The staff and room were okay. Breakfast was great! The issue was limited parking. We were told to park in handicap which didn't seem right. parking in the back was filled with construction equipment and looked hazardous. Paying 300. with no parking is wild. We booked another property.

The check in was fast and we liked our suite. The parking was limited and we heard people parked right outside of our window in a fire lane due to lack of parking. The swimming pool and gazebo area were crowded, Im pretty sure some people were invited and didnt have rooms there. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and spacious for my family of 5. The front desk attendants were always kind and helpful and our room was kept in order. We emjoyed the delicious breakfast, as well and being located near so many restaurants.

A load of false advertisement... The main reason for me booking at this specific hotel was for the king suites (which I booked two rooms) and the bar/lounge. The bar being not what was advertised isn't a big deal but don't say that you have a bar in your hotel if it's not what is in the listed pictures.
The biggest issue I had was the room situation, I booked a room for 1 king suite and 1 king bed. The room smell terrible! The other room I booked was a king suite with 2 king beds; no only did it stink as well but the 2nd king bed was nothing but a pullout NOT WHAT WAS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE when I was deciding what to book.
Booked through Orbitz and the rooms were very expensive but when we needed a new room due to the rooming issue, it was cheaper to book at the front desk.

Nice, but limited parking

The staff was exceptionally nice! The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location near the mall and several restaurants.

The only problem was there was a lot of water standing in the parking lot, due to rain and there was construction at the hotel, so parking was very limited.

Finally a hotel that actually felt clean and had air conditioned hallways. We only had one issue with the bed, the frame or mattress leaned really bad in once side but it was manageable and still comfortable.

We had a terrible experience where the shower didn’t work properly and the hotel was too booked to get a new room. Since it was 11 pm, they couldn’t get maintenance to fix it either. So the hair clogged tub filled to the rim after a couple of showers. The staff was pleasant though and their hands were tied. It’s been a few days since the visit and no one followed up. I called and was told I’m getting points; let’s see how much they do. Felt robbed to pay $250 nightly rate for such an uncomfortable stay. Felt I would’ve been better off at a cheap motel. The only thing that made it better is that the staff was super nice even though they could do nothing.
I was so grossed out about the shower thing but it looked clean enough overall. The bed was very uncomfortable, box spring was probably broken. We woke up with back pain to go in a shower half filled with water from the night before. This place looks kind of ok but is pretty run down and not well maintained. It’s nice to have a full kitchen… If you’ll use it (we didn’t).
Close to a mall and restaurants. Also close to South Padre Island.

Let me first say, I have NO complaints about the staff, they seemed nice and helpful. The property is showing its age, when the heat would turn on, it would make an incredibly loud noise, like a mini-explosion, and finally, in the early morning hours it just stopped working, my family and I were very cold. This property was in a nice location...just close enough to everything, but in a reasonably quiet area. The property was pretty well maintained with a friendly staff. We arrived late in the evening for our stay and the one thing that caught my attention as soon as we walked in through the side door was how clean and pleasant it smelled. That says so much about how a property is taken care of. We only stayed one night but everything was very good.

Did not honor my reservation!! Tried to check in only to find out they were not going to honor my reservation because a government official extended their stay. My family of eight, with a baby and small children had to drive back to Corpus Christi during a thunder storm with a flash flood warning because this hotel did not honor our reservation. I would not waste my time with them. Absolutely unacceptable way to do business.

Everything excellent except the hallways had a bad smell. It seems to be the carpet. To me it smells like dirty socks. Wondering if the hallway carpet on the Second floor needs replaciing.

Other than that everything else was excellent. Very clean room and good breakfast. The day clerk was awesome and helpful.

I told lady I didnt ask for queen and she said all rooms carry a king size bed so i checked bed label and it was queen. So i talked to lady about it and said she couldnt do anytihing since we had used a third party to book room. Just wandering if price would have been lowered. Other than that everything went well. Family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect!! Very large and clean. I like to keep the family together instead of booking two separate rooms. Parking was easy. Pool, gym, and basketball court were nice. Full breakfast every morning. Close to shopping and 15 min walk to Starbucks. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

COVID stay- The staff was excellent in taking care of us or questions. The way they handled the breakfast each day was good. We appreciated that they were doing what they could and staying safe.
The Hot Tub outside was not working.
Our room Hot water was not working But it was warm so we did not complain about it. The only thing that was expected and they did not have is they seem to only have two carts for carrying luggage. When we checked in at 1 am no carts where to be found. When we checked out 4 days later no carts to be found. So I would think they need to invest in getting some carts. The bathrooms and sitting are is small.
