La relación precio-calidad no coincide.

Lo bueno:

• El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó con cualquier cosa.
• El desayuno estaba bueno.
• Agua caliente en la ducha.
• La vista desde el balcón es muy linda.

Lo malo:

• Si buscas descansar, no lo vas a lograr. El viento en la noche es muy fuerte y el plástico del techo hace mucho ruido. Con el viento, las puertas y ventanas también suenan fuerte. Es imposible dormir.
• El hotel es viejo: las camas y otras instalaciones ya están viejas.
• No hay hot tub, el jacuzzi está dañado.

Staff went out of their way to please. This is a quintesential small Panamanian hotel. Not perfect in terms of condition. Older hotel with flaws as far as condition but staff makes up for that 10 times over. Personal service and food and drink very good and priced well. Quiet area with pool and hilltop view of Pacific. If you want an updated hotel stay in Panama City. If not go to Hotel Eclipse and get one on one service and comfort at a reasonable price and deal with a superbe staff!

This hotel has many features to recommend it: a stunning pool, terrific service (Hiciela and Axel in particular at the front desk and restaurant), a tranquil setting, and beautiful touches in the building itself. It's an ideal place to get away. One note: it's a good hour from Valle de Anton although the mileage makes it seem closer.

The main thing here is the view! Breath-taking. Hotel needs a bit of TLC. Staff all very friendly. Nobody on call of a night and no emergency number left.

The staff was fantastic as was the view. We had the place to ourselves and it is up on the mountain. You have a panorama of the ocean and the valleys - it is outstanding. The price is great and the vibe is too. The pool desperately needs chlorine tho. Fortunately you can be at Playa Los Panama in 25 mins. The one 15 mins away is super tough to get on and the local gringos suck.

The view was spectacular, but the road to the property was not great. Because it was on top of a hill, it was very windy which made for a lot of noise when we were trying to sleep. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but their English was very limited.

Unexpected Pleasure

Stayed two nights so we could see the El Cano Archaeological site (about 90 minutes away) one day and the El Valle market (about a hour away) the next morning. We loved our time there. The owners are super nice and accommodating. The views of the Pacific and adjacent mountains are awesome. The free breakfast blew us away. Eggs, fruit and other typical Panamanian items. This place is worth seeing and staying.

Enjoyed our stay in a clean facility with AC only in rooms. Be cautious of wet floors due to hallway AC units. Tranquil country setting, friendly staff, though communication can be challenging. Ideal for a romantic getaway overlooking a small valley. Good and reasonably priced food.

This was the start of a 15-day trip to Panama. We had ground transportation to where we rented our car in Coronado, so the Eclipse was a short drive on an already long and busy day of travel. We were warmly greeted and escorted to our room. We quickly overcame the language barrier, and the staff was very accommodating. It is a little way off the Panamerican highway so having food service was great. The food was very good every meal for the two days we stayed. We were well rested to start are travels across Panama. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful location and good amenities. Nice to be away from the business of Panama City. The only concern is the service. Staff are very friendly however not efficient and at times very slow. If you are not fluent in Spanish the use of a translator is a must. Not a complaint since my inability to speak Spanish is my issue but a helpful hint

Very beautiful setting. Calm, relaxing, surrounded by nature but only 15minutes from Coronado and it’s beaches and shops but you would think you are far far away.

The view and pool / outside ares are stunningly beautiful. You can see the ocean from the infinity pool. The rooms are really big and the private balcony is a perfect touch to relax in the mornings with a coffee.

Staff are very sweet and helpful and the food menu is very varied with lots of choices.
It is so close to coronado, only 15 minute drive but it feels like you are far far away from all the noice and busy areas.

All in all it was a perfect stay and for the price it is amazing and great value.

This is a property with great potential! The view is special and the manager and owner try their best to provide a good experience for their guest.
The home recipe of the owner is great. The atmosphere to have dinner by the pool with the lights in the distance is very pleasant and relaxing.
t is still at the beginning of their journey so there are things need to be finished. And while we were there, the wind was very strong. But we are sure it will be a great location for event and some relaxing moment.

-No wifi internet anywhere
-No functioning TV (there is one on the wall but it doesn’t work)
-Tried to leave early, but could not because they open breakfast/hotel at 8AM on Sundays (was not mentioned to us at check-in)
-Tried calling someone so we could leave and could not get ahold of anyone for 30mins
-Bed squeaks and cracks anytime you move (a few time we thought we broke the bed)
-There are only bed sheets (no blankets)
-Wind howls a lot (not the hotel’s fault)
