One of the worst places I have ever stayed. There was no parking, which was one of the main reasons I booked it. Staff were disinterested at best. Room was clean enough, but the bathrooms were filthy, beer bottles and pizza scattered around, blocked toilet and hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. Definitely not recommended!!

This place is acceptable for a one-night stay. My room was dull and had spider webs on the window. Additionally, loud music was coming from downstairs. Drinking water was not available inside the rooms or on the floor. You need to request drinking water from the reception lady, who then provides the water bottles. The positive points about this place are, walkable distance from the Granville railway station and many good restaurants next to this hotel which remain open till midnight.

There is a terrible cigarette smell throughout the whole hotel. The room was never vaccumed, there was lots of people who hang around the hotel who made you feel unsafe I wish I read the reviews before booking. If you are reading this I highly recommend do not book here. Expedia you should remove this place from your listing

Dont expect to much, this is mostly just for bed. You need to find your breakfast or meal. Toilet and shower is shared with other guests. Cleaning is around once every two day

There was hundreds of bed bugs all through our bed. My partner and I had to leave at 2am and sleep in our car because there is that many! We are both covered in bites. Our fridge didn’t work and neither did the tv.

When it says parking available, it is parking on the street or in a parking lot down the road which isn't visable from the hotel. A good cheap over night option if you are attending an event at Olympic Park. I would look for other option if planning on staying more than 2 nights.

Firstly my appreciation for their counter staff who were quite helpful.
Bathrooms & toilets are not attached to the rooms. They are common This was not known to me while booking. Ladies toilets ran out of issues in the middle of night and I had to get something for my ladies from the men's room.
Vomit on the corridor floors.
Lot of music and noise late in to the night. Impossible to sleep. Unsuitable for famlies.

I had to get a full refund on my stay due to having no access to bed sheets or towels.
The hotel staff were nice but they had issues with cleaning staff which could not give me the needs. So if you don’t mind sleeping on a bed with no sheets and don’t want a shower, this place is fine.

The hotel looks to have a no care factor
Men’s showers not clean only one shower for entire guests
Main access door to accomodation doesn’t close
Hotel has a loud noise in late night and early morning
You get the cheapest accomodation and that’s what it is

The best thing was the air-conditioned room; that was a godsend on a 40-degree day. The hotel, including the bathrooms, was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. And the price was cheap.

To be honest, I think this hotel has traditionally been a working man's hotel, and so it has simple features suited to that market. It's not really aimed at tourists.
For example, in the shared bathrooms, there are no bath mats, and there is a sign on the wall asking guests to clean up after themselves. If, historically, this has been an issue, then fair enough, and I'd hope most guests would do so. But the sign is not what you would expect usually- the tourist expectation being that the point of being on holidays is not having to worry about such things.

The hotel appears to be under-staffed. The young woman who checked us in was also one of only two staff on, and they were waiting for beer while she tried to work out how to do it, which took 10-15 minutes all up. Then a security guard (?) materialised to show us to our room, but didn't. He took us to the door, and gave directions.

I don't want silver service, but actually checking if we (a) found the room, (b) understood its features, (c) were happy with it, (d) had any questions, and (e) made us feel welcome would be what I'd call pretty basic hospitality.

The air conditioning I mentioned before had one major flaw- it was incredibly noisy, like a crop dusting plane, creating around 40 decibels of noise.

Good location close to transport, s friendly pub with good prices for beer and food. Ideal to get in to and from the city. However a lot of noise in the room from the bar until midnight (Saturday) but once it closed all went quiet. In all it was clean, basic and what we needed for a one night stay in the city.
