The room is very nice and clean. The area is walkable to all shopping area like D’Mall. All employees I have met is very friendly and accommodating. I made a great decision to request for a pick up from the Airport to the Hotel and back to the Airport. The service is really great. If coming back to this place, I would chose them again.

This was my third visit within 7 years at Le Soleil Boracay. The first 2 times was perfect, this time, the rooms (we booked 3 rooms) were musty and the restrooms smelled of urine, even after housekeeping- maybe it’s time for a renovation. Overall, staff was pleasant and you can’t beat the complimentary daily breakfast.

This is not a 4 star hotel, poorly maintained, rooms very outdated, nothing like the photos, pool, chairs and surrounds in need of upgrade, staff unfriendly, breakfast average only catering to Asian travelers. The only redeeming thing is the location where you walk out directly onto the sand of the magnificent White Beach.

This hotel is extremely convenient since it is close to the beach and most stores. My only comment is that they should at least cover the hotels making it more private. My initial room cannot have the windows open since the houses across can see you.

Our first visit was in 2017 and we were satisfied with the service/hotel. We decided to come back and give it another try this past December 2023. This time around we were much happier with the hotel/service, seemed like they did some updates to the facility; cleaner and more amenities. The only issue I had was right outside the hotel were people coming up to you left and right trying to sell everything. This is not the hotels fault at all; we chose to stay in that area so that’s what you have to deal with, other than that, the hotel was affordable, clean, and you can’t beat the complimentary breakfast, that was delicious every morning. This is our 3rd stay. The staff hands down are very good! The waiting staff John and Marge are the best! Cristina is great at the front desk! However, facility needs a bit of focus. Bathrooms were ok but I’ve seen better cleanliness. The beach was great but the vendors constantly selling to you was a bit annoying.

The property has to be renovated. You can tell by the looks and smell. There’s a musty smell coming out of the bathroom. It was also raining a lot when we were there, they need to fix their drainage too. Wi-Fi was very unreliable, I ended up using my own data. On the good side, the hotel is at the beach front and very close to restaurants and D’ Mall. Staffs were accommodating and nice. Breakfast was decent too.

There was no shower door on the room I was given. The water all over the bathroom floor and there was some safety issue that it was slippery with a wet bathroom floor. The soap and shampoo receptacle was missing at the shower stall other than that, it was excellent. The staff was extremely nice even the security guard was very helpful.The entertainment during dinner needs a little more livelier. The breakfast servers needs to be more keen on refilling the dish containers if it is almost empty. For the the price what guest pays for the breakfast buffet, they need to up the ante on the food. The ice tea was too sweet. The convenience of being by the beachfront was so great. The place could easily solve the minor problems.

Accessibility of hotel from shuttle drop off point is dismal; unfortunately Hotels.com did not indicate availability of shuttle service. We used this service going back to the airport and it was much more convenient specially if one has more than one luggage. Staff are courteous and helpful and hotel is beach front property next to all conveniences. Placement of towels is unsafe and not short people friendly and you have to step on the toilet to reach them. This could be unsafe for heavy set individuals; soap, shampoo holder looked like it fell off and never replaced; mattresses felt old as you can feel the metal springs when you lie down; replacing the mattresses or adding a padding would help.

This location was prime in that it’s beach front and it’s close to the mall & restaurants! It’s an older hotel, so the aesthetics of the rooms were on the older end. Their WiFi is NOT strong and their housekeeping is average. They DO NOT change your sheets unless you ask and they do not pick up cups, utensils, etc unless you ask.

The staff were kind and attentive, so that was great! The other thing is they do not offer shuttle services like other hotels on the island. They also charged pretty high whenever we requested a car and we had to walk a 5 minute walk to meet the driver. Overall, the location made it worth it, but I probably won’t book here again.

Great location right on the beach and in the centre of the action so to speak. Rooms and pool are located far enough behind that give you peace when you require it. The staff were most certainly very welcoming and friendly.
I just felt the overall quality of the rooms couldn't justify the price i paid there looked to be better available in a similar level when i got out and explored. I also soent a lot of time hunting down mosquitos (its an island but that was excessive)

Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming! We were there immediately after the typhoon so all the hotels were powered by generators and the pool was closed, but the staff went out of their way to make things comfortable! I highly recommend using the hotel transfer service from/to the airport. The hotel is right on the beach, and they provide towels and beach mats. The sand is very clean and not too hot to walk on with bare feet. The water is very clean with lots of water activities available like paddle boarding, boating, jet ski, sailing, etc. Many activity vendors offer different prices and the prices are reasonable and negotiable! The island hopping tour is very good and included lunch for 1000 pesos/per person (about $20). We also went helmut diving (very fun!) and para sailing for 1500 php (US$30) and 1800 php ($36), respectively. For para sailing, I recommend using the Superman vendor. The hotel also included breakfast, which was excellent and had a cook to order egg and omlet chef! Although the hotel is situated right on the beach, it is very quiet at night and easy to sleep. There are no loud bands or music. The hotel restaurant is very good for dinner also; we ate there one night for a seafood buffet and it was superb! There are plenty of other restaurants on the beach near the Mall, which is less than a five minute walk. Overall, a very pleasant stay, clean and comfortabe rooms at a reasonable price! I highly recommend Le Soleil de Boracay!

Highly recommended!

When I think about beach front hotel, this is what I had exactly in mind. Literally 15 or 20 steps away from the reception area to the shore. The weather was very unpredictable during our stay, so when it rained we easily can go back to the hotel and chill.

Shout out to Grace and the staff at the reception for being so accomodating and very fast to respond to any requests/issues during our stay. I would like to commend Anthony too for being so keen to details. I also like the French/Spanish aesthetic of this hotel, very conducive to the Bora experience.

I would definitely book this hotel when I will come back to Boracay, will surely recommend to my friends too.

This is my 2nd stay in this property. I booked here again because it is in accessible to a lot of stores and restaurants. Rooms are nice and staff is very helpful. Only thing I did not like during my stay is the wifi connectivity. It drops all the time. Though I do not need to be connected all the time during my vacation, but it would be nice if the internet connection is stable during the time I need to use it.

Talk about beachside! You are literally walking out to the beach once you step out of the hotel. Check google maps street view! If it’s high tide, you are merely feet away from the water. You are centrally located to restaurants, shops and activities. They have their own restaurant(buffet) and price is decently affordable. The only negative is walking from the main road to the hotel with your luggage. Overall, 2 thumbs up and will book there again

Access to the hotel was terrible due to rain. During check in, I’ve asked the receptionist to upgrade the room because of the flooded access to the room and she requested me to pay 2000 PHP/night in order to get the upgrade. They sent us to room 311 which was located in the last back of the hotel on the 3rd floor which was very hard for us and for our children. I could get better service with better property facing the beach in less price than what I have paid for this accommodation. But this selection was because of the VIP class that was shown for Expedia customers and the services was less than regular basic 2 stars hotel would offer.

Very nice beachfront hotel. A few steps to the water and white sands. Located at Station 2 which is Right smack in the center of everything fun in the island; restaurants, bars, shopping, massage, hair braiding and henna tattoo, and water activities. All the staff are very friendly and warm especially Ren-Ren in the hotel cafe. Nice food buffet everyday for breakfast and dinner. Free newspaper daily. They also provide beach towels and mat for lounging in the sand. Great hotel!

Great Location!

Waking up and walking directly onto the white sands beach was one of the most satisfying part of my trip. Not to mention all the places to eat, drink and play all walking distance. Massages are plentiful and the hotel lets your borrow beach mats so you can continue relaxing on the beach daily. Beds were a bit tough but didn’t spend too much time in them, hotel is clean and the complimentary breakfast is quite satisfying.

Location is great, beach front and close to restaurants, D'mall and shops. Hotel staffs and securities are friendly, accommodating and courteous. Buffet breakfast has many food choices. The room that was given to us was in the second floor and too far from the main lobby inspite of my prior request to give us the ground floor room since my husband just had Post op spinal surgery. Instead I have to pay extra charge per night to accommodate the ground floor room. But overall experience, I like the resort including all the staff. Definitely go back again 😊!!!

Pros: Great hotel on the beach, breakfast area is right next next to beach, close proximity to dmall and tons of shops and restaurants, pool area is nice and well maintained.

Cons: room sizes are incorrect on Expedia site which says 36 sq m for the premium deluxe however once we got there the rooms were only 22 sq m, we had to pay to upgrade to the larger room so I feel tricked.

The hotel is located right by the beach. It might be difficult to locate the hotel because there is no main road you can access by transportation. You will have to walk there in order to get there, so I recommend packing light.
They welcomed my family and I with cold beverages and a necklace. The staff was very friendly.
The rooms were ok, not the best but not the worse. We rented two rooms and they were fairly clean.
