Family vacation with kids.

The place is quite new. Service was really good. Having the pool nearby allows us to go to the pool or beach on several occasions. The breakfast is really good and fruits are fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also near the Island Star Express for easier coordination on travelling to and from the airports.

Simple Hotel, bad access path to beach

A simple hotel, newly renovated, clean, nicely decorated. But not much to do inside the hotel, not much open space to stroll around.. pool is even under renovation, thus for the price we paid, there are far more better options, but if you do not plan to leave ur hotel room, this place is vaible

In terms of toiletries, only available is shampoo, conditioner and soap. No toothbrush, cotton buds and etc.

They dont even offer slippers and complimentary water.

Pathway to the beach is awful (outside hotel) drainage is overflowing, thus certain section is flooded with sewage water, a section is even stinky, smells of urine.

Staff and employees are nice, but for me, its a small boring hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially from the F& B dept named SANRI. The guy in the reception doesn’t have a nice facial expression when talking to his guest though he answers and help our queries.
Food was fairly nice. Nice and very clean room.
Pool and gym are still under construction.
Overall is a great stay, worth the money. Not a beachfront but just 3mins walk.

Had a very nice stay here for 6 nights. Was 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach which was great !
Room was clean, staff were friendly. I love the security when taking the path to the beach makes you feel safe.

Downsides were only 1 roll of toilet paper a day ( sometimes needing more for 2 people ) and I thought it would be nice to sit in the spa / pool with your drinks but you are not allowed which is what I like to do when on holidays. But .... can understand. Pool was clean and nice temp.

The staff are so very friendly and responded exceptionally to all our requests to an extra bed, fan towels etc. We had booked on the west wing near the beach but it was under renovation. It is close to the beach but to a very touristy part of it. From Feb to May is naturally occurring green algae so be prepared to go to puka beach or Ilig-Iligan Beach which is only a trike away. For I'll-iligan beach make sure you organize you ride back as it is more secluded. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent and again staff super friendly and helpful.

The hotel lobby and some rooms are located on the east side of a very busy street and the restaurant, pool, more rooms, and walkway to the beach are located on the west side. Definitely book a room on the westside! The room was well appointed and clean.The service, as everywhere in the Philippines is outstanding.

Bad facilities. Free rock climbing but the staff there are never always there to entertain us. 5 days there and not even a single day I was able to try it out. Gym's music is too loud and barely able to have conversation. Low security around the hotel compound. Overall good stay, staffs are friendly. Breakfast provided very boring. Never change the menu of the food.

The staff are very friendly and a great location.

The patio pacific is conveiently location near the action at station 1 but just back of the beach how you don't get the noise that comes with it. I'd recommend staying in the west wing as you'll find the Restraunt, gym and pool on this side and it's quiet. I'd throughly recommend this place and its comes at a reasonable price. Enjoy..

Noisy, dirty bathroom, grungy chairs/floors/walls, almost unuseable wifi, the breakfast is clearly geared exclusively towards Chinese (congee, all greasy meat), the room's terrible perfume smell is overwhelming, and the room price is totally unreasonable. The perfume smell made us feel sick and we left after one night and switched to a hotel that was $20 less per night and astronomically nicer and cleaner, and with working wifi. At Patio Pacific, our room was behind reception, near the road. It was SO LOUD - other guests started playing music outside our room at 6 am and loudly talked and smoked there the entire day and most of the night. The entire hotel was all Chinese guests, so the cigarette smoke is inescapable. The wifi only worked across the street from our room and it'd take several minutes to connect, then several more minutes to load one page. One positive was that the staff were very friendly and helpful.
PS- if you're a Vegetarian, there is nothing you can eat at the breakfast.

Hotel is beautiful and is close to the main beach where you can find all the nice restaurants, bars and clubs, and water activities! The rooms were clean and tidy. And were always on top of their room service. One thing I would pick on is their wifi. There is wifi in every room, but the signal was very crap. it hardly ever worked. Other than that, it wasn't really a big deal as we were out most of the day anyway. Very friendly staff and security guards. Will definitely come back again.

Not really by the beach

I spent five nights in Patico Pacific on my own because of scuba diving course. The hotel is not actually by the beach and the neighborhood is a little noisy. There are two buildings used for this hotel, one is by the main road which is really noisy. And the aircon is also noisy, and the fridge makes noises as well. As for the wifi, I can't connect to the wifi in my room because they told me they only have public area wifi. However, the staff service is very good.

East or west wing?

On any future visit to the hotel, we'd definitely opt for the west wing (rather than the east in which we stayed) as that's where all the facilities are inc dining room, pool, fitness centre etc. It's also a bit closer to the beach, cafés, bars and beachside shops. Not that there's anything wrong with the east wing.

The hotel is very clean and is well maintained. The staff were all attentive and extremely good at what they do. They were generous in their free breakfast and the quality of food is great. The hotel provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The only downside is that the map in hotels.com is different from the exact location of the hotel. Nevertheless, the walk to the beach isn't that bad. We will definitely book at this hotel again.

Patio Pacific Hotel, lies close to the beach - some 5 minute walk, The west wing of the hotel is on one side of the main road while the east wing is on the other side of the road. For those staying on the west wing have to cross this road to reach the reception office. There is a guard that will help you cross the busy road.
The breakfast has a good variety and enjoyed either inside or outside the dinning room.
The room are good and clean that is on the west wing.
The safe is bit fiddly to operate - should be upgraded for easier operation.
The only negative comment I have is that there should be mineral water, coffee and tea bags supplied every day,
The cost is very minimal and should be absorbed in the room rate.

The hotel is not located on the beachfront there are locals houses and hotels in between, you have to walk 5 minutes through them tell you reach the beach. A well selected workers have been hired in the hotel , competitive friendly staff. A nice swimming pool clean and big enough with a well equipped gemnysuem on the side. The hotels room devided into tow locations one close to the beach area which is the best and the second one is on the other side cross the main street too noisy.The rate of the hotel is higher than it supposed to be compared with other hotels on the beachfront. The best thing you will notice on the hotel that has no mosquitis .. that's really a great.A variety of all kind of food on the breakfast satisfied south Asians and others alike with a delicious served of the real Filipino coffee beans brewed.

I cannot understand why it got a high rating. Maybe if I had gotten a room within the main complex instead of the building across the road, then I might have given a higher rating. As it is, it took quite a walk from my building to the beach, passing through the main complex. The room was very basic. I had to go OUTSIDE the room in order to get wifi! The room had a sofa bed beside the main bed, and the mattress of the main bed was so hard that it was better to sleep on the sofa bed! The pillows are lumpy. The hot water in the shower was difficult to control, and it was a surprise that I did not get burned. At least they try to vary the breakfast buffet everyday. The rate was quite affordable, although I know I can get a better stay for the same price.

Patio Pacific Hotel.....5 star experience.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The manager and the staff are very professional and attentative. The hotel is located in a great position to both the beach and the main road. The rooms are well equipped with all amenities and are cleaned daily. The hotels pool and gym are top class. The breakfast buffet is deliciously prepared. Our experience here encouraged us to extend our stay to 5 weeks total. Our 2 young daughters aged 2 and 4 were safe and entertained by staff which gave us the feeling of being with family. Overall 5 star treatment and facilities.

I love the service and the hospitality of the staff at this hotel. Everyone was just smiling and friendly all the time, and accommodating as we asked some information about Boracay. The facilities are nice too, as well as the food.
The only thing that bothers me about the place is that the pathway to the beach/back to hotel is littered with dog droppings. I'm not just talking about the common pathway, but even the part that is already inside their property. Although, I think this sight is common among other pathways.

Friendly, helpful staff and very pleasant resort

We're a family with 3 young children and we stayed here for 6 nights. I would recommend this to all types of travellers ie. couples, singles, groups, families etc. The resort has a very good size pool and gym and even a rock climbing wall. Our children loved the pool and the beach is very close to the resort as well. It's hidden from the main beach which means it's quiet and away from the crowds. We stayed in the west wing which is closest to the beach. The other side of the resort is across the main street, but it's still not too far from the beach. The best thing about this resort is its staff. They are so friendly, warm and extremely helpful and efficient - I can't praise them enough. This includes security, front desk, food & beverage, activities staff, management - everyone! The room was clean and a good size for our family. The grounds are clean and pleasant. Every request we made was responded to promptly. Overall, this resort is value for money.
The location is also away from the section of station 2 which gets very crowded.

Location is good in station 1. The room that I stayed in is without windows so it is quite enclosed. When I switched off the aircon, the cool air condensed and there are water vapour in the ceiling so we had to leave the aircon switched on the whole time. Wifi connection is not very good. There were 2 nights when the whole hotel went blackout, and the staffs didn't know informed us what's happening. The breakfast is good. Overall okay.

First Time in Boracay.

I must admit we did not have high expectations going into our Boracay trip because we were told staying in a beachfront hotel would be more fun. That was not the case for us. The friendliness, sincere smiles and attentiveness of the staff
more than made up for not being right on the beach. Walking to the beach was an opportunity to meet folks and led us to meet up with Ruel , an awesome tour coordinator. He captured a lot of great pictures for us which we enjoyed looking at and will continue to enjoy. The Filipino brand of service and friendliness is one of a kind. Definitely an excellent Experience for our family.

not a bad hotel but there are definitely some flaws. The internet didnt work most of the time I was there. Tihe staff kept saying it should be working now and of course when I checked, it wasnt. I even knew it wasnt working but I guess they have to make it sound nice. I ended up having to use an internet cafe and none of the staff even bothered to mention that there was a computer in the corner of the lobby free of charge with internet access. They start cleaning rooms at 3PM until whenever they finish. I find tlhat to be a bit weird since breakfast starts at 6AM meaning by late afternoon after being up so many hours you might want to take a nap and then here comes housecleaning at 5pm. Totally unacceptable. The TV is tiny and the LAN cable outlet for the internet is behind the TV, of all places to put it. Its very difficult to reach. The hotel isnt far from the beach but no hotel in Boracay is far from the beach so thats not really saying too much. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent. The beds are small. I think mine was a double or a full, im not certain but it definitely wasnt a queen but that is advertised so I cant complain too much about it. The room itself really is small though

Really really not bad for that kind of price. Hotel is NOT at the beach front but it is just a very easy 5 mins walk out to the beach where the crowd and sea activities are.

The only downside to the hotel is there are no curtains. It is blinds. As a result, the light comes in real easily. Can't really sleep in late. To top it off, there is a rooster or perhaps even 2 roosters and they are sure hardworking. Before the light comes in, they are already croaking all the way non stop. For the light sleepers, this wil surely be a problem.

Nice place to stay with your love ones!

Perfect for couples/small family (The room can accommodate 2-3 persons). The hotel is along the highway but it has a backdoor entrance to the beach (just 1 - 2 mins walk). The staff are excellent! Food in their restaurant is a \"3\" not that good but not that bad, but i love the smoothies/shakes/juices served at the poolside. Overall its a nice place to stay.

We stayed at Patio Pacific last August 2013 and i must say that overall our experienced was good and the money we paid for is worthy.All the staff we encountered are very friendly ,accommodating and always smiling.The room is simple but clean and whenever we request for a room make up they never failed to do so :) The hotel is in station 1 and not along the beach but not to worry because it will only took you 3 minutes walk to reach the beach proper where white sand is more finer than the other area of boracay.

This is our second trip to the Boracay Island. This time, we brought guests from the US. We got a free upgrade for one of the rooms. Although it's not beach front, we know it's only 500 ft away from the beach as we have stayed here before. Prime location, right on the edge of station 1 and 2, close to all the restaurants and D' Mall. Breakfast is excellent, as before. Was able to use the fitness facility. Won't hesitate to stay here again.

Listing stated each room opens to a balcony. There are no \"balconies\". The doors of the rooms above the ground floor open to a common open hallway. When we pointed this out to the staff they begrudgingly gave us a slightly nicer room off the main road. Nothing special here.

the staff, led by their manager, Carlos rocks! we stayed there May 31st to June 3rd and we had a very pleasant stay punctuated by the great service from the staff. Their manager Carlos, whenever he would see us outside would greet us and offer us assistance, he even personally hailed a tricycle for us on a couple of occasions. Overall a very nice stay for me and my family and are already recommending the hotel to families and friends.

the main part of Boracay is a beach about 1.5km long. Divided into 3 sections, Boat Station 1, 2, 3. Boat Station 1 has the more luxurious resorts, 2, and 3 more bars and restaurants. Patio Pacific is one row back from beachfront, accessing the beach through a walking path. I found this location ideal, without paying the premium for a beachfront resort. The walk from Station 1 to the main areas of Station 2 and 3 is very long, and friends who stayed there ended up in Trike's up and down the road, or staying in their resort more. You need to stay in the West Wing to avoid crossing the road and a slightly longer walk to the beach. Staff were excellent and very helpful organising other things like onward travel and transfers.

I liked its location because it's not right on the beachfront where all the action (and noise) is yet it's only about a couple of minutes away from the beach. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was OK, especially the fresh fruits in season, and the selection was quite adequate. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay with Patio.

Basic hotel with excellent location and service!

Although this hotel is not beachfront, it's close enough with only a minute walk from the pool/gym area. Its location to White Beach is pretty convenient – about a 5 minute walk to D'Mall, and the opposite direction will lead towards Willy's Rock and the quieter part of Station 1.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend. Our room was very basic (and maybe a bit dated), but clean and well equipped with a refrigerator, flat screen TV, combination safe, and air conditioning. The bathroom was very large with a shower and separate bath tub.

One thing to note is that the hotel is split into two wings by the Main Road. We stayed in the East Wing which is the side farther from the Garden Cafe, pool, and beach. Some visitors may mind, but we didn't because the hotel really isn't that large and taking the extra few steps to cross the street was no big deal.

The service was above and beyond at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. Upon check in, we were greeted by Carlos (who I believe may be the manager). He escorted us to our room and whenever we ran into him after that, he always remembered our names and made the effort to say hi and ask how we were. Everyone there seemed to know us – from the Jack Daniels bar to the pool desk. They either already knew our names or room number. I'm a vegetarian and even the staff in the kitchen offered to take special requests (free of charge) for breakfast since the majority of it was meaty. I was really impressed!

Highly Recommended Hotel

Great hospitality. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities e.g swimming pool, gym, wall climbing, restaurant & etc are very good! This hotel is suitable for those who want a bit of privacy yet still engaging the real surrounding. Definately will come back to Boracay and stay at Patio Pacific!

hotel staff was very friendly. room was a little tight for 4 adults but bathroom was big. had to walk 5 minutes to get to the beach. got charged EXTRA for my 17-year-old when during the reservation process, he was classified as a child (0-17) on the hotels.com website.

Horrible rooms, decent staff and facilities

It started off by the staff had doublebooked our friends room so they were replaced to another hotel, then the room was the second worst room Ive ever stayed in at any hotel. Small, dusty, and an airconditioner in your face while lying in bed. So the room was either freezing with wind blowing in your face during the whole night, or extremely hot and damp.
Pool was decent, great workout room, friendly staff, good breakfast. But room just too bad to make me wanna stay here another time.

Patio Pacific Excellent service

We stayed three nights at the Patio Pacific. Good value. The rooms were well maintained. The staff was excellent. Gym and pool very clean as was the restaurant and the rooms.

If one was to find fault it would be the rather perculiar outdoor part of the bathroom. Through a shower curtain and into the open air. Not sure why. The rest of the room and the bathroom itself were good. Location fine as it was off the beach and away from the noise. Defininitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a great time at the Patio Pacific--it was more modern than the write up online said.We were on the ground floor across from the dining room--the room itself was very hip and was all new and a great bathroom. A must for Boracay!

This place was awesome! We do not have any complaints whatsoever! The customer service is very reliable and outstanding. The facilities are well maintained and the food is excellent. Try the Patio Pacific Chicken!! It's only a 1min walk to the beach which is good because the location is very peaceful, even the east wing. :)

The staff was very nice and the room was also very good. However, we experienced some issues during our stay. When we arrived, our Expedia reservation was not registered, so we had to wait for a while before they finally gave us our room.
Later, I booked a massage, but when I went to the lobby to ask where it would take place, they told me they didn’t have space available and that it would be done in the room instead. I refused because they hadn’t informed me of this change beforehand.
The hotel has a very good gym and a nice pool. Overall, I think the hotel is fine, but it is too expensive for the level of service they provide, especially considering that they also don’t offer beach loungers. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Rummet var rymligt rent o det fanns bekväma sängar. Aircon fungerade bra. Pool som var lagom djup, ca 1,40 m. Fanns gym med stort utbud av redskap. Handdukar fanns att låna gratis. Frukosten var typisk filippinsk (enbart), en besvikelse för mig men resten av familjen var nöjda.
