cooked fresh and on the table in no time. also the quality of the breakfast, is Superb. We will definitely be go back on our next vivist to Blackpool.

Owners were friendly and helpful - they let me keep the car in their car park until 3pm on the day we left, which saved on parking. Breakfast was fine - it was nice to bed able to choose just what my daughter and I like. Beds were very comfy and we slept well. Although beds were made and room tidied the bathroom wasn't cleaned. On the second night a there was a knock at the door in the middle of the night which disturbed me - we were in the room on the ground floor near to the front door. I felt a bit agitated by this but it didn't affect my daughter and it was dealt with promptly.

We had a great time staying here for the first time. We got a text letting us know we could check in early which was a great help. From the moment we arrived until we left we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel like old friends rather than guests.

Fantastic room and breakfast and a tremendous welcome from cracking hosts. The area closer to the sea front is a bit boisterous and noisy, nothing to do with the B&B itself and it is probably just far enough away to live with but light sleepers may be affected by late music from South Pier.

Fantastic place fo stay, super comfy bed and very spacious room. We stayed for 2 nights and from arrival to departure Chris and Nancy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Breakfast is cooked to order (super yummy) and Chris’s attention to detail and presentation of service is fab. Plentiful supplies of tea and coffee and OJ from Nancy too! Added bonus of free car parking to the rear. Considering Chris and Nancy have only recently celebrated a year running the facility they really do an excellent job. It’s like home from home and we was made to feel very welcome. We will be back :)

We had a lovely two-night stay here at the weekend. We were made to feel very much like guests and not customers. From the lovely welcome to the spacious room and yummy breakfast to the friendly departure, there really wasn't a bad thing to say about this hotel. Rooms are well equipped and decorated and the procedure for breakfast works well (Order what you want and given a time slot). Off-road parking is also a bonus. Excellent value for money, clean, efficient and friendly service. The staff were even accommodating with us when we were late down for breakfast which was much appreciated after a rough night! The only thing I would point out was the shower water pressure which was lower than normal but really not a big issue.

Great friendly hosts. Everything about our brief stay was great ie. good sized room , comfortable beds / pillows / chairs , toiletries / towels /coffee & tea making facilities provided , en-suite clean and decent sized , everywhere we went within the property was very clean and the cooked breakfast which was accompanied by juice , cereals , toast and coffee was beautifully cooked and plentiful.

Just back from a fantastic stay in Blackpool. Made all the better by the lovely accommodation. The owners Mike and Sally are such warm, welcoming hosts and really do epitomise ‘service with a smile’. The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable double plus bunk beds. You are given a time slot to arrive for breakfast and fill out a form on arrival to specify exactly what you would like. The food was delicious and we were the only family in the room every morning so social distancing was certainly adhered to. The location is ideal, a short walk to South Pier but far enough away to escape the noise. We would definitely book the Branston Lodge again.

Excellent Hosts and B&B
Branston Lodge is my go to B&B in Blackpool. Mike and Sally are the most welcoming of people and the service from them is second to none. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. The beds are very comfortable and you get very little noise from outside, especially if your on the back. The full english breakfast is very tasty and a good proportion, also the filter coffee is excellent. My Nan ran the B&B opposite and they had a great reputation and so for me, I've got to say Mike and Sally do an amazing job and I think highly of what they offer and what they've done with Branston Lodge.
