This hotel is a hidden gem, some of the best service i’ve had at any hotel. They provide ice that they will deliver to your door as well as other necessities. Very close to both beaches, and good area with great food spots and nightlife.

Staff are nice and friendly! Super accommodating so for that I’d come back for the staff. The rooms are nice but the issue is the water pressure from the showers are weak, frequent power outages, and the whole time we were there, the elevators were shut down. The staff was helpful with bringing down luggage’s from rhe 4th floor but super inconvenient. The pool also need some cleaning and it had so much chlorine that our eyes stung while swimming.

Our overall experience with the staff during our stay is two thumbs up!! I was a bit disappointed though when we were told they couldn’t find us in the check-in list. It wasn’t a nice feeling especially when you had a long and tiring day. Not sure who made the error - Expedia or Ferra - so I didn’t get to feel the welcoming feeling. The property is in good condition. 5-10 mins walk to the commercial center and white beach @ Station 2. Very good customer service. Very nice and helpful staff from reception, housekeeping, restaurant, rooftop bar, Tye hotel shuttle driver gave us a complimentary short tour around the island and a ride to the Boracay jetty in our checkout day. I am taking out personal time to let other travelers know how good this hotel is. The staff is amazing, we were greeted warmly every time a staff member would come across. I stayed in a different hotel as well, where I paid more money than this hotel, but this hotel beats it because of its location, the room, and the staff. The room was beautiful and the bed was great. Everything was clean and as mentioned in the website while booking.The breakfast is great too with all breakfast item available. The hotel is probably 5 min walk from the beach itself but that is not too far since on the beach hotel can get little noisy. Me and my wife enjoyed the stay a lot and will book it again in future. Overall a big thumbs up.

Ferra hotel was wonderful. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were well designed and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. Additionally, the location was more or less central with about a 2 minute walk to the D’Mall area.

The hotel is new modern clean and comfortable. The Garden suite rooms have a very comfy king sized bed and an amazing waterfall shower. The room was very clean. Unfortunately while the garden suite rooms are great they are on the ground floor outside the dining area and can be noisy. Wifi and mobile reception was also poor in the room. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax!

What I loved about this hotel was the friendliness of the staff and management. It was my birthday during my stay and the actually brought me cake and sang happy birthday to me. It was a very special moment which I will never forget. Its not that far from Dmall, literally a 2 minute walk. They area is under construction, no fault of the hotel though. It was a great experience which I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! This was by far my favorite accommodation out of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our trip in the Philippines. My husband and I came here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and were surprised to find that our room had been upgraded and decorated with scattered rose petals. The staff here is incredibly warm, attentive and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar area is a nice place to relax after spending all day at the beach. They provide a wide variety of breakfast options that change daily. The wifi worked well on the ground floor, but our friends had trouble connecting on the 3rd floor. The power did go off once during our stay, but they have a back up generator. The hotel, while not on the boardwalk, is a short walk to D'Mall and White Beach. Would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Now where to start... we paid 90€/night for the most basic room.... here we go:
Open air sewage right in front of the hotel lobby... We saw frogs on the path... the whole area is under construction with dust, dirt and machines everywhere. Walking to the beach is a nightmare as the hotel IS NOT ON THE BEACH - far from it! It’s next to a party hostel. If you are thinking of relaxing at the rooftop pool, take your hearplugs or headphones as you will need them. At night you will hear music until 1am. Again... hearplugs!! The room smelled like sewage / humidity, and the best is small - 150cms. We heard the people from the hall walking in/ out.
Breakfast is ok if you are Asian, but forget it if not. Just eggs. Bread is dry and the only thing to put on top is butter (no ham, bacon or cheese, nothing!).
The pool is falling apart... make sure to take one of the lose tiles as a souvenir as there are plenty on the bottom of the pool... Boracay was closed for 6 months, couldn’t the manager have fixed the key part of the hotel?
Overall a bad experience... they had ratings on booking.com of 9 out of 10 - how?
Do yourself a favor, get a hotel close to the beach or on the beach... if you have already made your reservation, upgrade to a premium room for some confort / space as the view from our room was a wall...
