It was amazing! The room was super clean- bed linens were super soft and ac was very nice. The hotel staff was so accommodating to every need. The restaurant was spectacular- all the food we tried was wonderful- loved the breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel for the perfect stay in Boracay.

Super friendly and welcoming. When I arrived, I thought they were welcoming the Pope or Duterte or Marcos but no, it was all for me and my family. At breakfast they all sang happy birthday to my wife even though it was 4 days earlier. They sand a belated happy birthday. Great spot, best beach and area.

This hotel is very cozy...it not too big nor too small which give you the feeling of intimacy with the place, we had the balcony pool view which was good for relaxing on your downtime.Room were spacious, spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfy that we could slept all day and night. Bathroom were full of small goodies from toothbrush to vanity kit, shaving kit, shampoo and body wash.
The restaurant serves a fabulous breakfast for little amount of money to add on your booking I thought it's worth it...they have all kinds of breakfast food to choose, from continental to filipino food..it's superb. You have the choice to go on the beach or swimming pool, it is a beach front and pool is in the middle of of the hotel both were super clean. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner and the food were amazing, live music is on in the evening..I will not forget to mention the most lovely staff...all speaks billingual language..very respectfull, attentive and thats down from the cleaner to the top personnel. The place were very safe..there were security day and night.
For a very fussy customer like.me who always wanted comfort, and money value ...this place is 5* out of 5...It is highly recommended.

The room was very clean and big, we were given a 3 -bedroom unit which worked well for a family of 4. We looked forward to the free buffet style breakfast everyday. There were so many choices and offered different menu daily. They were delicious. It is a beach front hotel and close proximity to the shopping mall and other restaurants. Excellent service drom all staff, but I want to mention Jane from the reception, she was the one who assisted with our check in and it went very smoothly. Also, Sir Israel and Ms. Dalian from Don Vito's restaurant. Excellent service for all our daily breakfast experience. Highly recommneded.

Our stay at Mandarin was amazing! Will definitely recommend getting their transportation as it was hassle-free. The staffs were helpful and very friendly. Our only issue was that the bathroom had a weird smell, but other than that, our stay was exceptional! Will definitely book again when we go back to Boracay. It was the perfect spot if you want to be in Station 2, but don’t want to be around a big crowd for the whole stay. Thank you for such an amazing accommodation and great service!

Great hotel in a great location. Has nightly entertainment which is good same singers but change the songs every night. Restaurant is ok great pizza but does a lot of sharing plates so not really great for a solo traveller, trying to get there rating for best restaurant in Boracay but not sure it will get there if they don’t really cater their own phillipino food for single people instead of sharing platters. Nice pool but mainly in the shade depending on what time of year. Beach right outside so that’s great. A lot of sales people for trips outside also. Only real issue I had was at check in where the staff member went over every rule the hotel has by reading it all out to me and underlining it by pencil ! Felt like I was at school again ! Don’t think this was needed but it is what it is. Rooms clean and comfy with a great shower and amenities. Paid hotel for airport transfer as its easier they take care of everything from bust to port fees etc all in all id stay their again.

Mandarin exceeded our expectations. The staff was especially friendly and always greeted us as we came and went. We could easily charge services and food to the room. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is convenient to most white beach activities. The only thing i disliked was the daily live music which played 6-11pm and was quite loud in our room on 3rd floor.

We love Mandarin Island Hotel in Boracay. VIP treatment from arrival airport shuttle pick up to the tourism office, to boat ride and shuttle ride to the hotel, and when we reached the hotel, their staff greeted us warmly with fresh face towel & welcoming drinks. We were upgraded to an Executive suite without any extra fees. We were treated like a VIP, from the airport arrival, to our stay, to the check out and back to airport departure. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. Shout out to Mrs Po- the humble General manager, Jeff, guest relations officer, to ALL the front desk staff, Room attendants and the restaurant attendants, they're all dedicated, hardworking and very respectful staffs. Keep up the good work and thank you ALL for the EXCELLENT service you provided to us first timers, and we'll make sure to go back to Boracay and stay at Mandarin Island Hotel.

This was our 1st time in Boracay. We stayed here for 3 nights. Very welcoming & attentive staff, always willing to provide assistance. Especially GM Ms Lily Po. She even gave us a little history of the property & updates of Boracay.
Great service with transportation to/from airport. Great location as well being beachfront. Eventhough, it’s busy outside of resort, it’s quiet inside our room once window/door is closed. Good food selection for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Centrally located in Station 2 by the beach, close to shops, restaurants and water activities. Courteous and responsive staff to all our needs. We walked around and checked out other hotels and evening entertainment but ended up right back at the hotel. This is now our go to hotel every time we come to Boracay. We met the GM, Lily, who was very nice and asked us for any feedback on how to improve things. We were honest and told her about the noise from the guests above us on our last night. She was apologetic and said the party was suppose to end at 11pm. That was the only spoiler. Otherwise, everything was great!

Property is working on improving the hotel entrance (kind of non-existent at the moment), but aside from not having a grand entrance, we were greeted with a refreshing drink and hand towels upon arrival so don't worry about this because our overall experience was still great. The hotel staff and managers are very friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and had comfortable beds. We even got a free comb, toothbrush, lotion and slippers as room amenities for each room guests. The swimming pool was great for a refreshing night swim. Hotel is located at station 2 access to other restaurants and nightlife was easy. I especially loved the direct access to the beach since this is a beachfront hotel. The on-site restaurant (Don Vito) served delicious meals. Food was nicely plated, fairly priced and very tasty. Lastly, the roundtrip transfer from air-sea-hotel was the BEST! I provided our fligjt and guest details to the hotel and they help coordinated private transfer for us. The fees are same as with other transfer companies, except we got VIP service. Once I booked my room via Expedia, the hotel emailed me to inquire if I needed help with transfers. I am so happy I went with their service vs any other !!!! Legit, no hassle, private and VIP.

Beach front property, easy walking distance to D’Mall, situated along station 2, so it’s very busy and can be loud at night. We enjoyed our stay, 10/10, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Staff had also recommended Ms Gretchen for the beach activities, all for amenable prices. Would highly recommend Ms Gretchen for the water activities, we did parasailing, helmet diving and island tour with snorkeling. Would definitely go back and stay at Mandarin in the future.

We arrived at the airport on Monday morning, and the hotel van was waiting for us. Overall very efficient service, and would recommend paying the little extra to have the airport pickup. They take care of all fees, you don’t need to haggle and search for drives. We had the drive to the bay, where a hotel boat picked us up and took us to the island, where another hotel van was waiting. This was door to door service. The staff were top notch the entire way. The same was true for the return trip back as well. Now at the Hotel, we were greeted by even more incredibly friendly staff, with cool wet clothes, and a very delicious pineapple drink. Even though we were early, they let us store our luggage on sight while we walked around the beautiful white powder sand beach. Check in was at 2pm, we arrived around 930. We were early to say the least. We decided to take a snooze on the beach and received a call at 11 saying the room was ready! Excellent! They brought our luggage up to the room and gave us a tour. The room had one of the best beach views in the building. Besides the Uber expensive rooms of course. We had a top floor with two balconies. The views and atmosphere were excellent. There is live music through the day and night. These guys (and gals) are very talented! You know they are good when you have people singing along!

Would I go back to this place? YES I would, but I would want the same room if possible.
Would I recommend this place? Most definitely. It has the prefect

The entire staff really cares about your comfort. June, the supervisor, and his team really put customer service as a priority 👏. The hotel is located in a very central spot and is very close to lots of restaurants and stores. Beautiful spot to see the sunset and is a 15 minute walk to the other side of the island where you can see the sunrise. Great beach hotel and would highly recommend.

This was a vacation that my wife and I needed. The Don Leon suite was awesome. We certainly enjoyed the private dip pool and view from roof top deck. Thank you for not blocking the view of the beach and ocean, like what the other hotel did. Israel one of the staff member was wonderful. He assisted us with everything we needed. Wonderful and perfect stay with Boracay Mandarin Island, I have to personally send my appreciation to Israel,Leonila, June, Johnny and Mia and the whole resort staff for making our family vacation such a memorable one. I highly recommend this beachfront hotel to anyone,couples or family and or friends getaway, you will surely enjoy the heart-warming welcome and smiles everyday of the staff, breakfast buffet was fault-less.... we had 4 rooms in different levels and kinds and it was always kept cleaned by the hardworking staff, even the laundry was done within 2-3 hrs and very affordable. The resort is very convenient for restaurants and convenience stores,literally few steps away to fast food like KFC. We will definitely be going back to Boracay because of our fantastic experience wuth Boracay Mandarin,thank you again and see you soon.

We could walk along the beach, plenty of nearby restaurants, and there was a live band playing every night (the sound never bothered us). A bonus: The staff provided excellent services.
