Booked as a stopover we were really happy to stay at The Originals Boutique - exceeded our expectations.
Spacious, airy rooms, good bed and shower, very quiet.
Even had a garage for the motorbikes (5 euros extra).

Located pretty centrally in Vichy, this hotel is extremely comfortable. I did request a superior room and it was lovely. Tastefully decorated, large and comfortable with two balconies which overlooked the park.
The staff from arrival to departure were polite and courteous.
My motorcycle was safely parked in a locked garage which was ideal and with the 5€ suppliment.
Breakfast was self service with lots of choice and friendly staff.

Check-in took twenty minutes, not what we wanted after a long day driving. Otherwise fine.

A very good location and an hotel of character. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in the street but we were there in August and no parking to be found. We parked across the river, 5minutes walk away. Vichy is lovely and we had a great meal at Brasserie de l'opera which is very close to the hotel. Booking essential in high season.

This is a perfectly adequate three star hotel. Parking was difficult and we had to park in a municipal car park some distance from the hotel.
I had sent an email asking for a quiet room but I had to push to get a room on the top floor, we are both very light sleepers, eventually they found us a suitable room.

Good hotel well located in Vichy. The service could have been better. The room was clean, well lit but a bit old fashioned. The hotel is located in a quiet area within walking distance of restaurants, shops and parks. Good place for an overnight stay.

The bathroom was not clean. There was a medicine wrapper on the floor. That was not mine. Hotel is nice but overpriced. I had not choice since there was an ironman triathlon in the town that week-end and all hotel were booked.

I booked this hotel as a recommendation for a destination wedding. I was informed we were to have a continental breakfast for our time of stay. When I checked out I was informed that I had to pay for the breakfast because I booked through Expedia even though I informed the attendant at time of check-in I was there for the wedding. The air conditioning in the room turns off at night making the rooms very hot during the hot weather outside.

Hotel is well located, quiet, with lots of storage, a good shower and has all the necessary basic comforts. There is no refrigerator or hotel parking lot, but we have never had trouble finding parking nearby. We stay here whenever we are in the Vichy area.

Although the bedroom was not over modern it was more to a typical French local hotel rather than in a group company such as ibis. The service was excellent some staff spoke really good English. The restaurant had very good evening menu, the breakfast seemed a little expensive but this seems typical of France. Parking was in the local area on Saturday this was a little difficult to find space. The shower was good and a constant temperature; I slept well and overall I enjoyed my stay and will return when next in Vichy

The hotel looked nice and was easily affordable. The staff was helpful. My French is poor. our room was also clean and nice. Parking was also good, street parking for free. Our shower did drain slow. I am use to being internet connected. They supplied free wifi however our room was at an end and the reception was very weak.

The staff were friendly and showed us to our room which was clean and bright with a view of the river. Parking seemed to be alright with no charges, and after one circuit of the road I found a space about 50mts from the hotel.
The Cathedral and city centre were a short walk away and all in all the hotel seemed in a good position.

Lovely Hotel, amazing staff
My room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water. The dining room and food was excellent, great choices and services. The hotel is a short stroll from Tourist Information Centre, The Spa Quarter and High Street shopping. I had an 'original vichy spa' at Centre Les Celestins', can not recommend it highly enough, and don't forget to take your swimsuit with you to enjoy the giant whirlpool.

La posizione è abbastanza strategica. La stanza era devvero al limite come dimensione... bagno incluso (ad essere un puffo forse si stava meglio). Posteggio per la moto in un garage a fianco della struttura. Gentilezza dello staff.

C’est notre hôtel quand nous venons à Vichy. J’adore le charme, l’emplacement et le calme de cet hôtel. Par contre l’heure du départ à 11h est trop tôt, la plupart des hôtels c’est à 12h et la connexion internet était très instable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Vichy que j’adore!

특별히 나쁜점은 없었고 위치 편하고 좋았고 많은 사람들이 겪은 주차로 걱정하며 도착했으나 다행히 호텔앞 주차가능했음. 떠날 때까지 차 안빼고 걸어다님. 조식은 petit dejeuner express라고 6유로짜리가 있어 저렴하게 이용. 어차피 우린 많이 안 먹으니까. 저녁때 식당에 따라 바이올린연주나 밴드를 불러온 식당도 있어 덩달아 흥겨움. 오페라하우스 건물 정면서 불빛쇼도 있었고 셀레스텡 온전욕도 하고 온천수 음용해봤는데 지릿한 약숫물 맛이었음.

Bel hôtel ! Personnel pro ! Un seul regret pas de place de parking dans l'hôtel et pas forcément facile de stationner aux alentours. Une fois garé, le lendemain en prime de beaux et nombreux souvenirs des pigeons locaux. Pour ça l'hôtel n'y peut rien. Une bonne adresse.

Bel hôtel, très bien placé. Accueil très agréable, tous les employés étaient sympathiques et professionnels. Chambre jolie et confortable mais malheureusement l'insonorisation est catastrophique! Nous entendions les personnes au dessus et à côté marcher, se doucher, aller au toilettes, parler...etc! Et cela de 7h du matin à 23h30. Vraiment pas super pour un week-end de repos à Vichy. Dommage! Les propriétaires devraient envisager de sérieux travaux d'insonorisation. De plus, l'établissement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

L’écran tv est un peu petit mais fonctionne bien, wifi ok, petit balcon d’un autre temps mais plein de charme, Clim ok. Point négatif : wc : hyper étroit, et le papier c’est n’importe quoi. Je pensai que ce système n’existait plus depuis 20 ans… alors qu’il serait si simple de mettre un système normal ! Sinon, l’hôtel est ancien mais semble bien agencé, pas testé le Pdj. Personnel ok.
