Wonderful pool and room. Great location!

Wonderful one night stay at the end of my trip and I really wished I was staying longer to relax by the pool after a busy trip.

They let me checkin early and I had a surprise they had upgraded me to a much bigger room. Rooms and Riad is stunning and the pool is lovely!

The main staff on reception are really lovely and helpful.

Breakfast was ok - there were lots of options but not as many for dairy free and the breakfast help wasn't quite the same as other venues. For others it would be very good.

There was a man I noticed occasionally around the venue who didn't seem very friendly (not sure if it's the owner) but everyone else was lovely.

Nice location with it being close to the top of the souks.

A great riad in the medina. Everything was good. The breakfasts were fantastic. The rooms spacious clean and air conditioned with stable wireless access. The pool and surrounds ideal for an afternoon relax. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy walk to all areas. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff who were so helpful. Excellent breakfast and we really loved the mint tea. Our room was super clean and beautifully designed. The only negative- the hotel could be more presentable from the outside- it feels like youre walking down a run down alleyway when you turn in off the road. Saying that, if we were to return to marrakech, we will definitely stay again.

Pleasant stay

It was on a busy little street which might be daunting to walk on for some. The staff are really sweet. Our room was plenty big. And felt lovely and clean. Pool was warm. The only con to the rooms, I’d say is that the tv didn’t work (despite several calls to have it repaired) and the cosmetics are low standard; you expect nicer oily shampoos / shower gel etc in a place like Marrakesh. A lot nicer.

There is a man who seems to hover at breakfast time. Is it the owner? He doesn’t help the staff but rather lingers and it’s a bit odd really :)

An Oasis in the Medina

When we arrived we thought we had gone to the wrong place as the outside is very rough, but as soon as you walk through the door you are met with an oasis of calm. The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic with the exception of the bathroom which was awful and very dark. If it hadn’t been for the bathroom I would have given the hotel 5 stars.

Decent Stay in Marrakech

Decent hotel with a large pool and spacious rooms. Great service from Ahmed. Located a bit far out of the Medina on the outskirts. Not the greatest value. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but would get a better deal and a better location elsewhere next time.

Would love to stay again

Stayed in Riad Palais Blanc for three nights.

The hotel is stunning with a large pool area. It is quite shaded, but there is also a terraced if you would like more sun.

Breakfast was perfect. Pastries, fruit, nuts, breads and traditional tagines too. Loads of options to suit my food allergies which was great.

The staff were extremely helpful. The manager spoke perfect English and was great at offering recommendations of things to do in Marrakech.

The location is ideal - close enough to everything without being too close to the hustle and bustle of the Medina.

Amazing experience in Marrakesh

First time ever in Marrakesh and this hotel is an oasis from the madness of the medina. Beautiful room extremely spacious with its own private terrace (we booked the suite and it was definitely worth it). Very good breakfast variety, attentive staff, quite large pool for a riad hotel, delicious light lunch and walking distance from main attractions. Would stay there again for sure. It has a feeling of 1001 nights meet prince of persia

Amazing place to stay

Staying at Palais Blanc was one of the best experiences in Marrakech. I've been to Marrakech on numerous occasions, this was the first time I actually preferred staying in the hotel rather than going out. I was after a relaxing stay and that's exactly what we got. Inside the hotel all you'll hear is the sound of birds. As soon as you leave the alley way leading to the hotel you're immersed in the madness that is Marrakech. The staff at the hotel were amazing, and an issue we had was dealt with in a manner way above our expectations. It truly is European customer service. The rooms are beautifully decorated, just as the photos show. There's a beautiful scent of oranges throughout the hotel. For us, there's no need to look for another place to stay next time we visit the city.

Beautiful quiet Riad in great position

My girlfriend & I had an amazing 4 night break at Palaise Blanc.
The pool is lovely with sunshine on it all day the rooms are spacious with great outside space.
Only negative is the beds by pool are plastic so not so comfortable.
The staff are great & so friendly, especially Ahmed who couldn't have been more helpful.
Shhhh.
We will definitely return .

Beautiful hidden gem

This little gem is easy to miss from the outside. But once you enter the riad, it's feels like you are stepping into a superb quiet oasis, and forget that you are in the touristic center of such a busy city.
We arrived late in the evening, but still got a very warm welcome. We also got a room upgrade, so we ended up staying in this amazing suit, with it's own veranda. The room was immaculate, and had so much character - it was lovely. The staff was very friendly, and offered to arrange early breakfast for us, as we were scheduled to leave before they normally served breakfast.
Can't recommend this place enough, will definitely stay there when we visit again.

A lot of options for breakfast. Very tasty food. The staff go above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable. I really could not ask for more. Oasis in centre Old Town

The riad was new and beautifully finished in white throughout. Each room was well appointed with shaded seating areas outside each room to escape heat of the day.

There is a very clean if a little fresh pool in courtyard although a cover was added during our stay to help retain heat.

Dining choice is currently limited and many guests seemed to chose to go out.

El Riad Palais Blanc es un oasis en medio de la Medina. Un lugar precioso, con una piscina grande (no como en la mayoría de los Riads). Al lado del zoco, y accesible a pie a casi todos los lugares turísticos. Tambien accesible en coche, perfecto para personas con movilidad reducida. Las habitaciones son limpias, grandes y silenciosas. Lo unico malo es el SPA, las instalaciones son preciosas pero no tienen servicio a la altura. Los tratamientos fueron muy malos, las chicas no sabían lo que hacían, pagamos por 40 minutos y apenas estuvieron 15 con nosotros. Y además fue muy caro incluso para pecios de Europa. Habiendo tantos sitios increíbles en Marrakech para hacer Hamman y masajes, no vale la pena hacerlo en el hotel.

Nous avons passé un weekend au Riad Palais Blanc entre amies pour mes 40 ans. Leur reactivité avant notre arrivée était parfaite et sur place, le niveau de service était parfait. Le personnel est très professionnel , bienveillant et arrangeant. Vraiment je recommande à 200%.

En perfekt plass for varme dager i Marrakesh

Dette var familiens første besøk til Marokko. Vi valgte Riad Palais Blanc fordi andre gjester hadde beskrevet det som en rolig og fin plass til tross for at det lå sentralt med myldrende liv utenfor. Det viste seg å stemme, det var nydelig å kunne trekke seg tilbake på hotellet når vi enten trengte å få en pause fra varmen eller alle inntrykkene vi fikk når vi var rundt i Marrakesh.

Daglig leder , Ahmed, sikret utmerket service, og øvrige personale var vennlige og hjelpsomme. Rommene og uteområdet sto til forventningen, og det var rent og ryddig overalt.

Det var stort sett andre voksne par som bodde der mens vi var der, men også våre tenåringer trivdes godt på dette hotellet (blant annet grunnet god tilgang på WI-FI ;)).

Vi ankom midt i en hetebølge, hvor gradestokken var oppe i 48 grader, så vi var også veldig takknemlige for svømmebassenget og at airconditionen fungerte utmerket.

Hotellet lå i et vennligsinnet nabolag, med gode restauranter rett i nærheten og kort vei til det tradisjonelle soukområdet.

Vi følte oss godt ivaretatt hele denne uken vi var i Marrakesh, og ser ikke i bort fra at vi vender tilbake hit senere.

Una bella struttura con tutti i comfort. Non attendetevi gli standard euroopei, sotto alcuni aspetti sono lontani, tuttavia il personale fa di tutto per far star bene gli ospiti, per coccolarli. Ogni pomeriggio portavano in camera the alla menta e dolcini. Abbiamo chiesto di servirci la colazione alle 7 il giorno della partenza e ci hanno accontentati. Sono stati gentilissimi. Un grazie particolare ai ragazzi della reception, della sala colazioni e al portiere di notte. Grazie

Stemning og venlighed er fremragende på Palais Blanc – og den lyse, stille gårdhave med en lille fin pool er perfekt til at nyde solen om formiddagen. God aircon og en god, men lille seng - vi kunne ikke få to separate. Riad Palais Blanc listes på Expedia med 4,5 stjerner. Men faciliteterne svarer til mellem 2 og 3 europæiske hotelstjerner. Palais Blanc er alkoholfrit. Restauranten er kun åben til frokost på bestilling, men ikke om aftenen. Poolen må kun bruges mellem kl. 12 og 18. Der var ikke fuldfigursspejl eller make-up spejl på vores værelse, og der var ikke lys nok til at lægge make-up, hverken på badeværelset eller i værelset. Der er ingen hylder til tøj, og garderoben er så lille og smal, at bøjlerne må hænges skråt på stangen. Vi fandt kun en TV-kanal med engelsk tale på TV – Al Jazeera World. Og internetforbindelsen var for svag til at streame nyheder hjemmefra. - Men stedet ligger centralt ift. souken og Djemaa El Fna. Og er en smuk, fredfyldt og fantastisk venlig oase.

Séjour très agréable dans ce lieu magnifique avec un personnel très accueillant, très souriant, et toujours prêt à aider pour recommander des excursions et restaurants. L'acceuil est un vrai bonheur !On apprécie le service du thé le soir en chambre et le magnifique petit-dejeuner.
Quelques petits points peuvent être améliorés, ils sont similaires à ceux que j'ai lu ici (manque de cintres dans les chambres, certaines suites ne sont pas pratiques (il faut passer devant l'entrée pour aller dans la Salle de douche), il manque un rideau de douche à mon avis et le savon n'est effectivement pas renouvellé). C'est vrai aussi que le lit n'est pas fait \"dans les regles de l'art\". Ce sont des petits détails à mon avis, mais a plus de 200 Eur la nuit, ils comptent,si l'on compare aux tarifs de Londres, Paris, Berlin ou Zurich. Un lieu idéal pour la belle saisons car les chambre donnent sur la piscine.

Bien dans l'ensemble mais attention au détail.....

Bon dans l'ensemble mais plusieurs points à améliorer, propreté ex savon non change, literie pas faite dans les règles de l'art juste couette remontée , demande de cintres supplémentaires 4 cintres pour deux personnes pour 8 jours ( un peu trop juste) et jamais reçus odeur d'égout a certains moment dans la chambre tâches sur les rideaux et abat jour.... sinon personnel très gentil

le Riyad du XIVe siècle est magique au milieu du tumulte de la Medina À qq minutes à pieds de tous les palais à visiter sinon le taxi coûte à peine quelques euros. Nous sommes accueillis par Ahmed un homme formidable pour lequel tout est possible réservé un restaurant un coiffeur éditer un document ...
Le Rilhade est constitué de chambres magnifiques avec terrasse individuelle autour d’une piscine petite mais bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement copieux petit bémol le mouazane de la mosquée chante tous les matins à 6h environ 10 minutes nous avons adoré ce ryad plein de charme

Bel hôtel situé dans la médina mais au calme. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, les chambres spacieuses, le personnel aux petits soins et la piscine chauffée.
Quelques bémols : il faut pas mal marcher pour rejoindre la place jamaa lefna, les chambres sont un peu sombres (pas de fenêtres) et attention au taux de change appliqué lors que paiement du séjour. On a aussi moyennement apprécié de devoir payé 50€/personne pour Chez Ali.
