We really enjoyed our time at Vittoria Design Hotel. Paula was a wonderfully accommodating host. Her son was wonderful as well. They Always met our needs and helped us with anything we needed. We had a balcony overlooking Tuscany and even saw a hot-air ballon gathering and a few small deer(?) from our balcony on Friday. The place is a little worn, but they do a great job maintaining it.

One thing I would mention, though, if you are expecting a washer and dryer, there isn’t one.

Also, they do have parking, but you better have a very small car and some good driving skills to get in and out of the garage. We didn’t have a problem, but we could see where it might be a problem for some people

Overall, due to Paula, her son, the location, and the balcony, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent place to stay in Siena.
Close to Porta Pispini on the corner of via Aretina and via Girolamo Gigli park on footpath out the front to drop off your suitcases on arrival.
No breakfast but a great cafe near the Porta Pispini, 2 minute walk away.
The rooms are comfortable large and clean with Tuscan views from the terrace.
Paula is an excellent friendly host with a deep knowledge of what see and where to eat in Siena.
I Will definitely stay here next time in beautiful Siena.

Modern hotel in a great location.

Modern hotel close to the city. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely terrace to have a picnic supper after a busy day. Parking available in a garage at €10 was very useful as we could walk into the centre of the city. Would stay again.

Great access to old city and very modern!

Great hotel with minimalist fit out. No air conditioning yet fitted was a bit of a problem (in summer). Beds were not so comfy and did not get a very good night sleep. However, good spot for access to old City and staff were absolutely excellent!

City tax

We supposed to pay EUR 2.5 per person per night. And gotcharged EUR 10 for 1 night 2 adults. Taxi was waiting so I couldn't argue. We'd been in Italy for the past 2 weeks and stayed at different places, this is the first time we got overcharge.

Pessima esperienza

La doccia era fatta in modo da inondare il bagno d'acqua. Copriletto sporco ne è stata richiesta la sostituzione, ci è stato risposto che erano macchie permanenti e siamo stati invitati ad annusare il profumo di bucato. La ringhiera delle scale al primo piano è rimasta in mano. Il parcheggio non è adatto a tutte le macchine e ospita una discarica di vecchi mobili. Le lenzuola e le asciugamani sono stese proprio lì in mezzo agli ingombri, tra i gas di scarico delle macchine in sosta.

Decepção, escolhi a propriedade por ser próximo ao centro histórico e por ter estacionamento. A localização é ótima, mas o estacionamento não tem como entrar com carro porte médio e o lugar é muito ruim pra achar vagas gratuitas. Tivemos que solicitar reposição de itens de higiene e o ar condicionado estava quebrado. Péssima experiência nesse hotel.

Senti falta de um elevador, pois a subida com as malas apesar de ser apenas 1 andar não foi fácil na minha idade.

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Siena in 5 minuti. La stanza è pulita e luminosa e dotata di ciò che è necessario. Inoltre c’è un terrazzo comune che ha una vista mozzafiato. In aggiunta a questo, la proprietaria è capace di farti sentire a casa, dandoti ottimi consigli su dove andare a mangiare e cosa visitare. Anche esternamente a Siena. Se dovessi tornare a Siena, sicuramente tornerei qui.

Il mio giudizio è riferito esclusivamente alla comunicazione che ho avuto con la struttura. Non avendo potuto più effettuare il soggiorno per motivi personali e chiedendo chiarimenti su come gestire la prenotazione/cancellazione ho riscontrato poca disponibilità e soprattutto gentilezza da parte della struttura che oltretutto è quasi irraggiungibile telefonicamente.

Hotelli oli todella siisti ja henkilökunta osasi hienosti englantia (Italiassa tämä ei todellakaan ole itsestäänselvyys). Huoneeni oli alimmassa kerroksessa ja kadun puolella. Autojen ja skootterien äänet kuuluivat aika selvästi huoneeseen, mutta iltaa kohden liikkenne rauhoittui. Nukuin yöni todella hyvin liikenteestä huolimatta, eli jos olet herkempi nukkuja suosittelen pyytämään hotellilta ylempien kerroksien tai sisäpihan puolella olevia huoneita. Hotellillle on myös mahdollista jättää matkatavarat säilöön check-outin jälkeen.Hotellilta kävelee aivan keskustaan n.10 min ja bussiasemalle n.20min. Sekä hotellin oma wifi on todella nopea.

Week end a Siena

Abbiamo soggiornato al Vittoria Design Hotel il primo fine settimana di ottobre. Le persone che ci hanno accolto in reception sono state molto cortesi e ci hanno accompagnato in camera. La stanza era pulita e ordinata, così come il bagno. All’interno abbiamo trovato due asciugamani a testa e saponi per doccia.
La nostra stanza aveva anche un piccolo balconcino. Non avendo la colazione compresa dovevamo uscire per poterla fare, ma la posizione dell’hotel è così comoda che bastavano 2 minuti a piedi per trovare il primo Bar. Per arrivare al centro di Siena impiegavamo più o meno 10 minuti a piedi, da lì poi era possibile raggiungere ogni angolo della città. Abbiamo passato uno splendido week end.

Parfait hôtel à quelques minutes à pied des centres d'intérêts ! Le personnel souriant et sympathique, les chambres propres. De plus, le parking est très pratique et sécuritaire (à savoir-il est payant). Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour profiter de Sienne ! Excellent rapport qualité\prix!

Hotel minimalista, muy bien situado junto a la muralla, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado había ventilador en la habitación, cama cómoda, personal , un hotel correcto y con muy buenas vistas, las fotos son de las vistas desde el hotel

L'albergo è molto carino e particolare, una signora ci ha accolto subito calorosamente spiegandoci tutto e dandoci consigli su come muoverci e dove mangiare.. l'albergo è ad appena 15 minuti da Piazza del Campo e ci si arriva attraversando la Porta Pispini, una passeggiata molto piacevole e tranquillissima anche di notte.. la stanza molto carina e pulita, sempre trovata perfettamente a posto al nostro ritorno la sera. Soggiorno piacevole!

Buona la posizione,spaziosa e ben arredata la camera.Peccato per l’assenza dell’armadio e del frigobar.La colazione 8€ è un po’ troppo cara.La cosa inaccettabile è che la reception alle 21:30 circa chiude e per accedere all’esterno e viceversa bisogno passare per un’uscita secondaria sempre aperta e non custodita...chiunque in tal modo può accedere ai luoghi comuni in qualsiasi momento.Peccato!!!!
