My time at Waterfront Resort was an incredible experience, largely thanks to Yousef. During an unprecedented emergency, he went above and beyond. By far exceeding what would ever be expected of his role. I am extremely grateful for the care and support I received. I’d highly recommend staying here.

After trekking the Annapurna Circuit, I was very much excited for a nice place to relax. The resort was not awful by any means, but it was far from what I expected. The room was not the cleanest (marks on the walls, dirt on the floor). Additionally the A/C did not work in my room, which meant that I had to sleep with the window open and there was a party/ noise going on all night outside. The outlet also did not work in my room, so someone brought an adapter. Dinner was good (veg burger), but the included breakfast was lackluster.

This may have been the nicest place I stayed in Nepal, but I only stayed at a couple other places, and it is 4 star at best. The place itself was nice, but for shower hot water I had to call the desk each day to get them to heat up the water. The shower actually had a shower curtain, which was a positive I learned for Nepal.

Also the green area in the picture is an illustion in that it is a park, not part of the property, and the lakeshore is full of litter and other garbage. I found the meals very good and service by all the staff also very good. Internet access and speed also good. Also know that it is not a convenient walk to town, but taxis are cheap. At night the frog noise is very LOUD (in May), so to sleep you may want ear plugs. Oh yes, one of the features listed is an airport shuttle but they will only pick you up for free - for the return you must pay, about $8. The pool was very popular. Overall a nice place to stay and be able to enjoy the view of the lake and hills somewhat near town.

Review.

Large hotel. TV a little dated. A decent walk away from the actual town 10-15 mins. Service was good. However on the last day we asked for a lift into town 5 mins and we’re quoted 800RPS. So left a bit of a sower taste as it was only a few mins and there were no other customers. We would have been happy to tip more but that wasn’t the point.

A great place for a vacation. Pool was very clean (though the baby pool has SHARP edges on the steps and seat that cut my daughter several times). The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff did a great job with sanitizing each day. Most staff were very careful and wore facemasks. I'd especially love to praise the accountant! He saw me wandering through the empty restaurant and jumped in to help me get ice, even though it was not his job. The front desk staff were also very helpful (especially Pradip) as was the restaurant staff, (especially Sweeti). All in all a very good stay and vacation!

one of the best places to stay in Pokhara , stayed for 3 nights , during the first night the aircon was leaking water and it took a long time to fix it (wasn't there any apologies from mgt side)

The property look just like the pictures. Great housekeeping staff. Windows and balcony doors did not close completely which caused insects to enter room. Hotel restaurant food was not good and very expensive. Travel desk misleading.They sold me an expensive sight seeing package that really covered taxi. I had to purchase a ticket at each sight. Hotel did not provide discounts for spa services.

Wonderful hotel in Pokhara

This is a fantastic place to stay while in Pokhara. It is set a bit outside the hustle and bustle of the Lakeside area (very touristy area) but it is an easy walk to there if you want to try restaurants and go shopping. We were there for an overnight between treks. It is quiet and peaceful at Waterfront which is what we wanted. We had a light dinner in the restaurant which was very good. We also had a fantastic breakfast there (buffet) which included lots of choices. As we were trekking the next day, they kept our luggage for us and we were able to pick it up after out trek. If we had more time, there are amenities we would have enjoyed including a pool. The concierge can arrange other activities as well. We highly recommend Waterfront Hotel!

Lovely Location on Lake

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for a week. Everything was above average, and the convenience of being ferried across the lake to the city or having a taxi to the center was very convenient for us. The staff was excellent. The food was very good with a nice variety. The dining room manager and staff were very efficient.

Nice property on lake, away from the busy part of Pokhara. Complimentary shuttle into town (~5 mins) is convenient, and the boat ride option (~20 mins) is even better.

Review of waterfront hotel

I was given lake view room as promised during booking. Room was comfortable. If you are looking for indian vegerian food then you may struggle. Menu has option for tanduri and naan but it was not available. Roti was thick and not soft.

Well, how could i fault anything!

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The Waterfront may not be 5 star but let me tell you that the food and service definitely is. The view from our balcony looking over the lake was impressive and the pool was something else. As we were twin sharing, we upgraded from our twin room and for the little extra we paid for the upgrade, the room was ideal, complete with a lounge suit and very spacious. If I ever return to Pokhara, which I hope to one day, I will be staying here with out a doubt.

The hotel staff arranged the room on ground level as my mother has problem with her knees; there are 2 floors and no lift in the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is OK, we had dinner at the restaurants surrouding the gate of the hotel, cheap and delicous. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Road Under Construction

The rooms are really great and their service is really good. However, the only issue was getting to the hotel; the road was in real bad shape and under construction. Also, every time our driver takes the car in & out of the hotel after a few meters of the gate there are these goons sitting and taking money for cars that pass by. This happened every single time we passed by. Otherwise the view, food, service, swimming pool is really upto the mark!

Nice hotel a few hundred metres away from the action in the centre.
Good food great swimming pool. I enjoyed my stay here and will come back on the future.
Only issue was no internet in the rooms and free connection in the lobby was very slow.

Beautiful property; inconsistent service

Comfortable room and nice pool. Good breakfast and very good service in dining room. Poor service at front desk for check-in and check-out. At check-in, hotel had arranged only a single room and, despite us providing a copy of our reservation that clearly showed a double room, we were asked to take a seat while staff \"investigated.\" At the end of our four-day stay, we had arranged for a pick-up by hotel vehicle. At the appointed time, no vehicle was there. The front desk person asserted repeatedly that \"it is here.\" Only after numerous requests was alternate transport (i.e. a taxi) arranged, which arrived more than 30 minutes after our requested departure time. As we were leaving, the front desk person apologized for the delay, explaining that \"the driver never showed up\", a bewildering admission from a person that, until that point, had insisted that there was no problem. A very far cry from the level of service we expected from the most expensive property we stayed at in Nepal.

We stayed for a long weekend, 4 adults and an infant. The hotel has a fascinating view over the lake and Sarangkot. The rooms are spacious, fresh and very well organised. The staff from check in, restaurant and service are friendly and attentive to your needs. The hotel manager personally attended to the special needs of the baby. Overall a great experience and we will be back soon as well as have no reservation in recommending this new establishment because of its great location and great service. Thanks.

New-ish hotel on the Lake

Comfortable King bed and western flush toilet... good going for a 3rd world country. Best is a corner room with windows on two walls with view of the lake and the para-gliders landing beside the hotel. They have a good pool. Restaurant was pleasant and food was above average (for Nepal). Horrible 1 Km road to Pokhara town. Best to take a taxi or the shuttle the hotel provides a few times a day.

プールもあり綺麗ホテルですが部屋の中に蚊がおり、管理に問題があるかと思います。

外の音がまる聞こえで夜中まで騒ぐお客がおり、リゾート感がなくがっかりでした。
チェックアウト時にホテル側が申し出れば部屋の交換をしますと言ってくれましたがホテルとしても防音対策を考えて欲しいと思います。又部屋の中に蚊がおり、睡眠が出来ず困りました。レークサイドに位置するホテルとしては、蚊対策を考えられる考えられる良いかと思いますが？

Gran hotel, gran vista.

Me quedé ahí por un par de días y realmente lo disfruté, el hotel es lindo, con una alberca agradable y buen restaurante. El staff siempre fue muy atento, incluso estuve y se preocupan mucho por lo huéspedes. Lo mejor es la vista junto al lago. Se puede ir caminando a varios bares muy agradables. Deberían de cambiar la política de solo 2 aparatos conectados al wifi, ya que tenía que desconectar alguno de los celulares para poder conectar la tablet.

Nytt hotell litt utenfor sentrum. Ikke asfaltering siste 500 meter,dette var på vei. Veldig hjelpsomme ansatte. Nydelig mat. Rent og fint over alt.Kan klart anbefales om man ikke vil ha butikker/restauranter rett utenfor.

フェア湖の景色は楽しめましたが、サランコット山にヒマラヤ山脈が隠れて見えない立地でした。

宿泊日はヒマラヤの夕焼けがポカラ市内のそこかしこで楽しめたのに、このホテルから楽しむことはできなかったことが残念でした。

trop cher pour ce que c est, plus de coupons pour accéder à la wi-fi dans la chambre, pas de SPA juste un salon de coiffure/massages médiocre à 100M de l' hotel, pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, chambre sans déco, réception TV de mauvaise qualité, un seul restaurant et non pas 3, pas de bar, piscine (grande et agréable) fermée toute la matinée pour nettoyage. bref, vraiment pas un bon rapport qualité/prix.

不值这个价格

未知很偏，到市区的路及其难走，满是尘土，非常颠簸。打车都不愿意去的地方。酒店服务很差，订的是套房加床，结果是标间加床，很拥挤，房间毫无特色，像国内的七天快捷标准。而且反复交涉之后也不愿意给换房间。总之很失望！建议大家不要选择这家酒店。
