We were here for two night and had a meal the first evening we arrived. The restaurant was excellent the selection of food offered very good. The room was as expected in a Campanile. The bed was comfortable and they now provide a kettle tea coff and biscuits which is always a bonus

c'est un Campanile, les chambres sont toutes identique peu importe la ville ou vous allez! part contre celui ci n'est pas isolé, un première classe est en face ! (parking commun) et il à un grand besoin de réfection extérieure !! le petit déjeuner est identique dans toute la chaine (parfait)

L'établissement est situé dans un quartier calme. Il est possible de rejoindre facilement Vichy. Berge de l'Allier à quelques centaines de mètres. Nombreuses possibilités de balades à pieds ou en vélo. Le personnel de l'hôtel est professionnel. La chambre était confortable. Petit déjeuner en buffet complet.

Hôtel bien placé à Bellerive sur Allier (en face de Vichy) hippodrome à proximité immédiate. Quelques commerces pas loin. Quartier calme. Chambre impeccable, literie confortable. Grande terrasse agréable au restaurant. Petit déjeuner complet en buffet. De l'établissement il est possible de rejoindre plusieurs voie verte pour des balades à vélo (Voie Allier).

Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux lits simples alors que nous voulions un grand lit. Étant en Moto nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il était censé avoir un restaurant de cette manière nous n'aurions pas du nous rééquiper pour aller manger et bien non! Désolé nous n'avons pas de restaurant en ce moment ! Cela devrait être précisé sur le site hôtel.com. ensuite le chauffage dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Donc franchement déçu

Personnel très sympathique, souriant, disponible et conciliant... petit déjeuner, et buffet copieux et bon (pas eu l'occasion de tester le restaurant, fermé le week-end). Chambre propre et bien chauffée (à l'extérieur, les températures étaient négatives). Parking suffisamment grand pour se garer (top). Merci pour l'accueil, on y reviendra dès que l'occasion se présentera.

Problème de surbooking .Arrivée à 19h45 au Campanile. La réservation en ligne était confirmée. Accueil déplorable et nous avons été redirigé vers l’ hôtel Callou à Vichy. Découverte sur place d’un sous classement et non d ‘ un surclassement obligatoire dans ces circonstances.Nous avons réglé au Campanile 79 euros alors que le prix du Callou est de 50 euros . Réclamation faite le jour même au service client Campanile, sans réponse à ce jour .

J’ai réservé une chambre avec un grand lit. À mon arrivée, on me donne une chambre avec 2 lits simples et apparemment, impossible de trouver une chambre avec un grand lit! Quand j’arrive dans la chambre, le chauffage était à fond et la fenêtre ouverte. En cette période de Covid, le p’tit déjeuner n’a pas changer de prix mais la qualité et la quantité ne sont absolument pas au rendez-vous
