H.C. was told Property manager WOULD NOT refund the room. This is more of a work hotel and not so of a family weekend stay. There are no curtains, the shades are not fitted so light come in, not the cleanliness, smells when you walk in, good for pets. Also the A/C was good. The “blanket” is more of a sheet and the pillows are flat flat.

Where do I start? I had two rooms, and both rooms were disgusting. The bathroom toilet was clogged for the 4 day in the hotel. the floors looked awful in both the odor hit you in the lobby and it followed you throughout the entire building. I was so scared the hold time I was there

There was no registration clerk for about 30-35 minutes. I have to call the hotline to report that no one was at the desk. I was placed on hold for more than 7 minutes. I have to re- dial the hotline, I have to call the hotel number. I spoke to hotel clerk and he said he was on his way but it took another 5-8 minutes

It wasn’t the best stay at hotel. There was no shampoo or conditioner or enough towels for a couple. The elevator and room smelled like musky and cologne infested that the smells stayed on out clothing. We asked for extra towels and was promised that in 30mins housekeeping would come by the room. We waited over an hr and no one came by and after we came back to our room, we still didn’t have those extra towels.

We stayed here before tried to give them a second chance. Never again We had to get three sets of cards the first day. They wouldn’t work on the entry door and would on the room or vice verse. The sheets and pillow cases were very dirty they had blood and chocolate on them. Grandson walked barefooted and his feet were black from the dirt

The fridge had rust and so did the bathroom mirror. The hotel in general had a bad smell such as the hallway and room. Our room had no towels we had to ask for them also no soap to shower. The shower head was broken water was going everywhere so my husband had to tie a towel around it so we could shower without water going everywhere. Not worth the 100 a night

The room had roaches of all sizes crawling on the floor, bed, sink, restroom, etc. I killed about 10 roaches. Needless to say, we did not spend the night. When I informed the front desk the reason we were checking out after a few hours of arriving, they did not care
