A great hotel and a great location with excellent staff.The a la carte dining at the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. rooms were a decent size and clean. It was very family friendly with lots of activities and amenities for kids. I did not travel with my children on this trip but would 100% bring them back to this hotel in the future.

Everything was within a short walk from the hotel and easy to reach by foot or an e-bike if you prefer.

The standout in this hotel is the staff. From the drivers to the reception staff, even the security guards are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff were always incredibly pleasant, proactive and very accommodating to different schedules.

Hue Hotels was an amazing experience, it was clean, modern, comfortable, and had excellent room design. The breakfast was slightly different each day, which was appreciated, and the service was fast & high quality. Upon arrival we were missing hand soap but it was easy to request it via room phone and they brought it up right away. Amenities like beach towels, extra toothbrushes, and fresh towels daily were provided. The pool bar service was excellent and they were very friendly to talk to. They even helped us find our shuttle to go back to the airport. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again!

We had been staying elsewhere in Boracay however desperately needed a night with more space and comfy beds and Hue was perfect.
We enjoyed the staff assiting with early check in and swim/drinks/food in arvo at the bar.
Only downside was someone ringing doorbell late at night and waking us unecessarily and distirbing our beautiful sleep in the comfy beds and a toilet that had a slight drip in second room.
Breakfast was amazing too...pity we had to leave so early. We will be back if ever in Boracay.

I stayed for two nights & it was everything that I needed to relax and unwind. The hotel is at station X and is a short walk to the beach, centrally located to the restaurants bars & shops in station 2.
The room was clean & had everything I needed including bottled filtered water in the room & stocked mini fridge. I like that the shower and toilet area are divided in the room.
The staff & security were very friendly & helpful with anything I needed and housekeeping were very quick to bring anything extra to the room that I required. We even met a lady that works here down the street, on her day off work, who enquired if we were enjoying our stay. My friend mentioned she would be getting more towels for her room the next day & when we got back the towels had been delivered to my friends room already! She had obviously rang & told the hotel (on her day off!!) that is excellent customer service that I have never seen before! I just wish I had gotten her name but she is great!!(She works in the office)
Two people I want to make a special mention to are Alexa, she both checked me in & out of the hotel & was so sweet& efficient. Last but not least James the Lifeguard!! He was so attentive to every single person at the pool & really went out of his way to make sure everyone was looked after & comfortable. He noticed how much I was struggling with the heat, got me a fan to put beside me, iced water & continuously checked on me. I hope they receive special recognition!! Thank you!

The hotel is almost too big. Staff were friendly, but I prefer the smaller resort hotels in the Philippines. Staff are more attentive and it feels more homely. Hotel restaurant was expensive but goods. Five minute walk to the beach or transportation out front to get there easier. Pool was big and nice. There is a gym as well so that was convenient overall it was a good stay.

Other than the staff there is really nothing to recommend this property. It’s glory days are long gone, and it is under-staffed and in disrepair. The staff they have is friendly and professional. But the restaurants attached to the hotel have serious issues with product availability and cleanliness. I was served a drink with a dead cockroach on the metal straw at what was the highly rated Super Magic IceCream And Burger restaurant that is in the same building.
Overall I found the experience acceptable but uninspiring.

I don’t think that I have ever stayed in a hotel with this kind of amazing service. The Hue hotel in Boracay is the unicorn of places to stay. The hotel staff is the friendliest, most attentive group of employees that I have ever met. If you need something, they are on it within minutes.

The hotel itself is an oasis within an oasis. The pool take center stage to the hotel that was built around it. Ample lounge beds, to pool attendants that will make sure you have everything you need including towels and water.

I traveled with my seven-year-old daughter, and every day the staff seemingly catered to her, said good morning, and in most cases free hugs :-)

The hotel is located just a short 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach.

If you need something talk to the front desk and they will have an answer for you immediately, from activities in the area, to transportation to and from the airport in Catilan.

I honestly cannot say enough about my experience at this hotel. By far the very best service, and commodities that I have experienced.

The rooms are spacious, well-kept, The beds are extremely comfortable, the shower is chai Normas and I like that there is a separate space for the toilet. Do you feel like you are in your own sound proof booth.

If you were lucky enough to spend your birthday here be prepared to be spoiled by a HBD song, cake, and message on your TV

I am sure that I am missing you something else in my review, but I think you get a general idea :-)

We enjoyed our family room it was clean and beds were super comfy, ac worked great and the pillows were super comfy. Sad about the green pool though. You have to request for room clean up. But nobody answers un the housekeeping or front desk, they were understaff , the towels should be changed its not white and its frayed, breakfast buffet was filling more of a lunch selection than breakfast, like adobo, fried chicken, afritada on some days, so i found that weird. We stayed for 5 nights ang glad to have some bacon, in the 4th day. Its far from the beach. Transfer was well organized. The staff were courteous except for the security at night who was fresh. Would i stay here again probably not. Beach front is king!

Food has limited choices, restaurant area was small and has limited tables and seats only. Condiments are not always available, like butter. Staffs are not all courteous towards the guests.
The location was not great as expected as near to the beach front. You need to walk 10 mins and the road towards the beach was under construction; muddy with water and dark. No lights within the road.

The first assigned room had broken lamps and fixtures, so we asked for a new room. Overall an OK hotel; the breakfast buffet provides for Europeans, Filipinos, Chinese and Koreans, a little bit of everything to fill your stomach, but nothing exciting. The pool area is nice and spacious and provides sufficient beach chairs for everybody. In the afternoons there was a DJ playing some music; but instead of a soft musical backdrop the beats were loud and pounding away for hours until 6 pm, and the blaring loudspeakers pounded into the guest rooms even with closed doors and windows.
The location is good; no direct beach access, but with a direct access road to white beach (5 minutes) with plenty of shops and restaurants.

A fantastic hotel for a family with 2 teenagers. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Each room has its own bathroom facilities and tv, so no one was fighting for either of these. Comfortable beds and pillows. Service was fantastic eg internet had stopped working but they got it working due to an outage within 30mins. For breakfast even if we wanted differentfruit which was not part of the buffet they were more than happy to give it to us. Complimentary sweets given to us on a daily basis was a nice touch. This hotel is close to beach, you just need avoid the people trying to sell you tours and items as soon as you come out of the hotel, however this is along White beach also. Our family loved it.

Very catered for the Asian market, whick is fine but there were very limited options for people that didn’t want rice and fried fish for breakfast. Some sausages and bacon would definitely help.

We initially made a booking at Henann Regency however due to the Boracay closure and hotels subsequent lack of compliance, we were forced into having to rebook at Hue Hotel. Upon arrival we were lead into a room with two single beds, as opposed to one king sized bed that we had booked for. Due to the lack of rooms we had to sleep in seperate single beds (mind you, we were travelling as a couple). We were reassured by both staff members numerous times that they would try find us a room with a double bed, however no one got back to us. We also enquired about tours and water sport activities, which the staff member reassured she would get back to us-this did not happen either. We found that the staff members there never went through with what they promised us.

In addition, the buffet breakfast included was probably one of the worst hotel buffets I’ve been to; and the wifi was so slow that it could not load any pages, particularly during the evenings. There was only one elevator to serve all the guests, which was also very slow.

Overall we won’t be booking or recommending this hotel to our friends and family.

The Hippest Hotel on Boracay

Hue hotel is probably the hippest hotel in Boracay. Its band new and very clean. The rooms and bathrooms are big. Very reasonably priced with service comparable to Shangri-la. Station X located within the hotel takes Boracay food scene to the next level. The poke bowls and coconut ice cream are to die for. Get room without breakfast so you can try the food in Station X
