BLUF: I am hoping to be able to snag the same deal on tis property the next time I visit. Ok so this property is less than 2 minutes from Robinson Mall Manilla, so the area is exciting and a bit sketch. The apartment itself I had a party of 11 and we all slept comfortably and had a nice home cooked meal in the morning, cooking and dining equipment is included. The pool is shaded most of the day so it is a bit cold but not freezing and younger children had a blast playing in it especially since it was mostly unused.

Hotel was incredibly noisy. My room was above the main road, so heard traffic all night. The pool is at the back of the property, in between not one but two construction sites on either side. It was impossible to have a relaxing time here.

Overall our stay was okey.location of the hotel is perfect not crowded.Personal are very helpful.However we had some few issues whch are 1.our toilet has no shower curtains the water comes out in the floor of the toilet n its dangerous cause Its slippery .and the lavatory is leaking as well so its water everywhere in the toilet floor. 2:our room is too noisy no insolation can hear the tricycles /music from outside.
3; telephone nmbrs in the main office of the hotel in manila is not working as weve tried to get hold of thm after the typhoon pls do some updating regarding tel.nmbrs 4;hotel has no satelite phone incase of emergency.

It’s very loud in this hotel. Construction sites all around and street traffic noise.
It is a bit outdated hotel. Breakfast was just ok as it could do much better.
Pool was looking nice but water was so cold even when air temp was 30 degrees.
Restaurant staff not helpful. But reception and housekeeping were spot on.

1.Map says it's 7mins walking distance on the beach front when it is actually 15mins walking distance.

2. All their cheap rooms are loacted at the top floors so you will be forced to upgrade your room to be on the lower room because....

3. There is NO LIFT. (And it is not stated on the website).

4. Their bathrooms get flooded because there is no drainage on the toilet side. (It's either you need to call the house keeping OR you have to mop up the floor....)

5. Because their house keeping is available ONLY up until 5pm. (Or else you have to do the work)

1. One of their staff in the night shift named Jason (the only staff-no one else is around) is extremely helpful.

2. Pool was nice (but needs to be regularly cleaned).

3. Breakfast buffet was OK.

We had a problem with our booking we rented a room with 2 beds for 2 adults and 1 child unfortunately the booking came out with the child aged 0 they then tried to extort more money from us,the ac in the room was not adequate eventually they brought a fan to cool the room.
We ordered room service and the food was terrible and the breakfast was not much better.
The pool pics are decieving its little more than a bath very small
On the plus side the bed was comfy and the bathroom had an hygiene wash which is a big plus but overall we were neither pleased nor displeased we just wouldn't recommend this place to friends

My gf. Had a stomach virus when we got there and the hospital outpatient was only one block away from Red Coconut. The staff went out of their way to take us there personally and did all they could to help
We stayed in the new tower so all was new and WiFi great
A HUGE plus is we could eat at the Red Coconut on the beach and watch our 5 year old swim in the hotel pool only 10 feet away from our table and because it was the rainy season we did it many times as we were covered from the rain in the eating area but not the pool

Expedia let this hotel false advertise. 20 mn walk to beach passing through dirty neighborhood sewage smell. Room was so noisy from traffic and a rooster crowing got no sleep. Left after 1 night tried to get refund hotel and Expedia both refused. Also refrigerator in room was broken and WiFi was unstable. Please don’t make the same mistake as I.

It was good but the downside of our stay was it was during the time of typhoon Urduja. The hotel (whole boracay) has water supply problem and I got it that it is beyond their control. So my suggestion, the hotel should have a water tank for reservoir just incase it will happen again.

Other than the water supply problem, I like this hotel. 5 min walk to Dmall, 4 min walk to the shoreline. Will surely comeback to this hotel.

Excellent facilities, super staff, just 7 minutes from the beach. Despite being on the main road, the noise wasn't intrusive. I went for the deluxe room which have balconies, and being a parent of Red Coconut located on the beachfront, access is given to use beach lounge chairs there, along with a discount for staying guests at the Red Coco Inn. Loved the two for one cocktails from 12-10pm!

The staff went out of the way to ensure comfort levels were met and answer any questions. I would stay again.

Perfect Spot for everything you need!

First of all Red Coco Inn is perfect for young couples, families and people who does not have any issues with the flight of stairs.
What I experience which is remarkable is the consistency of the hospitality and courteousness of the staffs, from the front desk (morning & night) shift, the housekeeping staffs, bfast buffet attendants, guards and special mention to their kuya chef/cook!
Breakfast is simple but varies everyday. Coffee is really good.
The whole hotel gives more than basic but more than enough since you basically come to Boracay for the beach and the activities. So you can just have a 5-7 minute walk going to the White Beach or take a tricycle/tuktuk and ask to be dropped at station 2 and go to its sister hotel, The Red Coconut so you can enjoy the free beach beds and 10% discounts on their menu items. By the way, Red Coconut's beachfront has one of the best sands in the whole White Beach.
Our room is very clean, smell fresh, steong A/C and offers housekeeping & free bottled water everyday. The pool is always clean and the hallways are kept clean from any water and dust.
Although it is along the main highway, you will never feel the noise coming in to your room so you have a really good night sleep or rest in the afternoon.
The only concern would be the shower since the water has the tendency to flood due to imbalance floor design.

Overall, I give the place 4.5/5 stars. A well maintained hotel, Courteous and well informed staff and accesibility.

I and my family were really amazed with the staff and facilties itself because the price is cheap yet amazing.Staff are really friendly and accomodating they readily attend the needs of their guest.We had a problem with our doorknob as it became dysfunctional however,they immideatly transfer us to another room. The breakfast buffet is also something we look forward every moring of our stay there. The only problem is that the wifi is not working in the last 2 days of our stay there but the staff explained it well that there was a problem that time which is acceptable.We really enjoyed our stay there and will defenitely reccomend andcome back here.Thank you red coco inn for making our stay memorable. Wordclass service and facilty proud pinoy here!

Really bad service

-The service level is really low. From incomplete and imprecise information all the way to a complete lack of interest to help the guests.
-The hotel arranged for transportation to the airport. It did not work and the staff did very little to solve the issue. We ended up having to find our own way to the airport on the last minute.
-The elevator was not working for the entire duration of our stay, meaning that you may have to climb five floors to get in and out of your room. Looking at the conditions of the elevator, looks like it is out of order for a long time.
-The location is not good. You will have walk a relatively long distance to the beach going across not so nice areas.
-I realize it is a common problem in the island, but with those frequent power outages, the hotel should have an alternative power supply.

Nice hotel that is just one street from the bustling Station 2 at a more attractive price. A Sister hotel of Red Coconut which is just outside the beach at Station 1. This allows me to use the facilities such as the lounge beds by the beach at Red Coconut.

Hotel is comfortable and clean which I value a lot. Room size is good. Didn't get to use the swimming pool since I spend most of my time at the beach, but saw many people using it.

Great Hotel with everything you need

This place I found on sale thanks to the daily deals offered by hotels.com. I wanted to try a new place and had often passed by this hotel. I took the chance to book it and it exceeded my expectations. Very nice pool and comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was my style of breakfast and the hotel staff was great.

The showers had the best water pressure I have enjoyed on the island. The water was also always as hot as I needed it to be.

The only thing I would recommend is that the hotel invest in new pillows. The pillows they currently use are very flat and not fluffy enough for a good night sleep. Aside from that this hotel is one of the best.

I received a complimentary upgrade upon check in. Happy I chose to try Red Coco Inn out and will look to stay there again in the future.

Clean hotel very close to station 2 beach

I booked this in the last minute. Wasn't sure with the pictures. But it turned out to be a clean hotel with friendly staff ( they listened). The best part is that there is a small lane diagonally opposite to the hotel that takes you to station 2 beach in less than 5 mins. That to me is accessible. Clean hotel but is so loud as near a main road 1st day I was on floor 1 in a delux room the patio doors so not keep outside sound out, I then moved to floor 3 which was better but you still needed earplugs to sleep, also the wifi doesn't not work in higher rooms, even though we requested it needs to work as my girlfriend needed to work online at night, best to have standard room on 4th floor, swimming pool was nice, but best to choose a beach front hotel a studio it wasn't used by many customers

Lovely stay in Boracay

It was a pleasant stay. My family liked it very much. the staff are very friendly and attentive to our requests, very courteous and helpful and gave us some tips to make our stay a pleasant one. The hotel was not close to the beach, a few yards away so going to the beach more than once was not convenient. The hotel we stayed was brand new and all amenities provided except coffee/tea making were excellent. clean room, bed sheets towels and etc were provided everyday.
Many thanks guys, on the reception, guards, housekeeping and cooks. You have made our vacation a memorable one. Well done. will definitely recommend to friends.

I was looking forward to a nice getaway from my work in Denmark. I was told that there was nice beaches and divespots on Boracay.
I had been looking true a lot of hotels reviews on Boracay. Everything looked good about the Red Coco In. So i went for it.
Red Coco In is located on the "highway" true Boracay, and that makes at lot of noice :( There is also hotels being built on 2 sides of the hotel.
I didn't get must sleep the 7 day I stayed there (could not get my money back) :(

There is only good things to say about the staff, just to bad they don't have much to work with.

The hotel was goo close walk to the beach. The bed was rock hard and house keeping only cleaned when requested to. The hotel is under renovation as they are adding more rooms so the kitchen is only open for breakfast. The staff was extremely nice and polite.

Hotel stands truly for value for money for following facts:

1. Firstly, the staff is extremely friendly, ever smiling & courteous to fulfill your requests spontaneously. Be it request for room service for breakfast or spare mineral bottles.
2. Secondly, the room was nice & comfortably well maintained. I stayed in deluxe room # 301(front facing) at topmost floor.
3. Location from beach & D'Mall is apt and rightly & closely located hotel.
4. I stayed at this hotel for the reason of its offered price tag & proximity with the station 2 where the most attraction of Boracay island lies.

Areas of improvement (minor but should be looked in):
1. Wifi on top floor of hotel was slow & intermittent at times.
2. Limited options in breakfast. All choices have bread, butter & egg in common. Should have variety for vegan people as well.
3. Hotel location is nice but as mentioned rightly in other reviews, the construction in adjacent makes the stay noisy and uncomforting at times. The rooms having balcony was also of no use as it was messy with dust & not apt to sit or relax.

My two cents over here: If you can ignore these drawbacks you can have nice & value for money stay as most of your time would be spent at the beach.

An excellent non beach hotel to stay in Boracay

Stay in Red Coco Inn for 5 nights and the hotel staffs are warm and friendly. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Stay at the standard room located at 4th floor for the 1st night and the WiFi signal was weak and often got disconnected. Change to Deluxe room located at 1st floor the next day and the WiFi signal was strong and internet speed was fast. Hotel is centrally located at the main street where it's 5 mins walk to D'Talipapa or D'Mall from the hotel and 8 mins walk to the white beach from the hotel. Hotel do provide beach towel should you need it. The hotel is expanding so expecting there will be some construction noise in between 8am till 5pm.

Lots of unfinished (and downright abandoned) construction next to hotel. Walls were very thin and could hear stray dogs living in pit next to hotel howling all night, Roosters woke us up at 5 am every morning and could hear the motorcycles on the street. A/C worked good one night and was not so great the others. Could easily hear people conversing in the halls as they came to and from their rooms.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Free hot breakfast and a security guard was on duty at all times. Rooms were nice and clean and everything worked though we were missing a kettle and cups. Short walk to either side of the island and d'mall. If I were to go to boracay again I would opt for a different hotel for the noise reasons only. We were also on the first floor rm 102. Maybe higher rooms don't get the same noise polution.

Great hotel! 5 min walk to Dmall, just a little more to the beach. Room is really comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is really small though. I think the best aspect about this hotel is its association with the Red Coconut Hotel though, which is right on the beach. Because we were staying at the Red Coco Inn, we were able to use their beach chairs and towels for free and even got discounts at their restaurants. It was great!

The hotel is based within 5 minute walk of both the beach and D-Mall.
The hotel is based near a lot of construction sites so can be quite noisy and dusty, however the hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
You can use the beach chairs for the sister hotel Red Coconut.

Enjoyed the Red Coco Inn. Good level of accommodation with fantastic staff. The location is central to all stations. Very close to D'mall and though not on the beach the use of the sister hotel the Red Coconut makes up for this as its right on the beach where you can use loungers and the pool. Breakfast was good (western options) and the room was very comfortable with good TV channels. Would definitely recommend, the only downside is current construction of a pool on the site but the staff did their best to keep the noise to acceptable times of the day. Good value and a good option for Boracay.

ELEVATOR- so many 3 story buildings on boracay don't have elevator- this does! and it works! if hotel were a little less in price you would never get a room- theyd be booked out mall the time.safe, clean, decent valur for your money and a staff and manager that most hotels would dream of. location is perfect between the tourist mall and he lokal mall.

Trevligt rum med bra läge! Fräsch rum och daglig städning om det önskas. Fina badrum.
Dock var det extremt lyhörd, skrikande barn samt personal i korridor med radio som väckte en redan vid 6 tiden.
Spricker i dörren. Blev infekterad av minispindlar, dock var personalen extremt hjälpsamma och fick bort dem nästan omedelbart!

Hotellvistelse efter tyfonen Ursula

Vi bodde på Res Coco in strax efter tyfonen Ursula, så fanns då ingen el på ön ett par dagar. Men Hotellet körde generator nästan hela dygnet runt, så allt funkade som vanligt. Väldigt trevlig personal och gjorde allt de kunde för att vi skulle trivas.

Det enda som var negativ med hotellet var att det var ganska lyhört både utifrån och mellan rummen. Men det känns som ett tema här nere i Filippinerna.

Excellent stay!

A great place to stay. All-round good, clean rooms, friendly staff and just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend Red Coco Inn for a stay in Boracay!

절대 비추

여긴 위치때문에 고민하다 처음에 돈 아끼려고 예약했는데.. 진짜 서비스 엉망. 특히 리셉션 서비스 대응 불친절하고. 에어컨 고장나기 일쑤. 모든 게 너무 낙후돼고 불결함. 정말 비추. 같은 가격이면 알타비스타는 천국이고 차라리 돈 더내고 헤난가는게 훨씬 이득.

이정도 가격에 이정도시설이면 정말꿀인데요.조금걸어나가면 세탁방있어서 좋았구요.직원들 친절해요.페이스타올가져달래니까 하우스키퍼가 오는게아니라 프론트직원아가씨가 둘이나와서 페이스타올가져다주고 팁주니 어찌할줄몰라하더라구요.받아도되냐면서^^
아기있어서 전자렌지좀써도되냐니까
(햇반) 뜨겁다면 큰접시에 전자렌지에돌린 햇반올려서주더라구요.조식은 기대하지마세요.전조식은 못일어나서 안먹는편이라 상관없었어요.그래도 기냥저냥 배부르게먹을수있는정도의조식이에요

They have beach chairs available.

It was great. The possibility of using their brother property (red coconut) installation on the beach is definitely a awesome plus. Their location is great, close to laundry places and to good restaurants. The staff is very friendly. I wish the breakfast has more ocidental choices, and as the coffee in Philippines is not that good, instant coffee would also be great. For sure I'd stay here again. Thanks red coco inn.

레드코코 땜에 보라카이에 정떨어졌어요

헤난에서2박하구 마지막날에 객실이없어 레드코코인드보라카이에 하루 묵었습니다 엘리베이터도 없고 수영장은 사진보다 훨씬작고 수영장관리도 안하는지 나뭇잎둥둥 더럽습니다 금고가 고장나서 봐달라고 하니 남자 직원은 인상이나쓰고 ㅡㅡ 고장나서 열리지도 않는 금고에서 돈꺼내달라는데 왜 귀찮다는듯이 인상쓰는지ㅋㅋ
그나마 객실은 작지만 이쁘고 깔끔해서 괜찮다 싶었습니다 그런데 신나게놀고 새벽3시에 들어와서 눕자마자 새카만 쥐때문에 단한숨도 못잤습니다 얼마나 온방을휘젓고 다니는지 불켜놓고 뜬눈으로 침대에서 내려가지도 못하구 ㅡㅡ그러다 쥐가 친구머리로 떨어졌어요 소리지르면서 짐도 못싸고 걍 방에서 뛰쳐나왔습니다 .
호텔레스토랑 화장실에서 씻고 로비에서 짐정리 하고 너무화도 나고 더이상 있기 소름끼쳐 바로 체크아웃하고 나왔습니다 편히 쉬어야할 호텔에서 단30분도 못자고 나왔는데 쏘리 한마디 하고 쥐잡는다고 난리더군요 방에 있는거 자기들도 확인하고도 못잡은거 같던데; 어딘가 다른손님 방에 가있겠죠 ..마지막날 이호텔때문에 4박5일 행복했던 여행이 최악이 되었습니다 보라카이 너무좋아서 두번째 간건데.. 다시는 안가고 싶어요 아직도 생각하면 온몸에 소름돋습니다
그리고 밤에 밖에 노래소리엄청크게 들리고 새벽5시부터 엄청×100 시끄러워요 시장바닥인줄
최악중에 최악입니다

Hotellet var väldigt bra, personalen var jättesnäll. Det enda som var lite konstigt var att en dag kom jag in i mitt rum och då satt det fem personer ur personalen där inne och lyssnade på musik och höll i mina saker. När dom såg mig började dom städa direkt och gick ut efter ungefär en minut, men jag vet inte riktigt vad dom gjorde där inne. Annars var jag väldigt nöjd, förutom att wifi funkade inget vidare.

저렴하고 그냥 그런 수영장 딸린 호텔을 찾는다면 예약하세용

제가 이런 후기를 남길 줄은 정말 몰랐네요.. 2번째 보라카이를 다녀와서 쓰는 후기입니다.
처음 도착해서 들어갈 때까지만 해도 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.
방에서도 와이파이가 잘 터진다는 직원말에 기분 좋게 체크인을 하고 들어갔지만 와이파이는
잘 되지 않았고.. 나가서 물놀이가 끝나고 들어오면 2틀내내 샤워기는 나오지 않았습니다.
계속 프론트에 이야기하고 수리하기까지 기다렸다가 고쳐진 후에 씻었습니다. 덕분에 대기시간과
기다리는 시간은 늘어나고 쉬는 시간은 줄어들었지요ㅠㅠ..
체크인 할 때 한국인 부부가 수영장이 좀 더럽다며 청소해달라고 부탁하는것을 보았지만
해줄 수 없다고만 답하는걸 보았습니다;.. 그래서 수영장은 이용도 하지 않았네요.

씻고나서 헤어드라이길 잠깐 쓰고 나서 다시 쓰려고 하면 헤어드라이기는 작동 하지 않았어요.
그렇게 3일을 말썽이었는데도 방은 절대 바꿔 줄 수 없다고 하더군요 첫날 부터 다른 방과 교체해 주길
원했지만 방은 절대 안된다며 이야기 하더군요.. 정말 불쾌했습니다.
수건도 마찬가지로 그 전날 쓰지 않았다고 그 다음날 수건은 줄 수 없다며 하루에 하나씩 갈아주는게
당연했다고 생각했는데 불쾌함을 표시를 하니 겨우 바꿔 주시더군요...

헤어드라이기가 안되던 이유는 마지막날 알았습니다 에어컨을 키니 과부화가 되는듯 하여 안되는것
같더라구요 에어컨을 끄면 다른 기기들은 작동 되었습니다.
그런데 에어컨을 안키고는 있을 수 없는 더운 나란데... 제가 느끼기엔 조금 별로였던 호텔이었습니다.

과장하지 않고 3일 동안 겪은 일만 썻던 것이니 참고 하셔서 예약 하시길 바래요ㅠㅠ..

해변과 디몰에서 가까운 호텔

위치도 좋고 청결도 좋았고 전체적으로 만족스럽고 가성비 좋은 느낌을 받았다. 하지만 조식이 살짝 부실했고 샤워시설이 약간 불편했지만 크게 거슬릴 정도는 아니였다.
