Staff were friendly, and helpful. Check in was very easy, even a little early which was very kind.

Room was a good size, clean, aircon was cold and comfortable.

Shower had hot water and good pressure.

Bed was comfortable and large with 2 pillows.

Area felt safe and great walkable path to the beach. Front desk offers beach towels, pool on the roof had a great view of the ocean and sunset for not being directly on the beach.

Great hotel stay and value for money.

Great stay close to beach and clean

Our experience with Lime was great. The hotel is modern, clean, bright and cheerful. Beds are comfortable. The room had ample space, lots of water pressure and hot water!!! I would definitely stay here again
My only suggestion is if you are senaitive to noise then the pool floor may not be ideal (7th floor). Great access but you can hear people visiting and coming and going

The property fell short in several aspects, including cleanliness and facilities. There was no hot water and a leaking AC unit. The elevator did not function for three days, which when on the 8th floor is just not a good experience especially when travelling with a disabled partner. Given this I had to checkout four nights early, with no refund and accepted my loss and rebooked at a reputable hotel which is accessible.

I have hesitations booking Boracay properties by the main road. But Lime changed my mind. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all. Aside from its cleanliness, what you would really appreciate in Lime is their staff. Kudos! Will I consider coming back? Yes!

Highly recommended. Overall, our stay was comfortable. All staff are pleasant and always ready to give assistance. Special mention to Madz who willingly addressed my concern to transfer room due to noise at the lobby area. We were transferred / upgraded to a higher room the next day. Thank you.

Breakfast was served late for the 2 days my family and I stayed there. There was a power outage in Boracay due to damage by the typhoon that hit 2 days ago. The power to run the hotel was supplied by their generator but it kept on overheating so it was turned off for a couple of hours, 2 times a day during the morning and afternoon. There was no wifi service for the internet since the provider was down. Also, no cable TV service was available. All these things made our stay very uncomfortable and unenjoyable.

This is the hotel of stairs the lobby is on 2 level 30 stairs up from street with no handrail it was wet one night. Then after reception another 9 stairs to get to liftwen you get to your floor another 9 stairs to get to your room. The room was clean nice good size bathroom great .pool area was good location was great only short walk to beach. Just bad design hotel staff great and help full

Like the lemon-scent lobby

The lobby of the hotel smells lemon or lime (true to its name) and it was clean. The hotel location was close to the beach less than 10-minute walk. However, the beach towels that they have provided were old (definitely NOT for display), plus the color was faded cream. We didn't notice until we spread it out on the beach and to think that they required surrendering your room key. That was my only complaint. Other than that, the staff were gracious and offered quality customer service!

Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel is clean and in good condition. Housekeeping staff needs to be more responsive. I asked them to clean my room immediately. I came back 3 hours later and room was still not cleaned. I asked them again to clean the room immediately. One hour later the afternoon room was still not cleaned. When I asked them a third time they finally came and cleaned the room

The hotel has really nice interiors. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, and they attend to the needs of the guests promptly. However, there a couple of times that we have to repeat our requests before it's being actioned. Pool area is superb for relaxation. The distance of the hotel from the beach is good. The location is very accessible to important tourist spots.

Close to the beach and good walking distance from station one and station three. Staff were great and accommodating. We are not happy with the room because we heard every noise coming from the outside. The free breakfast was ok however, they menu need to be changed on a daily basis. Good central location, close to the centre of the nightlife hub at Station 2. Clean, airy rooms. Up to date facilities. Very friendly, accommodating staff. The only drawback is the breakfast offering. You are given a voucher for use at the small cafe beneath the hotel. However the buffet selection was limited and not very appetising.

I had a great stay while visiting Boracay. The only downside is the doors are thin so if there is someone outside the room having a conversation, you can hear. But other then that during my stay was quiet and comfortable. It's a great location about 5 minutes walking to the beach and about 10 minutes tricycle ride from the port. Plenty of restaurants nearby and transportation is not a problem if you need a tricycle to take you else where for some sight seeing. The staff was amazing and curtious. The rooms are clean and the rooftop pool is amazing during mid-day on a nice sunny clear day. Great for pictures. If myself or anyone else I know is visiting Boracay. I would highly recommend this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location if you wanna be close enough to the action in Station 2 but not on the main strip on the beach which can be a bit much at times. The pool was great and the drinks they served there were awesome. The room was pristine and super cozy for us after spending a week in average accommodations in El Nido. The staff was super helpful, friendly and polite. Overall, I would stay there again with no hesitation.

We stayed at Lime Hotel for 3 nights last week. Room was clean, but it would have been better if there was a kettle in room. Really missed my morning coffee! The breakfast was just OK....there is 2 different places where the coupon can be used. Not a lot of choices and not very big portions. The swimming pool is lovely and the hotel is not so far from all the action at the front( White Beach). Overall this is a good hotel which is situated in the middle near everything and OK for just a few nights. All the staff was really friendly!

The infinity pool is so inviting. You can see the beautiful view of Boracay.

Location is very accessible to markets, beach, and restaurant.

We stayed here for 11 nights in room 703, which was located on the floor beside the bar in pool, which was fine for us but others may find this floor a little noisy. The pool area is very beautiful and clean.

The hotel was very clean, the bar staff were excellent.

The hotel provided breakfast in a coffee house nearby. This was the only downside. The breakfast choices were poor and this needs to be looked at in order for them to improve.

Boracay's Boutique Hotel

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The hotel is new and is obviously very well planned - they have a creative layout, great color scheme and decor, and have put obvious (and appreciated) thought into the details. I would liken it to a \"boutique hotel\" in the United States. The one aspect that could be improved, in my opinion, (and I think it important to note that the value placed on this may be cultural as we are accustomed to big, cushy beds in US hotels), is the comfort of the bed. It is fairly hard. Also, there is a card to place on your bed when you want your sheets changed and I left it on the bed in the morning and the sheets were not changed; however, when I called to have them changed past 11 pm at night, they were there to change them in an instant.

Other than this, the staff was INCREDIBLE: so friendly, always called me by first name when I walked into the front door, accommodating, smiley, and wanting to go the extra mile before you ask. I am going back to Boracay several times in the next three months and I will be staying here each time.

Staff are warm and friendly and always helpful with any requests or problems that I had. The hotel is situated right at the end of Sunset Road so it's only a short 2 minute walk to white beach. The rooms are so new and super clean and spacious, the whole hotel smells really nice and fresh. There is an awesome roof top pool on level 7 with great sunset views. It's not a very big hotel and a little bit away from all the noise on the beach so I was able to get a good sleep most nights and I stayed during peak season. Overall it was a great hotel I was even lucky enough to get complementary breakfast at coffee house. Would definitely recommend!

Nice Staff, clean but needs some add-ons

Very friendly and well trained staff.
Access is via a flight of stairs from the main road (a BonChon restaurant is on the ground level).
This is not an \"on the beach\" hotel\" It is five - seven minute walk to beach. No coffee/tea making in the room when we got there but they supplied kettle and cups etc on request.
Level seven has a pool and a very small bar. Nice view. (the pool water needed attention it was not completely clear) - a few chairs around the pool but no shade (way too hot through the day). They said sun umbrellas were being shipped from Manila.
Rooms are a bit sparse but clean and new, bed and pillows are nice. Don't book a room on level seven - it is where the pool/bar area is and its very noisy.
No in-house cafe or restaurant. Small cafe close-by.

Le personnel de l'hotel au top, accueillant et tres serviable. L'hotel est idealement placé sur main road a 5 min a pied de white beach. Proche de tout les commerces. Bon rapport qualité prix.
A l'arrivée on nous sert un verre de jus ( citron evidemment 😁 ) avec des serviettes fraiches, ainsi qu'une paire de lunette de soleil chacun.

入住的房間就位於櫃檯對面，隔音差的狀況下根本無法好好休息，而且電視是壞掉的。
向服務人員反應嘗試幾次無法修復電視後，把我們的房間換到櫃檯斜後方，這個房間更吵，因為一面是飯店內部另一面是街道。
另外要注意的是LOBBY在三樓必須先搬行李爬樓梯上去，這樣的設計對行動不便或行李多的人很不貼心。
房間內裝潢很多地方都已脫漆看起來不像是才開業沒幾年的飯店。
離沙灘要徒步5~10分鐘，但連接沙灘的道路充滿坑洞和積水，如果要享受沙灘還是直接入住沙灘旁的飯店好。

가성비 숙소로 추천할 만합니다

전체적으로 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 제대로 뚫린 창문이 없어서 낮인지 밤인지 구분이 안 가는 게 조금 아쉬웠지만 ㅠ어차피 알고 예약했던 거라 괜찮았고 그거 뺀 나머지 모든 게 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고 어매니티도 충분했고 306호에 묵었는데 사람들이 왔다 갔다하긴 했어도 피곤해서 꿀잠잤기 때문에 별로 소음이 신경쓰이진 않았습니다 ㅎ 그리고 특히 체크아웃 후에 짐 맡겼다가 찾았는데 갑자기 잠금장치가 고장 나있어서 굉장히 당황스러운 나머지 저도 모르게 직원분 나무라듯이 말했는데도 직원분들이 세 분이나 붙어서 함께 고민해주시고 결국 잠금장치 뜯어서 가방 열어주셨어요;; 감사했습니다. 항상 웃는 얼굴로 친절하게 대응해주셔서 그부분이 제일 좋았던 거 같네요.
