This is a perfect little budget hotel for short-stays in Torun. It is 200m from a bus/tram stop that goes the 5 or 10 minutes to the main train station across the river. It is also just inside the town wall, where everything is close together and perfectly walkable. The girl who was manning the desk (and tidying up and generally 100% available) was very sweet and helpful.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. the area is quiet as is the hotel, which is also very clean. For breakfast, there is an omelette / scrambled egg station, which makes excellent food, as well as other options. No decaf coffee though, and sometimes a wider range of options would have been nice. I didn't see any parking, but there are a couple of electric cars that apparently (brave) guests can use.

Great small boutique hotel.

A wonderful spot, just on the edge of the old town center. Quiet with large rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Convenient parking available and other amenities for transportation. Helpful staff.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The hotel staff went above & beyond. Be warned tbere is not a lift in hotel,be prepared to use stairs. Our room was huge & well equipped. The breakfasts were simply amazing,great selection. Chef made omelets, Friday we had a musican in breakfast room. A perfect stay

Town centre, close to pubs, restaurants, shops. I was surprised it was so quiet. I think the best experience was French Breakfast where Chef prepared on the spot. Access to the hotel and rooms only with the fob, so it was very secure. Variations of different wines, soft drinks. Covid Secured.

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic little hotel. Room was extremely comfortable, I would agree with others that it was a little small but this was not at all a problem. The room was packed with technology - I was given an iPad which allowed me to control the lighting, blinds and the lock on the door. There was also air conditioning, a television, a stereo built in to the desk and a small display with the weather on it. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The real highlight of my stay was the breakfast. A really high quality range of buffet options available and a chef who made hot dishes to order. I had the chefs special, eggs benedict on day and an omelete the following day, both were excellent. I did not eat in the restaurant in the evening but the menu looked good. The hotel is well located just off the main square in Torun. I will certainly stay here again if I am in the area.

This a lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were of a good size and very clean. The beds were comfortable providing a good nights sleep, we were in Deluxe room. The breakfast is substantial and the freshly made omelette delicious.

Good but a few issues.

The location was excellent and the receptionist and the breakfast chef were both very helpful and upbeat. The chef made us special breakfast dishes. We did not have dinner there as the prices for dinner were higher than we want to spend on an extended trip. Bet it would have been very good. The room had 2 very narrow twin beds that could not be moved together. Also because the hotel is very old (guess a few hundred years old) the stairs were dark narrow and windy.

The property is located near the Medival Old town. It’s is a quiet peaceful place with romantic and flowerful decoration. The hotel and restaurant staff is very professional friendly and polite. The prices are reasonable and breakfast very good. Fresh and crispy bread Baked on the premises is served daily in the background one French music. Plug broken in sink I used plug but could not get if back out had to leave sink full due to taxi arriving Came back that evening and sink was still full of water. I managed to prise the plug out and empty the sink.

Wonderful hotel close to all the sights. Don't bring large suitcases as they may not fit up the stairs. Travel light! This hotel has the most amazing breakfast buffet and the food is all excellent.

No elevator in the hotel. I was able to carry my own baggage but this would not be a good choice unless you’re pretty fit. The upside is that the hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location close to all the major sights. The breakfast was outstanding. They gave you an iPad to control the room lights and air conditioner. It was difficult to use and I would have preferred to just use normal room controls. Overall good for the right kind of traveler.

Our double room was really tiny. We managed with 2 cabin sized bags in the room but doubt anything bigger would fit. They squeezed a desk into the room with a large chair which we had to move every time we needed the bathroom.
The staff were friendly and polite. I did get annoyed with a forgetful receptionist though. She lent us a hotel GPS to help us locate the car park (which wasn't near the hotel) and I returned this as soon as we got back to the hotel. She took the GPS from me with her very own hands, checked the screen and then put it down. That evening and when we check out, I was asked again and again to return the GPS even though I insisted I had already done that. I found this really insulting!

Main detractor was Expedia saying in the confirmation that this booking included dinner whereas that had not been asked for, was not required and not offered on check-in. Please Expedia get these things right!

Hotel was superb. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Food first class. My single room facing the street was a little noisy but could still get to sleep without too much trouble. If you are looking for a suitable base for walking around this very pleasant town then the Petite Fleur fits the bill perfectly. Downstairs restaurant was

In the old town but'old'!

Being seniors it's important to have a hotel that has an elevator or at least rooms on the first floor. This particular hotel with quite old and parking was very inconvenient. As a result we needed to have someone drive us to the parking area and bring our luggage up winding stairs. The dinner and breakfast were included in the price of the stay . The dinner was a bit meager however the breakfast was passable with no fruit. This hotel might work better for locals and younger folk.

Up three flights of steep, curving stairs

Our rooms were up three steep, curving flights of stairs. The clerk explained that they were the deluxe rooms, so it was my fault for having sprung for a nicer room. Their amenities list fireplaces when they mean radiators. The location in the old medieval city is perfect. The breakfast is great. The clerk couldn't recommend a restaurant for dinner because she likes the hotel restaurant so much. Obviously, I had a mixed experience, but mostly the climb up and down from our room made our visit unpleasant.

Absolutely wonderful staff

A solo traveler, I stayed at Hotel Petit Fleur at the end of May, 2014. I found it to be everything positive that others have said in regard to its location, its amenities and its restaurant. It would probably not easily suit those unable to handle stairs, but if someone is looking for an authentic, small, charming hotel within the city walls, this is a great choice and a good value. However, the best feature of the hotel from my point of view is the staff. After all, isn't a staff the heart of a guest's experience? Very welcoming, Witold and the rest of the staff do everything possible to accommodate the needs and wishes of their guests, no matter how big or small the request. They stand with the staff of any 5-star hotel in that regard.

街の中心部に位置しているのにお値段は手頃でとてもよい宿。10年前にも一度宿泊し、よい印象だったので10年ぶりに宿泊したがやはりよい宿だと思
ただ、フロント不在の時間がある、とあったので事前に到着予定期間を伝えるメッセージを何度も送るがなぜか返事が無くてそこは残念な点。スタッフはとても親切なのに、何故返事をもらえなかったのか。。。
次回トリンを訪れる時が来たらまた是非宿泊したいと思う。ありがとうございました。

Jeg må innrømme at jeg ble overrasket over mitt opphold på hotellet. Har vært mange ganger i Torun, men har ikke visst om dette hotellet. Jeg var kjempefornøyd med oppholdet og dette kan jeg trygt anbefale videre. Ankom litt sent på kvelden og ble tatt imot av en kjempehyggelig dame som ordna registreringen osv. Da jeg nevnte at jeg syntes frokosten var litt dyr fikk jeg beskjed om at jeg kunne få den gratis og beg benyttet meg av det første dagen. Ellers var hotellet i meget god stand til å være så gammelt, men ingen heis bare trapper. Men jeg fikk et veldig godt inntrykk av hotellet, stort rom og kjempehyggelig betjening.

Great service. Large room number 18. Had kitchen, refrigerator. TV and sofas.
A bit noise from the street acceptable noise level. also some light from the outside.
Clean.
Shower had a bit unstable water.
No elevator if You need that.
Beautiful old fashion building with large area both downstairs and on the main level.
Easy to find, short walk to main area of the old city. Several ways to walk to the destination.
Train station ca 30 minutes walk, Google has it a bit wrong, there is possible to use walkway under the street.
Good choice for a stay in Torun.

Bett und Bad, mehr braucht es eigentlich nicht von einem Hotel, und die meisten bieten deswegen genau das. Das PF dagegen ist ein Sammelsurium von Annehmlichkeiten, die darüber hinaus und weit in den 5*-Bereich gehen. Komplett handgemachtes Frühstück mit hervorragendem Rindstartar, Crepes, Eierspeisen? Dazu ein Gitarrist mit klassischen Werken? Vier zweisitzige Elektro-Twizzys, kostenlos, um durch Torun oder auf die andere Weichselseite zum Aussichtspunkt zu kommen? Eine etwas kuriose, aber beeindruckende Durch-Digitalisierung, die das ganze Hotel zu einem \"Smart Home\" macht - und das in einem Haus von 1600? Alles da, plus das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal, das schön sanierte Haus mit viel altem Holz, und natürlich die perfekte und ruhige Lage.

Fantastisk opphold på Petite Fleur. Husk å melde behov for parkering i forkant. Vi hadde ikke gjort det. Men fikk utrolig god hjelp og service for å finne parkering. Ansatte i resepsjonen var eksepsjonelt blide og serviceinnstilte. Fantastisk god frokost var inkludert i prisen Spesiallagede omeletter, godr oster, annet pålegg og champagne var inkludert.

이름 그대로 작고 사랑스러운 호텔입니다!
직원들 다 넘나 친절하고 사랑스러워요!!!

방의 유일한 단점은 샤워부스가 작다는 것과
엘베가 없다는 것!

장점은 방에서 넷플도 볼수있고
토룬에 몇 안되는 에어컨도 있고

그리고 무엇보다 제가 세컨폰을 놓고 왔는데
저한테 먼저 한국번호로 전화도 해주고
잘 보관해줬어요 넘나 감동입니다 ㅠㅠ

토룬 구시가 자체가 워낙 작아서
걸어서 다 커버가능합니다.
역 왕복할때만 우버 이용했어요!

Klimatyczny butikowy hotel

Hotel bardzo klimatyczny, położony w sercu starego miasta, w starej kamienicy. Ma bardzo specyficzny- histroyczny klimat, ciasne, zabytkowe klatki schodowe i klimatycznie urządzone pokoje oddające klimat. Fantastyczne śniadanie warte swojej ceny- zarówno zimny bufet (nieziemski tatar!) jak i przygotowywane na życzenie dania gorące. Z wad- dla osób z problemami w poruszaniu się klatki schodowe mogą stanowić barierę. Parking ma tylko dwa miejsca. W naszym przypadku zabrakło posprzątania pokoju i wymiany ręczniuków - trzeba było o to poprosić wieczorem - zakładam że to wypadek losowy.

Ciekawy hotel z bardzo specyficznym klimatem. Brak obslugi wieczorem nie utrudnia pobytu, wszystko jest dobrze zorganizowane aczkolwiek milo byloby posiedziec sobie dluzej w lobby przy lampce wina. 古い館に泊まったという感じでした(実際そうでしたが)。旧市街に位置し立地も雰囲気もとても良かったです。ただリフトが設置されていないので重くて大きなスーツケースの場合は相当難儀しそうです。私たちはワルシャワのホテルに置いてきたので難儀しませんでした。周遊旅行途中の利用よりも、ワルシャワやポズナンなどのホテルに荷物を置いて1～2泊のプチ旅行で利用されるとよいと思われます。トルンには同じようなホテルが多いように感じました。

Great hotel with an historic atmosphere. The room is comfortable and the breakfast amazing with a chef making omelette of your choise.
Not suitable for those who can't manage stairs. I recommend smaller suitcases as the stairs are narrow. Everything was as it was described except the vineyard. They just sell some high class vines.

This hotel is located at the center of Torun old city. Within 10 min walk, all sightseeing places are there. Very convenient. They offer special discount for car parking near hotel. You can also enjoy French restaurant in this hotel. Quiet, good mood and taste. Very reasonable price. When you check-in, they will give you iPad which you can check lots of information about Torun city. Wifi works very well. I love this city and I want to visit again in the near future. Definitly, I will stay this hotel again.
