Nice little hotel in little town. I had an efficiency room which was mostly clean -- except for a few cobwebs on the ceiling. A/C worked really well, which was great since it was hot outside.
There is no elevator.

Very clean hotel. Nicely located in central Vichy with close access to all the main streets and restaurants/bars. Just be aware there is no lift for those who have difficulties with stairs. Staff friendly and helpful too.

Used as a stop over going down to the South of France. Nice little hotel with great service and very comfortable room. I guess it may have been my fault but I thought it had parking, the parking was in a secure municipal car park that was locked at night a short distance away. Secondly again my failure there is no lift.

Used the underground car park near the hotel, very cheap but a bit tight with a big car. Found the hotel easily, great location to go out for a meal, breakfast etc. We got a triple room, really large, very clean, couldnt fault it.

English spoken. Desk staff excellent service. Good breakfast.
Room had good facilities but a little on the small side.

The tea and coffee was not replenished each day..

Have a better internet connection! It’s important!

The only disappointing was not being able to connect to the internet. We believe people want to be able to have an internet connection especially while traveling. Second, there was no liquid soap in the bathroom container. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect.

A bijou hotel right in the heart of the town

The pleasure of my stay was greatly enhanced by the graciousness of the proprietress who was most amiable and helpful. The breakfasts were ample and the breakfast room bright and cheerful with a television in one corner which did not dominate but helped a single guest, like me, feel comfortable. I arrived late my first night and telephoned ahead and the proprietress arranged everything beautifully.

Excellent stay at Hotel de Biarritz. Hosts were friendly and informative even making a call to the Hippodrome to confirm transport arrangements. Hotel is well situated to visit all main areas of Vichy and is approx 10 mins walk from railway station. Breakfast is traditional continental, very fresh and served in nice room. Given the temperature in Vichy was 35c, air conditioning would have been a benefit, though the hosts did provide a fan. Would recommend the hotel and would certainly stay again if in Vichy.

Met by the very pleasant and helpful owners, with instructions as to how to reach the secure underground carpark, which by foot was only 100m or so from the front door. Parking overnight only cost 3 Euros. The bedroom was clean and functional. The bathroom a little tired but clean. The lounge and breakfast area was ecellent and the breakfast itself very good. I would certainly stay here again.

Une très belle découverte cet établissement. Il est bien placé, très propre. Le personnel est au petit soin et vraiment très agréable. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, très propre. Et climatisée. La literie est confortable. La douche est grande et fonctionnelle.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien : Cake maison, variété de pains, cannelés, charcuterie, fromage, oeufs.. boissons

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und großzügiger Familiensuite. Bei geschlossenen Fenster genießt man Stille, bis auf laute Gespräche am Empfang sind zu hören, da das große Schlafzimmer an diesen grenzt. Die Lage ist top. Man ist in zwei Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das benachbarte Parkhaus ist mit 8€ pro 24h sehr günstig.

Cet hotel est vraiment top pour un centre ville. L'acceuil y est formidable. Le petit dejeuner copieux, diversifié, frais.
Le stationnement dans le parking de la ville a 8 euros les 24h est a proximité de l'hôtel. C'est vraiment pas loin.

Séjour de 2 nuits, hôtel conforme à la description, le plus gros point est le bruit durant la nuit. L’insonorisation est insuffisante tant pour le bruit causés par les clients indisciplinés rentrant tard que les bruits de la rue la nuit, mais le personnel de l’hôtel fait de son mieux et le maximum pour arranger la situation, un grand merci à Rudy pour sa disponibilité.

Chambre confort réservée pour un weekend en amoureux sur Vichy.

La décoration et la finition de la chambre sont un peu trop simple. Les photos laissaient penser a plus de standing sur la pièce en générale.
Du coup la chambre avec option confort est un peu surfaite et ne mérite pas son prix.

Malgré tout l'hôtel est plaisant et le service est impeccable! A réserver pour un passage rapide dans la ville sans problème !

Als Zwischstop auf der Rückreise aus dem Südwesten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sauber, renoviert aber beengt, kleines Zimmer. Der nicht vorhandene Aufzug sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt sein.

J’ai résidé à l’hôtel presque une semaine en deux séjours. J’ai donc eu deux modèles de chambre. Une double une simple. Les deux étaient sur le même standard. État impeccable de propreté. Chambres neuves et bien équipées. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le petit café dans la chambre.
J’y retourne dès que mes affaires me ramène à Vichy
