The buffet breakfast was fabulous with choice of hot, cold and custom eggs. We sat on the beach patio while being attended to by the friendly staff.
The pool was usually quiet which we enjoyed. The attendants were always available to serve us food and drinks. The afternoon popcorn and ice cream were wonderful added treats.
There were lounge chairs available right in front of the resort too.
Although it was in station 2, we didn’t find it crazy like we thought it may be. Probably because we were about a 10 minute walk from D-mall. We are so happy we picked this resort and its location. I researched a lot and am so happy with my choice. Thank you to all the staff.

No elevator for those who have strollers or elderly. All the 1st floor units were booked. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs since there are no elevators. Staff was great but really overpriced for the rooms. Probably won’t be staying here again. View was superb from the restaurant

I have traveled to many countries around the world and usually choose accommodations carefully based on research and reviews. Unfortunately, this property was very misleading. The hotel itself is extremely dated and rustic, and overall cleanliness was a major issue during my stay.
I stayed at the property for nine days, but due to the poor conditions, I only drank coffee or cider in the mornings and spent most of my days at nearby hotels that were noticeably cleaner. I’m giving this property three stars solely because the staff was very kind and genuinely tried their best to accommodate me.
The room was outdated, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned on multiple occasions—at least three times—despite leaving notes, tipping daily, and raising concerns with the manager. There were days when the sink wasn’t wiped down, toothpaste stains were left behind, and the bath mat had visible mold stains. I asked several times for the mat to be replaced; it was only after repeated complaints that it was finally washed or replaced. I was surprised that a mold-stained bath mat was considered acceptable for guests.
The complimentary breakfast was very limited. I only ate it once after seeing roaches crawling on the eggs and other food items. After that, I only had coffee in the mornings and chose to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner elsewhere, as the restaurant did not appear clean.

First of all, I did not develop a pre-arrival expectations about the whole trip. But I was at least ready to be met by gorgeous beaches, until I was first met by a very courteous person who was tasked to pick me up right after arrival. Since I did not have any prior experience traveling to that area, I followed exactly what they told me to do. Every staff person I met flashed their infectious smiles that quickly erased every suspicion one can hold when totally a stranger in the area. From there on, it was all smooth sailing through getting to the hotel, checking in, etc. and every staff in the hotel that I had contact with was super helpful and very kind and accommodating. It was totally a wonderful experience for me. The hotel was super clean, the food was excellent, my room was actually good for 4 persons. When I come back, I will definitely stay in the same hotel. I wish I stayed longer.

Great location in Station 2. Staff was very helpful and professional. Our room is probably going to be to for a quick reno. Food at the connecting restaurant, Cha Chas was good. Maybe just a tad pricey but it is at a prime location. Breakfast buffet was very good. To and from shuttle and boat service to the airport was seemless. Jony, Ben and Bryan are special mentions. But everyone was excellent! Our second stay here because the staff is awesome!

This hotel is amazing! Our party of 8 was pampered to the max. The staff are incredible and go the extra mile to make your stay special. We were greeted with cold towels and a drink. The airport transportation was great. Location was unbeatable and right in the center of everything and beachfront. The breakfast buffet was great. After swimming in the ocean, staff greeted us with towels. They brought my kids pool toys when swimming and even played with our kids. They took amazing photos of us that made us look great. We definitely loved our stay and will make this our go to hotel in the future if we ever return to Boracay. Jony and Ben primarily served us and by the end of our stay, they felt like family. Truly amazing hotel and staff!!!

I can't say enough great things about their customer service. From the moment we got off the plane to the time they dropped us off at the airport. I never lifted a finger. It almost feel like we had our personal butlers. They greeted us with towels as soon as we got off the water, brought us water with out being asked. Gave us pillows for our backs when we sat down.
Johny and Ben were the ones we had the most contact with. They anticipated all of our needs and specially great with kids. They were great and brought out toys and played with them making sure the kids enjoyed themselves. The kids looked for them every day. They had towels prepared for us to take when we went island hoping.
All the staff were great Fe was our server during our breakfast and she was very accommodating.
We had welcome drinks and a refreshing towels upon arrival. We had bowl of fruit and and had turn down service every night.

Wonderful hotel and staff

I stayed for four nights. The pick up at the airport and boat transfer to the island or efficient and flawlessly executed. Once at the hotel, I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who throughout my stay did everything they possibly could to make it a pleasure. The hotel itself was in a great location, right on the beach. It was in the middle of everything, most things not more than 5 to 10 minute walk away. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The entire resort, including the rooms were kept clean by the staff who seemed to be constantly cleaning. The breakfast had lots of choices and everything I ate was very good. The restaurant and bar seemed to be very nice although I did not use them other than for breakfast. I had an opportunity to swim in the pool, which was very clean and well kept and utilize the beach chairs frequently. The beach staff also was very friendly and accommodating, constantly refilling ice water, spraying aloe or coconut mist and refreshing the towels. Every time you went in the water, you were greeted back at your chairs with a staff member holding your towel open to wrap you in. Nice touch.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again if I return.The only negative is that they do not have an elevator. But rest assured that their staff does everything they can to make sure that you don’t have to struggle. They carry your luggage up and down and deliver anything you might need to your room.

This is one place where they’ve figured out how to exceed expectations from the airport pick up, it was a bit inconvenient if we had to go to the hotel ourselves but they made sure we were comfortable all the way to the hotel.

The hotel property is alright, nothing much to rave about, but the little touches from the staff made the stay memorable. It’s also a beachfront property and they will set up a mat and bring towels for you on the beach. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly to my toddler, he had a great time at Coast. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time at Coast. The staff do a wonderful job making their guests feel special, from airport pick up to the hotel and back to airport.

Food is very good. Room is very comfortable although maybe needing an upgrade soon for the furniture. Pool and beachside area are wonderful, very good for families with small kids. Airport transfer seamless. Hotel service is what you would expect from a fancy luxury hotel. So superior bang for buck.

The Coast Hotel on Boracay Island is a gem in the Pacific Ocean. The staff are super duper friendly, polite, courteous, attentive, warm and friendly. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts all over the world, and the service that I received at the Coast Hotel in Boracay was exceptional. The hotel provides complimentary snacks throughout your stay. Each hotel room has a giant bathroom and a walk in shower. The hotel rooms have smart TV’s that allow you to watch local Filipino programming, and also watch streaming movies and TV networks like Netflix. The hotel Wifi is complimentary. The hotel is very clean, and has laundry service if you need it. The hotel has two pools that are very clean, and there are areas of the pools that accommodate small children. The hotel is right on the gorgeous White Beach in Boracay. The hotel bar and restaurant which is called Cha Cha's have a large menu, and the food is very good, and reasonably priced. The restaurant has nightly live music, and even a live dancing show once a week. The hotel serves a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning, and it has a variety of Asian and Western style foods available for breakfast. The hotel is located in Station 2 of Boracay Island, and is near the famous D’Mall where all the shops and restaurants are located. You can walk to D’Mall, or take a 5 minute e-trike cab (also known as tuk-tuks) to the D’Mall for a small fee. The Coast Hotel front desk staff are responsive to all your inquiries.

COAST staff treats you like a family and one of their own—-very friendly, welcoming, attentive, and caring. Our experience is by far the best! From the arrival private transfer to the departure.

There were also staff at the beach looking out for their guests. From setting up the blanket for us, providing towels and water, and even preparing the towel when we came out of the beach.

We expressed our concerns and dealt with it with professionalism and care. The manager, Julie, personally approached us and dealt with it.

If it’s your first time in Boracay, you want to feel safe and have fun, COAST is the way to go.

This is a smaller resort but it was kept in very nice condition. The rooms are nice, the spa provided wonderful massages, and the pools were beautiful. The best thing about this facility were the people working there! All were so kind, hospitable, catered to or every desire. They arranged our travel to and from the airport with their own employees and they wouldn’t let us pick up one single suitcase! That is what makes this facility…the people!!!

Super nice and helpful staff, very accommodating.
Breakfast buffet is excellent (but arrive earlier!).
Transport to and from airport is included.
Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Central location at station 2.
Nice little exercise space.

There should be a kids pool and an adults only pool.
There was some construction going on and if you sat by the pool, you could smell the paint.
I had an adjoining room (203) and I could hear the people next door who were luckily, not very loud.

Best beachfront.

Best location on Boracay steps away from dmall. Beachfront with delicious restaurant with big patio to people watch and see the sunset. This is 2nd time staying here. First time was 2020 right before the pandemic. Unfortunately since then they don’t have the free ice cream machine that they had before. The only disappointment but more out of their hands in that one. Hopefully comes back soon.

Since 2013 we’ve been going to boracay every year up to 2018. Never have we experience such an out of the chart perfect stay. All staff are friendly and attentive to all your needs. They all have eye to eye contact, anticipates your needs and assist you immediately. Special mention to Franco who is always all smiles and ready to assist you in any way you need it. Every staff greets you with a smile. In short Coast Boracay treats you like a celebrity. We were trying to extend our stay another week, but was discourage with all the hassle and lack of information of rebooking our flight. If there is room for improvement although not really their concern, maybe front desk staff could have helped out and assist in data gathering if it’s feasible to rebook our flights that that could have made us extended our stay for another week.
But overall Coast Boracay is the best in terms of full service experience.
Thank you for the warm hospitality experience. We will definitely be back and recommend your hotel to all my relatives and friends. Keep it up. Cheers!

Great service. Great location. I saw great reviews of this hotel which got me to choose it. And I have to say everything that was said about the service is true. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Location is the best … I would definitely stay there again. The only issue for me was the drinks. They were kind of watery, not as strong as I would like in a Bloody Mary.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They help with booking excursions. The location is super, right onto the beach. A good restaurant and lots of options at the breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and modern. Pool area is well maintained.

Perfect Vacation

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Boracay and glad that we stayed at Coast. Everything was perfect! Pick up service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa was quick and very convenient. Their room is clean, bed is so comfy, they have Netflix & YouTube channels inside the room. Their towels are clean and white which is a big plus. Above all, their Staff are amazing! Everyone is friendly, cheerful and helpful especially Franco & Ben, The Alfred on the beach, and Christian in the Resto. Staff must be happy at work to be very good at what they do. Kudos to the Hotel Management.

Coast is now our favorite Hotel in Boracay.

From the time of landing at the airport to the time we left the island, we felt like a VIP. We were whisked through lines and into awaiting transportation to the hotel. We arrived early and were immediately taken to our room without even needing to stop at the front desk. Staff was incredibly helpful and accessible at anytime for all of our needs.

Stayed here for 6 nights and its very relaxing The staff are very nice and accommodating, the service are personalized and incomparable to other hotels. The rooms are nice and clean and the best part is there is NETFLIX. We will definitely go back and stay here again and highly recommended.

Best boutique hotel in Boracay!

We were assisted all the way starting from the airport pick up to hotel drop off – they have their own fleet of vans/speed boat which facilitates the process of reaching the property with ease. They take care of guests’ registration, payment of mandatory fees etc. – you don’t have to worry about a thing. We were pampered by most staff wherever we go, may it be in the restaurant, the lobby, pool, front desk, lounge area. They attended to ALL of our needs which is above and beyond their roles (the staff even accompanied us to the nearby Palawan Express). It’s hard to leave the hotel because the entire property is impressive and stunning that we do not feel the need to go elsewhere and we just preferred to stay within the vicinity.
Complimentary service of popcorn and soft served ice cream was a big plus too! Pool water was warm and enjoyable for those who find the beach water quite cold. We also took advantage of the game room – we played table tennis and there were other recreational games/activities such as PlayStation, foosball, board games etc.What stood out the most is the genuine and proactive customer service. Most staff are very accommodating – shout out to Ben, the beach butler who was very attentive to guests’ needs from setting up the beach mat and towels to serving cold water. To Chami and She at the restaurant who paid attention to our requests and to Randy who did an excellent job training the staff.
