10/10 for very friendly, corteous and helpful staff. Can’t fault any single one. Management should be really proud of their hardworking employees.

Room is great, clean and tidy. Balcony doors would need a little attending/upgrade - ours got locked on its own by just. They had to call the engineer to fix it. Otherwise, they are very responsive to all our concerns.

Very close to the beach front. Great location (convenience store next door and restaurants close-by).
Worth to try their own restaurant - food taste amazing! Would highly recommend their sizzling pizza (best pulutan / pair for your drinks or even just for light snacks).

The only downfall is they charge you for any mess on their linens/bed sheet - just make sure you avoid hennas, hair colourings, tanning lotion, and kids peeing/messing the bed. They charge $$ for these! Considering, it’s a beach and people that come to Boracay are here to have fun.

This has been one of my favourite places to stay since visiting Philippines. The service is unmatched by any five star hotel.

The staff are attentive there for you. every day saying hello good morning. Good evening intending you every need.

The location is also fantastic! Right in the heart of station two you can walk anywhere in a few minutes.

We stayed in a premium deluxe with pool access so we could walk right out our patio door into the pool

This hotel is an affordable alternative to some of the more expensive hotels in Boracay. It’s a short walk to the beach and very clean, but what makes the hotel so special are the staff. My son recommended the hotel to me because of the kind staff and he was not wrong. The people and the service are what makes this hotel so special. They also have a basil pineapple drink that became my obsession.

Booked this resort last minute and it did not disappoint. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. The resort is just walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants and shopping centers. The food at the resort was personally so much better than the food outside. I recommend doing the breakfast option as they have a wide variety of food to choose from and they switch the choices every morning. I am very pleased with my stay at Boracay Haven. Thank you Dexter for helping us and the other supervisor on staff that I was not able to catch their name. Much love from NYC

The property was much older than the photos online appeared to be. The city is undeveloped which I never seen online. I was shocked to see the overall island was dirty & trashed. I thought going to Boracay would be like Miaimi Beach.

Property a few minutes from white sand beach. Room has two single beds which we managed 3 at extra cost. Pool was nice. Breakfast included was excellent for a smaller hotel. Made omelette to order was a great touch Staff excellent. Only issue was construction outside and beside but not hotels fault. Poolside room was extremely noisy until 10pm. Overall would stay here again

I booked a stay at Hennan regency before the pandemic I was given a voucher and later when I was about to use it Expedia gave me this hotel Haven Resort and was told that it is comparable to Hennan Regency, it was not even close. We ended up checking out of Haven and moved to Hennan regency which is right across the street. We spent twice as much.This time Expedia messed it up. Expedia should check the status of the hotels before suggesting. We were disappointed!

I would not recommend staying with this resort. I was supposed to be flying to the Philippines February 2020, however due to the coronavirus, there were travel bans put into place and flight cancellations in which I was not able to travel to the Philippines as I was not able to get to the country or get into the country. As such, I requested a refund from this hotel in hopes of understanding the unforeseen circumstances. However, they refuse to give me a refund even though I physically was not able to even get into the country. While I was supposed to be in the Philippines, I was planned to travel around to different parts of the country and booked many other flights and stays. All these other hotels and flights were accommodating and understood my circumstance and refunded me my money. I would NOT recommend booking here.

It is real close walking distance to the beach. It had a lot of construction all around it that I didn't like. Too much noise from the construction. The staff were nice & friendly. The food was always good. The pool was nice. The A\C worked great. The beds were comfortable. The price was good. We had a great time here. It is close to everything in station 2.

I sent my brother to this hotel for his birthday, and he told me that he loved it there because the staff were very polite and caring. Also, they surprised him for his birthday; they knocked on the door to give him cupcakes with candles and birthday greetings. When my brother and his family went to dinner at the restaurant, the singer sang a birthday song for him. All in all, my brother had many new and wonderful experiences at this hotel.

Be careful...read the fine print in this hotels listing. We stayed”right on the beach” but the room was windowless and felt like we were staying in a converted warehouse. The beach rooms are removed from the main hotel like it is a separate property. This room was overpriced for what e got and we won’t be back. There are too many better options in Borocay

First of all, i didnt expect it to be just room only where the rooms were detached away from the main hotel. Which mean you dont get swimming pool.

Bfast was very disappointing from theri own cafe below. You were give three dishes cooked in different style for variation purpose. Eg. Banana /blueberry/bacon pancake. One of it was a local bfast named in tagalog, i didnt choose it as I am not sure what it is. So i am down with pancakes and sausage hasbrown with egg. The egg ben was a weird one, its not the western int’ style i get to eat in SG. Am not a pancake person hence i am down with just one choice. And i have to eat that for 5 days? I have to say the staffs were really kind and helpful, they knew about my unhappiness and quickly made the arrangement to sign me up with the main hotel for their bfast buffet. But then again, it wasnt that much better as well. There was a miscomm whereby i didnt know i could go back to the main hotel for buffet bfast again the next day. 1st day they gave us a morning call but 2nd day they didnt.

Secondly, for the price i pay, the anmenties were really bad. There is NO tissue paper in the room. NO new tootbrush or comb provided. NO bathroom slippers, you have to ask for it. NO one automatically clean your room, you have fo inform them to do it.

Water pressure for the shower was very low. I did a 5 min job using 30 mins! Damn exasperating. Body was given with a spoilt pump, hence we couldnt use. Pay Gold and get peanuts.

But Beachfront rooms not located in the resort. Missed all the resort amenities. Be sure to get the beachview room. The other room is no view at all. No windows except for the siding glass door which is the only way in and out of the room. Felt like a fish bowl.

I liked the breakfast buffet and options. I also appreciate how much they keep the hotel clean. The rooms were very nice and came with nice toiletries and even a gift when they cleaned up the room. I did not appreciate being accused of stealing a saucer plate for the tea cup, and then having to pay for it due to the staff not accepting our explanation. We ordered room service twice and had used the saucer plate for eating off of with our three young children. We than gave the dirty dishes back to the room service attendant and she took the saucer with it. If we would have known that they were going to inventory the tea cups and saucers, we would not have given it to her. We assumed all of the dishes go to the same place. Also when she took it down, she should have returned the saucer plate if it did not belong to the restaurant dishes. Shame on you people for taking advantage of us! We paid for everything we received, and why on Earth would I want to steal a stupid saucer plate???

I booked this hotel for 8 nts. The breakfast, pool and all the staff were very friendly. I would gave it a 5, except a front desk staff questioning me what room I'm in upon returning from my outing. This is the same staff I talked to on multiple occasions. You'd think they at least knows your face after staying there for the 5th nights.
Overall, a very good experience.

Very organized. The hotel set up the transport from the airpot to the hotel. The transport experience was very smooth and organized. All the tickets and paperwork for the shuttle and ferry was done and excellent. The staff was very welcoming throughout my stay. Came in to check in and was greeted right away and served a nice cold beverage. My uncle and aunt had decided to come to Boracay to visit me last minute and the hotel was quick to be very accommodating for them and had everything set up in my room when I arrived. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The toiletries provided was excellent and smelled nice. The hotel had a private section off the beach which was under 5 min walk and the staff was very attentive at the beach. Jon Rey was awesome. He took great care of my relatives and myself while we were at the beach. The hotel provided free beach towels and were clean and smelled nice. I would come back and stay there again.

Overall good, staff is great with their services and friendliness! Close to the beach with buffet breakfast every morning is appreciated. At first we got room C211 where there was toilet problem then we were moved to C206 upon request which was better! There seems to be some plumbing problem in the way the toilets operates, as we were told not to use toilet paper or more toilet paper (water facility tap hosing is also available), then it cant pull through, (operates somewhat like Canadian type toilets) also probably the size of the toilet hole in some rooms. The toilet in dining area is normal as per Australian type and operates well!

We stayed for 8 days and we had a wonderful time. The part of the hotel that we stayed in was very close to the beach and since its in Station 2, location was perfect. Staff were exceptional, attentive, friendly and efficient. Hotel room and facilities were clean and in order. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no problem with the water pressure. We had a good nights rest. We highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again in our next trip.
