Rooms are wet small, so if you are 2 people with suitcases you will be constantly opening and then closing your cases.
Bathroom is also very small

Location was Central and close to the beach. Areas convenient lots of restaurants and close to the Dmall, everything within a 5-minute walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. When was clean. Bathroom clean, needs a few maintenance update. Faucet was and a loose tile in the shower. But that could be fixed easily. You can hear quite a bit in the hallway so if you're a light sleeper you may wake up if other guests are loud. Overall place was good to stay. Cost effective and very friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Had a great experience. The staff were super helpful to my family and I. There was a larger sister property about two buildings down, that has the hotel, bar, and pool. Room's a bit small but great, strangely didn't have any wash cloths. The hotel is off the main area, so a bit quiet, but easy to walk to the front beach and good access to restaurants.

Not as advertised. We booked and paid for a 1 bedroom loft, to advertised to accommodate 3 people, with one queen bed and one double bed. We arrived to one bed and one sofa that was neither a bed nor double size. Just a standard two seater sofa which we had to take it in turns sleeping on for 4 nights! Not great, uncomfortable and not what we paid for!

10th visit to Boracay and this was my easiest check in and departure out of all of the hotels I’ve stayed in this island.

Perfect for solo travellers or those who just want to sleep without paying for luxury.

I stayed at their sister property next door in 2022 and was also happy.

Very friendly staff and location is super convenient. 5 mins walk from D Mall and 7 mins walk to the main beach.

Coffee shop and ATM next door.

Situated in a quiet but safe neighbourhood. Lots of E-Trikes and Bike drivers nearby for transportation.

Morning of departure Front Desk organised an easy airport transfer.

Thank you Ferra Team, I will be back.

The staff didn’t change our sheets so we slept with sand for two or three days. We also recently bed bug bites from the room. Each morning waking up to new ones. Shower had smell and bugs. I requested the room be sprayed, it didn’t seem like it was followed up on.

Room had menu for pizza but they discontinued the service.

The property is centrally located and is walking distance to the white and back beach. While the rooms resemble the pictures on expedia, the quality of the bedding (pillows and duvet) is not of good quality. The wool inside both is broken and caused a lot of inconvenience during sleep. I even requested a different duvet for the second night but not sure if they understood my request. Moreover, the toilet had a very unpleasant smell.

The hotel in general is very good, but I can't recommend it because of a bad experience. On date of arrival we were joined by family members for an overnight stay. They ( a 64 years old & a 15 years old) were charged a fee for a ripped bed cover. No evidence shown but a picture on the phone. It was a scam! When disputed they quickly waived the fee and apologised. The remaining 2 nights of our stay became uncomfortable. We were thinking what potential damage or faults will they charge on our check out day? The hotel offered a written apology before we checked out- no hiccup since then but it left a bad taste in the mouth.

Fantastic hotel with great staff

Stayed for 7 nights after reading the reviews of how nice it was and how friendly the staff were.
Was not disappointed... staff were 1st class fr M beginning to the end of our stay and any requests were promptly dealt with in a professional manner.
This included:
Calling trykes, iron & iron board, more towels and accommodating Airport transfers for our friends when we left who were staying around the corner in another hotel.
Special thanks go to Cybele, Gail & Al.
Thanks for making our stay and that of our 2 friends in the neighbouring hotel so enjoyable.

The best part about the stay here was the friendliness and the welcoming of the staff at the hotel. They also have a very nice roof terrace bar

Their efforts to save energy are commendable but it means that AC is not used around the hotel and it switches off when you leave the hotel room. This becomes uncomfortable when you're not used to heat and humidity.

The hotel is pleasant to the eye, you can tell that they put effort on decorating each and every part of the hotel. It is a combination of good aesthetics and functionality. Only cons that i can see is that they are not located at the white beach so that we could get to the coastline real fast.

They offered Valentine's dinner for two at that time we stayed at their Ruf Bar at the top of the hotel. The food there was awesome too, and they gave out a dessert treat for us because we are celebrating our anniversary there. They also played our theme song as we eat our dinner. Thank you guys!

Breakfast buffet is served at morning 6 to 10 in the morning, really love waking up to their breakfast. They have an egg section if you want to request for a different kind of egg dish.

What really separates this hotel from the others is the staffs that operate it. Everyday my family is genuinely greeted by each and everyone. You could really feel they want us to enjoy our stay. Their staff really wants to play with my baby but our young one was really uncooperative and shy to other people she does not know.

Another amazing testament to their service is after we got home, we forgot to remove the flash drive inserted on their TV. We use it to watch Sesame Street episodes for our baby to put her to sleep. Anyway, we emailed them to notify about the USB that we left and they had it shipped to Manila, free of charge. Really amazing people.

Ferra hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed so far. The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff were accommodating and warmth. They even knew the guests by name. We booked for a standard room, but the room was complete of all amenities (coffee/tea making facilities, fridge, microwave). The breakfast buffet was also great. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to D'mall and beach front, but then again, I didn't mind it. Will book at this hotel again if ever I return to Boracay. Kudos to the hotel management and staff.

Nice new hotel out of the white beach noise in a traditional area of local people. But still 10 minutes walk to the white beach. They provide good breakfast but not much choices. Front desk are helpful and laundry charges are cheap. Wi-fi need improvements.
Not to miss the upper roof restaurant it is really good atmosphere and food.
Would recommend even you will feel scary at the the small path to the hotel, but it is all safe.

Nice hotel, great staff

I enjoyed my stay at Ferra. The workers were kind and extremely helpful, the hotel and room were clean and comfortable and it was between white beach and bulabong beach. Getting to white beach (which has the most beautiful water I have ever swam in) was a bit tricky because you walk through pretty dense scooter traffic with no sidewalks and definitely make sure your phone has battery at night because you only have the light of cars to see with. It is about a 7 minute walk to get to a grocery store and the main shopping area and 12 minutes to get to white beach. For the price Ferra was worth it, but if I visit again I would look into getting a hotel on white beach since many of them provided chairs and drinks right on the beach which was safer for leaving stuff and kept it out of the water if the tide was far in, plus the shade became necessary after a full day of beach laying. You can pay to use the chairs, but the cost of it adds up.

The staff were ever polite from day 1 till the last day. Once we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted and welcomed with much joy and enthusiasm. This was sustained throughout our entire stay. Great job on the staff training and selection at Ferra.

The rooftop bar had some great eats. The ambience was perfect for a quiet dinner away from the noisy traffic 2 roads down.

Breakfast spread was sufficient.

Great location. It was within walking distance (abt 10mins) to both white beach and Bulabog beach (for water sports). Yet wasn't near any noisy roads. In the vicinity, there are also massage places to suit different price ranges.

The toilet came with a laundry line but it wasn't sufficient to dry wet clothes. The only thing that we found of issue is that we didn't have a balcony to sun our clothes.

Hidden Gem with 5 star service!

This hotel is located just 5-7 mins walk away from DMall and the white beach. Super friendly staffs with 5 star service! The staffs were very attentive to each and every guests needs. Needless to say, the breakfast was delicious with different buffet menu everyday. The only down side that I could think of is that the wifi was not very stable but you can always get an Internet card along to street at 300 PHP with unlimited internet usage for 6 days! Would definitely recommend to stay here and come back next time!

Ferra Hotel is pretty decent as it's situated in between White Beach and Bulabog Beach. It is a short walk to White Beach, about 5 - 7 minutes but I would have preferred staying at a hotel that is situated at the beachfront for convenience. Food around the area is considerably cheaper than at White Beach. The rooms are huge but the toilet is very small. Breakfast variety is limited and during our first morning, there was no room for us to sit down and have breakfast. However, the staff are amazingly friendly and polite which made our stay at Ferra a very pleasant one.

Nice new hotel with modern amenities. Wifi signal very slow. Stayed at 3 hotels in Boracay and Ferra had slowest wifi even with IT staff bypassed connection - important for us to book onward travel. Pool closes at 10pm, came back at 7pm to enjoy pool but was closed for reasons unknown by staff. Manager apologized but blamed staff who were treating the pool w/o his approval due to guest's algae complaints, but sent us wine and fruit to make up for it. Pool should be treated after hours on regular basis to prevent algae growth to avoid being closed during operating hours and management should give prior authorization and approval. Staff mostly attentive and helpful. Before check-in time we dropped our luggage in storage room (claimed to have security cameras), however upon departure day we checked-out at noon, staff agreed to store luggage in storage room. Returned to hotel at 7pm and our luggage was in the lobby jammed underneath the guest computer desk in which a guest was using the computer and her feet and legs at our bags. Our jaws dropped upon seeing our luggage in the open/public for 7 hours and not secured in luggage room as promised (worried for our valuables-passports, cash, laptops, external hd with 11 months of travel). Receptionist was in as much shock and had nothing to say. Just because we had already checked out doesn't mean our luggage should not receive the same level of care as before checking in.

Great Location and Top Notch Service!!!

The hotel is located on the narrowest portion of the island which gives you access to both White Beach by D'Mall and Bulabog Beach which is on the east side of the island. You get to enjoy the sunrise to the east on Bulabog Beach and the sunset to the west on White Beach. Both beaches are less than a ten minute walk from the hotel.

The customer service from the whole hotel staff was some of the best I have ever seen. They were very attentive and courteous to our every need. They always greeted you with a smile regardless of entering or departing the hotel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and included with the price of the room.

Our only complaint would be that wifi is very slow. It does okay for checking emails or trying to keep up with world events but watching videos or anything requiring a little speed was pretty horrible. I didn't really need wifi other than emails but trying to watch the NFL Conference Championship games was pretty frustrating so I didn't get to see them because the wifi was too slow. Outside of that this hotel was pretty awesome.

There are lots of dining choices to choose and having a sunset dinner on White Beach was one of our most enjoyable experiences to include a sunset parasail and a sunset sailing trip.

The hotel is quiet and the rooms were very comfortable. You will hear a rooster on occasion but that is the Philippines in general unless you are in a big city like Manila. We absolutely loved the place and will be back again.

Ferra hotel was exactly what we wanted with a room more spacious than we expected plus the best hotel staff we have ever encountered. They were not only smiley and nice, but fun. They made us feel like extending our stay for 2 months more only if we didn't need to get back to work the next day!

A lonely traveler(Hamza Malik), from Pakistan. I've stayed in more than 9 hotels in the past 30 days and Ferra hotel has to be the best one yet. The staff is soooooo friendly!!!! The rooms are amazing. Only 5 min (max) from Dmall where there are a lot of eating options. The rooftop bar and restaurant is amazing. I didn't try the alcoholic drinks, but the shakes and food is really nice. 5 mins walk to the beaches both, if you wanna catch the sunset or the sunrise. The receptionist always greet you with a refreshing and pleasant smile. I'll definitely stay here if I ever come to boracay again! Worth the money. And they provide good tour packages too. Also, transfers to and from the airport. I'd definitely give it a 5/5 rating. Thank you for making the stay so nice!

Chickens crowing at all sorts of hours. Disruptive to sleep if you're a light sleeper for sure

이곳은 정말 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다. 일단 시내 Dmall과 가까워 언제든지 이용이 가능하고 비치도 조금만 걸으면 가능해서 좋습니다. 너무 깨끗하고 저의 이름까지 침대위에 표시되어 있어 감도밉니다. 아 그리고 웰컴드링크도 감동입니다. 바로옆에 작은 수영장도 있습니다.

위치 가격대비 좋고 조식 잘 나와요. 룸 상태는 좀 오래된 느낌

오래된 느낌이 있었고 화장실이 좀 작았어요. 위치는 가격대비 적당하고 직원 친절도 괜찮아요. 조식이 깔끔하고 정갈하게 잘 나오네요. 종류는 많지 않지만 신경을 많이 쓴 모습이 보였어요.

Det var nesten ikke wifi signal på hotelet og riktig nok så kom det en typhoon under oppholdet også som forøvrig ikke dem kan lastes for , men de burde tilbudt noe som andre hotel der nede gjorde var og tilby gratis buffet til gjestene evt en voucher på resturanten , Frokost hadde jeg innkludert .. når denne typhoon kom ble det også strøm mangel og selvom hotelet hadde generator så ble det ofte spart på den så det var varmt og ikke strøm på rommet .. De ansatte der var jo hyggelige , men føler meg virkelig snytt og at vi ikke fikk hva vi betalte for samt hotelet var i utgangspunktet overpriset etter standarden og beliggenheten .. Ta dere en tur og se selv vi var 6 stk og ble ikke fornøyde .. Det bar også flere som klaget der også .. Jeg er gullkunde hos derre nå og sånn skal det ikke være .. Har vurdert og høre om reiseforsikringen kan gjøre noe .. Vi har vært 22 ganger på boracay , men blir verken og anbefale eller og bo på ferra hotelet igjen etter dette dessverre .. Er veldig skuffet , Mvh Roy Jansen Med Familie ..

자연재해(태풍)에 대한 대응

여행하는 동안 태풍 판폰이 지나갔어요.
숙박업소의 깨끗함은 다른 후기를 참고하시면 될 것 같아요.
최고 장점: 위치가 station2인데도 조용함!
단점: wifi 극혐임, 연결된 적이 없어요. 태풍오기 2일전부터 안됐기 때문에 태풍문제는 아니에요.

태풍이후 침수된 곳이 많았는데 저희가 멋모르고 밖에 나가려고 하니까 차로 시내까지 태워주셨습니다. 태풍피해가 심각하여 비행기 결항 등이 나타난 것을 알고 미리 전화주어 할인된 가격에 연장해준다고 연락해주셨어요. 저희는 30%할인된 가격에 머물렀어요. 통신이 끊기기 전에 취소된 항공도 로비에서 미리 말해줬습니다. 숙소 앞 침수된 부분을 빠르게 복구하는 모습에 놀랐어요! 태풍시 건물 자체에 대한 피해는 전혀 없었습니다. 안전해요.

방에 문제가 생겨서 전화하는 경우 대응도 항상 빨랐습니다.

가격대비 룸 상태, 직원들 친절도 좋습니다.
조식은 기대하지 마세요~
룸에서 개미 두세마리 봤는데 전체적으로 룸 관리는 청결하게 하는 것 같았어요
침대 사용할때 방금 세탁한 세제냄새? 섬유유연제 냄새가 좋았는데 베게 솜 자체에 동남아 특유의 체취? 가 베겨있어서 좀 힘들었습니다.
지금 생각해보면 베게 바꿔달라고 할 걸 그냥 사용했네요.. 가성비 생각하면 추천하구요,
고급스런 서비스 원하시면 비싼 리조트 예약하시면 됩니다 ㅎㅎ

슈레리어 트윈에 2박 성인2 초등2 보냈습니다
4명이 쓰기에는 많이 좁았고 탁자도 없고 객실에서 사다먹기가 너무 불편하였습니다 조식은 괜찮았고요 가격대비 좋은 숙소입니다 디몰 걸어서 2분 안독스도 바로 앞에 있습니다

コンセントの数が少ない。アメニティの綿棒があったり無かったり。洗面所にコップが無い。洗面所及びシャワールームの扉がすぐに閉まってしまい途中で止められない…シャワー後の鏡の曇を取りたくても開放できなくて不便。お湯はちゃんと出た。

親切的飯店

飯店人員都非常親切且笑容可掬，飯店雖然不是奢華路線但也是麻雀雖小五臟俱全，櫃台也會打電話提醒房客記得用餐且告訴用餐時間，非常貼心！唯獨飯店附近一天到晚都有雞啼聲，一早開始也有施工的聲音，房間隔音沒有很好都會聽到外面的聲音。

가성비 최고!

가성비는 매우 뛰어난 호텔입니다. 호텔내 관리가 매우 잘 되어있어 묵는동안 불편함이 없었습니다. 직원분들이 매우 친절하여 제가 어떤 것을 원할때 자신이 잘 모르는것이면 세명이 붙어 질문에 답해줍니다. 처음 입실할때 페라가 두개가 있는데 그걸 몰라서 좀 당황했었습니다. 둘이 서로 붙어있기때문에 크게 상관은 없었습니다. 일층에 숙박하였고 리셉션 바로 옆방이여서 많이 걱정했는데, 방음시설이 잘되어있어 불편함은 없었습니다. 일층은 베란다가 가든형식으로 욕조가 있는데, 사용해보지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 디몰메인거리까지는 5-7분 정도이고 화이트 비치까지는 7-10분 정도인것 같습니다. 다만 페라가 골목으로 들어가야있어 밤에는 좀 무서울 수 있습니다. 골목길이 잘 포장되어 있지 않아 불편은 하지만, 골목에 페라외에 호텔이 하나 더 있어 크게 무섭지는 않았습니다. 조식은 기대하지 않는것이 좋습니다. 루프탑에 수영장과 바가 있는데, 제가 늦게 가기도 했고 그날 비가 와서 바가 이미 정리되어있어 즐기지는 못했습니다. 하지만 조명과 수영장이 매우 괜찮았습니다. 청소 또한 수건 교환정도만 부탁했는데 짐 정리까지 같이 해주셨습니다. 만약 저렴한 가격과 함께 좋은 서비스를 받고 싶다면 추천드립니다.
