Easy access to the beach

Situated off the main road so not easy to find but well located to walk to the beach in 1 minute. AC was noisy. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were large but a bit run down.

In need of a renovation

Toilet didn't flush, cold shower for last two days, grubby bathroom, very basic breakfast. I would not recommend this place.

I ended up paying additional 500Php/day for my GF, for the room that is intended for two.

The shower head in the toilet is broken, moreover, weird thing was that they do have a water heater attached to lavatory and not to actual shower.

We stayed three nights in the triple room which was big and spacious and the beds were very comfortable with clean linens. The wifi was Ok but a bit slow. We had a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and only the hot water faucet in the sink worked. We didn't have hot water at all in the beginning but maintenance came promptly and fixed it, as well as the loose door knob on the bathroom door, even though we hadn't mentioned it. Shampoo, toothbrushes, soap and toilet paper were provided. If you want your room cleaned with fresh towels, you have to let them know. Two pairs of electric sockets are in the room but only good for 2 square prongs so you may need to bring an adapter plug. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had a table on the terrace where we ate our breakfast as the restaurant was being renovated. Renovations were also being done on the 2nd floor but we couldn't hear it inside our room. The hotel is a 3-minute walk to D'Mall but we couldn't hear any noise coming from there. We used the hotel to arrange our Marine Walk Helmet Dive and Island Hopping because they gave us lower rates than the hawkers outside. Pancakes with fruit were on the menu but weren't available, only plain. You have to leave a deposit when you check in for possible damages incurred such as tatoo ink stains on the linens. They return it when you check out, though, if there are no damages.

Breakfast is fixed simple menu not a buffet as expected. Unexpected fee upon arrival of 1500 pesos for a security deposit, cash only, no working ATM near by.

Excessive fees at the airport in Boracay and boat terminal. All fees have to be paid in local currency with no ATM nearby.

Convenient location right next to beach

This hotel was pretty good! It's right next to the beach at Station 2 which is really convenient. The room was a good size and clean (same with shower). The breakfast that's included was also good. My only complaints were the wifi was pretty bad and this hotel doesn't give you free water (I think most hotels across SE Asia do??), and the staff were not necessarily the friendliest. For the price though and convenient location I think it's worth it!

It's okay. You get what you pay for.

It was okay, but good for the price; lower than most for type of room. It was near everything. It was quiet, even though Near us are the party spots. The bedroom and bathroom could use some updating.

I did NOT LIKE: weak shower, short shower curtain gets bath floor wet, weak on/off wifi, and the ONLY HAVE ONE HAIR DRYER FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL for ALL guest to share, when available.

I was glad to have book this hotel! the hotel is quite clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful There is a staff named Joevani. Look for him! He is helpful in finding vendors for the activities. He also knows where are the places to go in Boracay. He is basically our part time tour guide! The other staff were also friendly! Plus, the hotel location is very convenient to famous white beach and D'mall! However, if you are looking for high quality comfort then you might want to try other places. The place is cozy and simple it is definitely a great place especially when you are on a budget trip.

Ideal value for money accommodation

We stayed at the seabird hotel for 4 days. Bathroom is clean, bed is comfy, so basically there was no problem with the room. Seabird is conveniently located at station 2 wherein our favorite restaurants are located. Beachfront area is not too crowded and it just took us less than a minute to get there. Hotel staff were amiable and hospitable.

Good value Hotel only a minute away from the beach

This is actually our second time staying in this cosy hotel.The hotel is situated only a few meters away from the beach,shops and restaurants. For the price for the room rates this is indeed value for your money. Our stay was further made more pleasant by the very helpful staffs especially Rovie Arinez, Joevani. Joevani even helped us to book and accompanied us during our different sea sports activities. He even toke great pics and videos on our cameras and mobile phones. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nearby are D'Mall, Budget Supermarket, Eateries, Pubs, Souvenirs shops, Sea Sports Activities, Massage Spas, etc..

Good value Hotel only 2 mins away from the beach!

Hotel is situated only 2 mins away from the beach and shops. For the price for the room rates this is indeed value for your money. Our stay was further made more pleasant by the very helpful staffs especially Rovie Arinez, Joevani and JoJo.

Seabird has always been my fave hotel to stay at.

Seabird is very convenient for me and my family. It's very close to all the places we want to go to whenever in Bora. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The safety is okay as well. The fact that it's just 5 min walk away from the beach makes it more fun and easy for us all the time. Will definitely stay at seabird everytime!:-)

You get more than what you pay for!!

We were given welcome drinks upon arrival which started our stay right. All hotel staff had been very accommodating althroughout our entire stay. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade from double deluxe to grand deluxe!!

In addition, Seabird hotel's location is right in the heart of Station 2. White beach and D'mall are just a minute away by foot!

Everything has been absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back! Thank you Seabird Resort for making our Boracay absolutely amazing. :)

This is my third time staying at seabird. This time, there were four of us staying: my sister and I, and 2 guy friends from Latin America. I knew its a 3 star hotel so we didn't expect much. We got the cheapest room since we went staying much in the room anyway(old rooms, they have newer rooms) so, the sheets and blankets were thin. The tv is still those box types. And the view is nonexistent. But the room is big enuf for 4 people, clean, and the aircon cold enough. The breakfast is good. And the location is really what makes me come back. It's right behind one beach front hotel, Red coconut. The service is excellent too. My friend lost his passport in one of the vans from kalibo and they tracked it down for us. The room isn't the most awesome ( unless you get the newer rooms). I also remember that the hot water in the shower isn't so hot but actually, I have no real complaints. I would stay here again.

It's located right in the centre. It is a few steps to the beach. No hotel here is truly on the beach (comparing to resorts in the Caribbean).

I stayed here for 4 days. My room was never cleaned :/
My floors were pretty sandy by the end. Lameeee

D mall (which is the city centre where there are shops and international, as well as local, restos) is a few steps away too. The location is perfect. No complaints there.
However, I wish I didn't stay in this part of boracay. It's soo touristy. You are constantly being bothered by locals.

In the middle of all beach activity

It was a clean hotel room with typical comforts. The breakfast was quite good and is a two minute walk to the beach with diving, boating or fishing or to the famous D-Mall that had a wide range of shops and resturants.

Inspect the room with staff during check in.

All was good except the check out.They blamed me for taking 2 beers and 1 water from the minibar. It was an argue about it in 20 minutes. I had taking 1 beer. It´s not big money so I get tierd after a while and payed for 2 beers.

Albergo un cantiere Non esisteva una sala per la colazione visto dal menu molto carente l ha portavano in camera se l ha volevi,che non c era neanche una sedia per sedersi ,forse dovevo farla sul pavimento, o sul letto,no grazie ho rinunciato,ma si prega di essere trasparenti a chi ha venduto il pacchetto,almeno ci si sa regolare,pulizia camere dopo 3 giorni, perché mi sono lamentato,diversamente credo che sarebbe passato ancora giorni prima della pulizia,dopo essermi.lamentato,giornalmente veniva fatta,sicuramente non mi fidero' dei del pacchetto proposto sono rimasto insoddisfatto unica menzione positiva il personale sorridente e gentile

It might be cheap, but it's not worth it!

It took them 15 mins to figure out how to open the door to my room. They had to run down to the reception about 5 times trying different keys

My first room was really old and moldy but the worst thing was the Aircon. It was so loud that I was not able to sleep the first night, even though I was using earplugs!

The next day I changed my room. I checked 2 normal rooms first but the Aircon was almost as loud in those rooms. I was then shown a \"Deluxe\" room (do not let the name fool you, there is nothing \"deluxe\" about it). The Aircon was better, but in return I had to share my room with 10.000 ants...

The duvets in the rooms have no covers...and I can't imagine this place wash the duvets after each customer. It was not a nice feeling.

The Wifi was awful, and you will be disconnected and have to login again every 10 minutes. And the 10 minutes it is working, it will be really slow.

The breakfast was horrible.

They demanded a 1500 peso deposit at arrival, but when telling them I did not have any cash on me, they were not persistent.

They claim to have safety deposit boxes in the rooms. They do not. And the doors are paper thin so don't leave anything in there. Several of the windows could not be locked either so it would be easy for someone to get into the room without it being noticed.

Why do they call this place a resort? I would call it a guest house. A lousy guest house...only as a last resort. Oh wait, now I get it!

창문이 화장실쪽에만 있어서, 아침이 밝아도 방이 어두워 조용하게 숙면취하기에 좋음.

Top Lage!

Die Lage des Hotels ist top! Nur etwa 1 Minute zum Strand und etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg zur D-Mall. Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls zahlreich in der Umgebung am White Beach.
Leider ist die Klimaanlage sehr laut, wobei man sich daran schnell gewöhnt. Die WLAN-Verbindung fiel sehr oft aus, was sehr nervig war. Weniger gefallen hat mir auch das Frühstück, da man an eine feste Auswahl gebunden war und sich das Frühstück nicht selber zusammenstellen konnte wie bspw. bei einem Büffet. Wem Toast mit Rührei und Kaffee reicht, für die ist es jedoch völlig ausreichend.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben beim Buchen von Touren geholfen.
Auch war es trotz der Nähe zu den Bars am White Beach ruhig (wobei die Klimaanlage wahrscheinlich ohnehin jedes andere Geräusche übertönt hätte ;D).

Vi spenderade 1 natt på seabird. Läget var bra, väldigt nära till stranden. Personalen var hjälpsam och serviceminded och tvättservicen var bra och snabb. Rummen är något nedgångna och skulle behöva fräschas upp. Priset är något dyrt med tanke på vas du får, det är helt klart läget du betalar för.

이번에 이용하고왔습니다

저녁비행기라 호텔에는 새벽에 도착했습니다.
예약이 잘 안된건지 아니면 단순 방키가 없던건지 직원들이 왔다갔다하면서 계속 이야기하더군요.
그렇게 30분정도? 제법 기다리긴했습니다.
그래도 방을 못들어가니 제일 좋은 방으로 안내해주면서 미안하다고 그러더라구요.
저렴한 가격으로 밤에 잠만 잘생각이었는데 좀 기다린거빼고든 다 만족합니다.
직원들이 친절하고 방도 그런대로 쓸만했습니다. 또 화이트 비치에서 가까운곳에 위치해있구요.
단점을 이야기한다면 아무래도 싼 가격이라 전체적인 시설은 낡은 편입니다.
에어컨 돌아가는 소리는 제법 시끄럽구요. 그리고 화이트비치에서 골목으로 들어와야하는데 밤에 초행길이면
조금 무서울수도 있습니다.

위치 하나 만큼은 가격대비 최고

스테이션 2 에서 저렴하고 시설이 깨끗하면서 무엇보다 디몰과 화이트 비치와 가까워서 좋은 숙소입니다.

아침 식사가 포함되어 있구요. 화이트비치까지는 걸어서 1분 거리여서 해수욕하기 정말 편합니다.

디몰까지는 걸어서 3분 거리구요. 위치는 레드 코코넛 리조트 바로 뒷편입니다. 시설은 가격대비 깨끗한 편인데

수압이 좀 약하네요. 숙소에서 잠만 자고 화이트비치와 디몰에서만 계실 분들은 추천합니다!!

직원들 모두 친절하구요. 화이트 비치와 디몰에서 가깝고 저렴한 숙소!!

가격대비 좋습니다.

디몰과 해변과의 위치는 가격대비 정말 최고로 좋습니다. 시끄럽지도 않고 직원들도 친절합니다. 다만 시설이 좀 오래된점, 와이파이가 잘 안됀다는점, 헤어드라이어를 빌려야 하는 점과, 방에 금고가 없다는 점은 아쉽습니다. 가격이 저렴하기에 감수할수 있다면 괜찮은 곳입니다. 아침식사도 괜찮았습니다.
