Clean room, amazing staff, the 2 concierges were fantastic Rami and the other fellow from Arkansas, super helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend, location is great, 20 min walking distance to the Louvre and area. Definitely recommend 10/10. For those Canadians, there's a Canadian Pub (The Moose) across the street, I watched all the Team Canada hockey games there, haha

Amazing location St Germain is one of my favorite area of Paris. Can walk to most anything you want and there are multiple metro stops near by. The staff was super friendly and helpful on anything we needed.

This was a family trip with my wife and 2 kids 8/11 who had a great time we all fit in the suite no problem.

Not a great experience.
No wifi at all the entire 3 days we were there. Only offered us complimentary breakfast as compensation which we had opted out off as we wanted to have breakfast out of the hotel!
On arrival, the receptionist demanded that we pay the entire amount for our stay - which was odd, as you usually pay for this at the end of your stay. Only realised after that we had in fact paid the full amount already. We would have ended up paying twice!

This is a small boutique hotel situated in the heart of Saint Germain and is surround by good local bars, cafes, restaurants. and high end designer shops and patisseries. You cannot go thirsty or hunger here!

The reception fulfilment staff are very good at dealing with any requests related to the hotel and the room.

Language issues with staff are non existent if English in your main language

Flexible in check in and check out times which is relative to how busy the hotel is.

Note: The rooms are very small and a little tired with wear and tear.

Would I stay here again?! Yes only for a bigger room or suite.

If you’re staying here for 1 or 2 nights it’s a good choice

Our train connection in Paris was cancelled and I had to book just one night here at the very last minute, and it was wonderful! I couldn’t have picked a better place if I had weeks to research and plan. I loved our street (local wine shop and book shop across the street) and the neighborhood, so fun! I want to come back again and stay a week. Highly recommend!

Pleasant stay!

The location was perfect! It is very close to a metro and some restaurants around. The building has the essence of a boutique hotel and is very beautiful! The only thing that for us was negative is the size of the rooms and the bathroom, they are very small and sometimes we could hear people in the hallway or coming up in the elevator.

But overall I super recommend it and would stay again there.

Great location in the Latin Quarter. Like most Paris hotels, rooms are small. Friendly staff.
Upon arrival, bedsheet was stained. Asked to have it changed and the bed was just made up, and worse, the room door was left unsecure.

Items in luggage storage were left unsecured as front desk person was asleep at our departure one morning. Very average experience, I'm afraid.

Very nice location, walkable distance to Notre Dame, Louvre but not too close to have so many tourists nearby. Space is a bit tight but very clean, and the staff are all really nice. The only complaint I have is the noise from the elevator and from outside (there are some bars around and very popular on weekend nights).

Exceeded expectations! We are a family of four and we had two rooms and a key to a door for the entry to both. We were a little early, but they checked our bags and had them in the room when we came back. Really right in the centre of everything. 10,4, and C trains are all very close. There is a Canadian pub “The Moose” around the corner that shows US and CAN sports. Highly recommended!

Beware: when we checked out the property said we were paid up. When I got back home, there was a $179 charge. This can’t be for taxes, so I have to contact the hotel and find out why the charge. Our room was gorgeous, petite and perfect. The hotel is immaculately clean.

Excellent hotel in Paris near to many nice restaurants, stores. It is 3 min away from Odeon Train station which is convenient to get to Eiffel, Arc de Triumph, and many more Paris points of interest. I’d highly recommend if you plan to walk to many areas. Louvre Museum is less than 15 mins away. The breakfast is very complete for the price. The staff went above and beyond in checking us in even before check in time.

It was our second stay at the hotel Louis II. The hotel is new and very clean. We had some issues with the bedding not being changed in the 3 nights we spent there and we were told it was for environmental reasons. Our water bottle was also not filled every day and same for the toiletries. I think the service should be improved for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is comfortable despite the small rooms and very central.

I liked the location and the fact the hotel and room had air conditioning and an elevator. The water pressure in shower was nice and room and bed were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A few mistakes made at check in and check out. They forgot to tell me room was ready while I waited 2 hours in lobby and forgot to do wake up call.

Taxis were hard to find and expensive. When getting me a private shuttle to airport wished hotel had relayed information to driver because of language barrier.

Family of four, we had the junior suite on the top floor (there's a lift), a bit tight when the sofa bed was out but in a charming, Parisian way. The hotel was super clean, very stylish, staff were lovely, helpful and polite. Location can't be beat, so much to do and see within a 15 minute walk, and you can be at the Louvre in 30 on foot. Lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel too. Top stay, thank you to all the lovely staff.

I stayed 6 nights at Louis II and enjoyed it very much. It's very quaint and beautiful and welcoming in every possible way. The rooms are warm and quiet with everything you might need during your stay. The staff is courteous and professional. My favorite part was ginger lemon tea that was always available in the lobby for the guests. The location is perfect. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Paris. Thank you!

Pros: Location. Newly renovated property. Modern and charming. Friendly concierge. Very helpful cleaning lady. Well appointed room. Daily housekeeping. 24 hour front desk. Free croissants and coffee in the afternoon.

Con: Because there are lots if cafes around the property, there can be noise. We closed the windows since there is air-conditioner anyway and noise was minimal. We were also very tired and fell asleep right away.

This hotel was amazing. From the location, to the staff, to the decor, to the cleanliness. Trendy modern hotel in a lively area of Paris. Steps away from amazing restaurants and the metro stop. We walked most of the time to all of the sites (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musee DOrsay, Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens, etc). For kids, this is a great area and our room was spacious and worked well for four people.
The staff were so friendly and happy to answer questions or get us the odd thing we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel for families but also couples or someone travelling alone. We will stay here again when we return to Paris!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The hotel is very charming and nicely decorated. It feels artistic and welcoming. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. We were lucky enough to find an available room at the last minute after we had to leave our Airbnb early, and the staff was very accommodating. I also had the breakfast most mornings which was very good. The location of the hotel is also very central, in walking distance of all the main attractions and close to several metro lines. We will gladly come stay here again!
