I was totally shocked when I arrived at this Ibis Styles - having previously stayed in a number of these hotels which, even though fairly 'plastic', they were always bright, new and clean. I have no idea how this hotel continues to remain open - the rooms are tiny, the bathroom is more like a cupboard than a 'room' and the decor is like something (bad) out of the 1960's. The toilet smelled pretty bad and there was barely space to stand in the shower. Reception was closed in the afternoon and the hotel closed completely at 10 pm, with a code to get in. Of course, as you might expect, the lift (which was barely suitable for one person) was out of order for the entire 2-day stay. The kids in reception did their best given the environment they had to work in. I honestly think Hotels.com should not be offering such a sub-standard hotel at any price.

Decent hotel with Friendly staff

This hotel is located just one block from the river.
My room was looking away from the river onto a fairly busy and loud street.
Condition of the hotel is OK but all a little dated and rooms are not too big.
Friendly staff made up for this !

Good for a night, but a tight fit for 3

The hotel tried to account for COVID restrictions and had measures in place. Unfortunately it made the breakfast uncomfortable when many guests did not have masks. The desk clerks were very friendly and provided some orientation to the neighborhood. However, the Peking spaces were too small and we were barely able to exit our car. The air conditioning was also very weak and the beds in the room were very basic- almost like camp beds with strong springs.

Double booked our room, turfed out in thunderstorm

We booked with Expedia and turned up at 930pm after a horrendous journey. No room at the Inn!! They had our Expedia paperwork but had given our room away. We were turfed out in the middle of a thunderstorm at night with a 3 yr and 10 yr old. They did find us another room over the otherside of town but with were hardly apologetic for the mess. They were quite starchy and couldn't get shot of us quick enough. They frankly couldn't give a fig about their mistake and the inconvenience they caused us. No WAY would we recommend this hotel.

Perfect for a short stay

This hotel is simple and in need of a face-lift but its proximity to the river, spa, shops etc make for a very convenient stop off. Beds comfortable with lovely white linen. Good shower and everything spotless. What more do you need for a short visit? This was our second visit.

Mise à part la personne qui nous a accueilli avec le sourire et professionnalisme, l’hôtel ne mérite clairement pas 3 étoiles. Je ne comprends pas comment il peut porter le nom d’ibis style. Les chambres sont minuscule , une odeur de cuisine etait présente en permanence le petit déjeuner doit être plus complet dans un ibis budget bref vraiment pas terrible

Un bon accueil avec du personnel disponible besoin d'un lit parapluie et ils l'ont déposé en quelques minutes dans la chambre.

L'hôtel est bien situé, pas loin des quais, des thermes...la visite de Vichy se fait facilement.
Notre chambre était un peu petite, mais fonctionnelle.

Hôtel vieillissant . Au 3 étage cache prise tombé ds le couloir pas réparé ; du moisi dans la douche de notre chambre , carrelage et joints cassés et débit d'eau pas stable et a 17 h plus d'eau chaude.Salle de douche petite et rien de prévu pour poser nos affaires de toilettes.
Petit déjeuner correct mais ce matin le matériel était aux abonnés absents : machine a café, distributeur d'eau chaude, moucherons dans le jus d'orange pressé, et a 8 h 30 plus de jambon hier matin.
Par contre personnel très souriant et serviable.
N'oubliez pas que Vichy est en plein essor ( nous sommes Vichyssois d'origine) . Vos hôtels sont tous en déperdition. Lisez les commentaires sur le Mercure qui était le 2 ème hôtel en renommée de Vichy idem pour l'Ibis.
Je sais que personnellement je ne retournerais pas dans les hôtels de votre groupe a Vichy et j'ai entendu beaucoup de réflexions négatives des clients. Dommage car vos hôtels ont des emplacements top..

Hôtel moyen A vichy, mais pratique

Rapport qualité/prix assez élevé, vu la taille de la chambre assez petite, la literie petite et très moyenne au niveau confort, climatisation bruyante, l isolation phonique quasiment inexistante. Parking trop petit et qui ne permet pas de satisfaire toute la clientèle.Points positifs, personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner correct et bien situé par rapport au centre ville.

Ideales Hotel für einen Kurz-Urlaub.
Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten und kleines, aber praktisches Badezimmer mit allem was es braucht. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischem Orangensaft- ein grosses Plus👍! Sehr sympathisch, dass es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände hat. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Ibis Styles Hotels, es ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, unser Zimmer war winzig, das Bad eine schlecht geschnittene Telefonzelle. Und die allgemeine Sauberkeit liess definitiv zu wünschen übrig. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht ok.

É um hotel bem localizado, com quartos padrão Ibis, atende quem quer dormir apenas. Ar-condicionado não funcionou, foi ponto negativo. O horário do atendimento do check-in pareceu confuso pois na reserva informa que seria a partir do meio-dia e, ao chegarmos às 13:00, a recepcionista informou que o check-in estava fechado. Há uma falta de clareza neste quesito. No mais, o hotel atendeu as nossa necessidades.

Hôtel très moyen. Chambre très petite, salle de douche minuscule. Odeur de remontée d'égout. Réservé une chambre vue sur rivière, en fait la rivière est derrière le parking qui est lui même derrière un batiment. Au 2eme étage, vue sur les voisins. Insonorisation moyenne.

Petit déjeuner très correct.
Rapport qualite prix bof.

Hôtel vetuste. dans ma chambre, la température n’a pas augmenté n’a pas dépassé les 16°… Heureusement que j’ai réussi à l’avoir une couverture. Ça chauffait rien.
Bref, le personnel est sympa mais ne peut rien faire...

Pas digne d’un ibis style

J’ai une grande habitude des ibis style partout en France - je classe celui ci en top1 des pires : grandeur de la chambre du niveau des marchands de sommeil parisiens. L’eau chaude (tiédasse) qui arrive a 4ieme étage après 15 minutes, traces de moisissures dans la douche.

Le personnel est très bien.
L'hôtel laisse à désirer, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas ,nous avons eu très froid toute la nuit " avec un enfant ". Pas de pile pour la télécommande, le sèche cheveux en panne etc...Je trouve que cela est cher par apport à la qualité.

bon accueil, excellent conseil sur les restaurants, parking trop petit car les clients ne respectent pas les
emplacements,et surtout salle d'eau peu pratique il faut être très mince pour passer entre le mur de la douche et la vitre de protection fixe sinon bonne literie.Secteur du petit déjeuner un peu juste car les parents avec jeunes enfants s'éternisent sur place même le petit déjeuner terminé.

Accueil très professionnel et rapide !
Hôtel bien situé proche des berges de l'Allier dans Vichy, Parking gratuit mais petit (plus de place dispo ce soir là),
Chambre assez petit, par rapport au standard Ibis style. Literie très confortable.
Commande de douche placée à la verticale et peu accessible...
Petit déjeuner correct qui aurait mérité plus de diversité.

Excellent accueil, parking en surface facile d'accès, chambre agréable, mais au bout d'un très long couloir. Comme j'ai des difficultés à marcher une employée nous a aidés pour le transport des bagages depuis le parking. Salle de bain très propre et agréable mais nous avons noté l'absence de tout mouchoir et sachet plastique dans leurs distributeurs. Petits déjeuners copieux et succulents. Situé à 400m des commerces , restaurants et animation du centre-ville, c'est une bonne adresse.

l HOTEL è OTTIMAMENTE COLLOCATO A 50 METRI DAL FIUME E DALLA BELLISSIMA PASSEGGIATA - COLAZIONE BUONA E ABBONDANTE . RESTO SOLO LAMENTELE : ENTRIAMO ALLE 1530 TROVIAMO IL TERZO LETTO come poltrona che aperto rende quasi impossibile il passaggio .. proviamo a riposare 1 ora per due volte le donne delle pulizie aprono e entrano in camera respinte la seconda volta in malo modo continuano a rumoreggiare per 30 minuti .....
