Comfortable bed, helpful female receptionist.
Arrived 10pm at night, not sure howbto check in initially but then Receptionist appeared who was able to check me in &.gave me my room card, we was on the 2nd floor room no. 24 at the end, stairs to two levels were outside - Receptionist offered me help with my bags... Room was clean, freshly painted and clean white sheets - only couple of comments to make - was toilet & shower was small, not good for larger tourists but Ok for us - has a small desk, but thought lighting in the room coukd of been a bit better... Has a TV with a moveable arm, plus a remote - suited us, for our 2 night stay.....

Tiny room. Not simple or easy to check in! Reception seemed confused as a same sex couple having a double room?! Room was ok but bathroom awful. The bathroom is so small. The toilet flush was broken and left on the floor when we checked in the room!

Das Badezimmer war war ein Ensemble aus Plastik, welches man in einer Ecke des Zimmers untergebracht hatte. Man beachte den integrierten Aschenbecher (Rauchen war derzeit nicht erlaubt), welcher einen Hinweis auf das Datum der Installation gibt. Die Toilettenspülung schloss nach ihrer Betätigung meist den Wasserauslass nicht, und man musste den Deckel abnehmen und am Gestänge rütteln.
Die Wand Richtung Parkplätue mit dem kleinen Fenstet (roter Vorhang) schien aus Holz oder Pappmachee zu sein.
Die Kaffeemaschine gab zuächst nur Milch statt Cappucino bzw. heißes Wasser statt Kaffee aus, wurde aber vom fachkundigen Personal repariert.
Ich vergaß beim Badezimmer zu erwähnen, dass es unter der Dusche schwierig bis unmöglich war, sich einzuseifen ohne den Duschvorhang mit einzuseifen.

Alors chambres réservées pour la climatisation et a notre arrivee on nous annonce que la clim marche a minima .
Résultat la climatisation ne fonctionne pas du tout pour les chambres 70 et 71 . Apres discussion avec des autres personnes les climatisations sont défectueuse sur plusieurs chambres et aucun coup de fil de l hotel afin de nous prevenir sinon j airais annulé mes chambres

Séjour horrible j ai réservé cet établissement car il était note climatisé mais aucune climatisation un simple souffle d air qui sort mais ne rafraîchit pas l hôtel est au courant du dysfonctionnement car propose des ventilateurs.....32.5 dans la chambre pour dormir. La propreté un coup sur les portes serait le bienvenue

Problème de réservation. J’ai payé deux chambres alors que j’en ai utilisé qu’une. Le site de réservation m’a demandé de réserver à nouveau pour cause de carte bancaire virtuelle et j’ai eu le prix de deux chambres débité. La gérante devait s’occuper de ce problème et je n’ai malheureusement eu aucun retour depuis. C’est malhonnête.

Nous avons pris une chambre pour une nuit histoire de ne pas faire 2h45 de route en pleine nuit pour rentrer chez nous. Personnel accueillant. La literie était confortable et le petit déjeuner convenable. La salle de douche mérite d'être rénovée. Mais pour une nuit... Que demander de plus !

Wir konnten nach 20 Minuten Fußmarsch Vichy besichtigen. Um zu Abend essen, sollte man vorher reservieren. Zufällig hatten wir ein kleines nettes Restaurant neben der Kirche mit dem hohen Turm entdeckt und dann dort essen können in einer Ausgesprochen netten Atmosphäre: La Bomboule. Gutes und preiswertes Essen.

Rien a dire sur la propreté et le confort. Nous etions la pour quelques heures etant de mariage arrivée dans la nuit vers 2h30 et repartis a 10h . Soucis a l'arrivée nous avons dû repayer la taxe et 1 petit déjeuner alors que j'avais régler par carte bancaire. Le dimanche matin la personne presente au petit déjeuner était vraiment mal aimable faisant bien comprendre qu'elle était mecontente de travailler.

Das Zimmer war das kleinste welches ich je in einem Hotel hatte. (9m2) Das dritte gebuchte Bett war ein Etagenbett über dem Bett. Das \"Badezimmer\" war eine Nasszelle welche in die einte Ecke des sonst schon sehr kleinen Zimmers gestellt wurde. Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Das ganze Gebäude ist extrem Hellhörig und es wurde keine Nachtruhe eingehalten. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.

BUDGET!!! Et virkeligt slidt hotel. Brændmærker i badeværelse, som er meget småt. Skidt op ad væggene. Sengen var ok. Et mørkt lille værelse, hvor man er nødt til at trække gardiner for pga gangen ude foran. Så ikke meget lys fra vinduet.

Carte magnétique pour ouvrir la porte complètement inefficace. Il nous fallait de nombreux essais avant de réussir à déverrouiller la porte. Le problème a été signalé le lendemain matin à l’accueil, car le soir celle ci est fermée et la borne proposant des solutions aux problèmes rencontrées n’a pas abouti à notre demande. Le monsieur m’a assurée qu’il avait remagnétisé la carte et qu’il changerait les piles de la porte dans la journée. Ce qui, n’a visiblement pas été fait car nous nous sommes retrouvées enfermée dehors le lendemain soir également !
Néanmoins les chambres étaient propres, le personnel est agréable et l’espace petit déjeuner est petit mais chaleureux.

Hôtel à l’écart de la circulation donc logiquement impeccable pour dormir mais le gros problème c’est que la carte d’accès se désactive tout le temps cela est très problématique car en dehors des heures d’ouverture il faut appeler j’ai été réveillé les 3 nuits car des gens ont appelé et n’étaient pas content c’est vrai qu’elle se désactive pour un rien à revoir je suis très déçu de mon séjour

Un peu bruyant le soir une personne était au téléphone pendant un certain temps devant les chambres et après il y a eu de la musique jusqu’à 1h du matin.Dessous de lit un peu sale.

Très bien. J'ai beaucoup apprécié d'être appelée par téléphone pour savoir quand j'arrivais. ça m'a permis de trouver mon chemin. Tout le personnel est très accueillant, gentil. Que du bonheur. Ces petites chambres sont agréables avec l'extérieur directement. C'est propre, fait avec amour (serviette joliment pliée sur le lit). Juste un peu de poussière, sous le lit mais il faut vraiment s'allonger par terre comme moi (je fais du yoga !) pour le voir... Respect du silence à une heure tout à fait raisonnable. Lieu calme. Dommage qu'on ait pas accès à la bonne nourriture, glaces, cartes postales après 21 h. C'était à moi de m'organiser, mais au vu de la chaleur, j'ai privilégié la douche en premier.

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel en moins d'un an. En septembre j'avais déjà été surprise de l'odeur de renfermé de la salle de bains. N'ayant pas la même chambre cette fois ci, j'espérais ne pas sentir cette odeur dans une autre chambre !! Mais elle y était quand même, quoique moins soutenue.

Comme je l'ai signalé à la dame du ménage, le sol était très sale sous le lit et derrière les tables de cheveux il y avait poussière et cheveux comme si le ménage n'avait jamais été fait à ces endroits. C'est la première fois que ça m'arrive dans cet hôtel où je réserve régulièrement et où je dois revenir la semaine prochaine.

De plus a mon arrivee on m affecte la chambre 68 puis on me tranfere a la chambre 72 et dans la nuit de samedi a dimanche la porte de la salle de bain me tombe dessus.
