We stayed in the apartment during our ski trip to le Massif. The apartment is huge, with 3 large sitting/dinning areas to stretch out. The master bedroom is very large. Breath-taking view of the St Lawrence! Very clean and quiet. We cook in our own kitchen but the hotel has a very large and well stocked common kitchen. The eating area also offer very nice view of the St Lawrence.

It was not the same type of room that it was shown on the website, no BBQ, no view, and the shacks were too closed to each other, we can hear people talking…i would not recommend this place

1. The room needs proper cleaning.
2. The refrigerator was in the changing room, that needs to be at the bedroom instead.
3. A small bit of renovation here and there would be excellent.

Very overpriced, and not enough are available facilities for the number of accommodations.
We had to walk across a large field just to get to a toilet, a tap, or a shower, shared by many people.
I would stay here again if it was offered at a third of the price. The rates are unreasonable for the facilities that are offered. It is basically camping, for the price you'd pay for a Marriott or a Hyatt.

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet to stay. There are no TVs in the room but i found that actually enjoyable as it gave my girlfriend and I time to enjoy each other's company.
I think it would be a perfect place to stay, centrally if you're traveling to the Charlevoix region. Day trips by car are very easily navigated from here.

I really loved it. I liked the concept a lot. Self check in , the kitchen was a great idea. You bring your own food and cook it yourself then all you have to do is to wash the dishes you used. The view from our room was amazing. Overall it was great!!!

La douche sifflait chaque fois qu’on l’ouvrait, ce qui devenait un peu tannant à la longue, mais sinon, tout le reste était impeccable! C’était notre deuxième fois à l’auberge en réservant une “tiny house”, mais nous voulions, pour cette fois-ci, une salle de bain privée, donc, nous avons appelé la journée même pour changer de chambre et ils nous ont arrangé le tout super rapidement et facilement! Merci pour tout!

Bon 339$ pour deux nuit(j’avoue que on aurait pus être 4 adultes, mais le problème est pas la.dans des lits aussi mou que la volonté de Gerald Tremblay. Les chambres son super humide rien ne sèche c’est meme le contraire le linge ce mouille tout seul xD. Moisissures sur le carrelage de la salle de bain, si plusieurs appareils sont utilisés dans la cuisine en même temps le breaker saute ce qui veux dire que lamperage des prises est trop basse ( risque d’incendie) pour le reste c’est ben correct. Beau bon mais un peu chère.

Ce n'est pas acceptable de nous réveiller à 10h en cognant fort dans la porte de notre petite cabine, c'est comme cogner dans notre chambre. On s'était couché a 3am la veille et on a tres mal dormi. Le lit bougait énormément au moindre mouvement et les oreillers étaient tellement gros que j'ai dormi sans oreiller... Aussi, vous aviez une photo de spa trompeuse sur l'annonce, il n'y a pas de spa! On a amener notre maillot de bain pour rien.... l'endroit est laissé aller partout, les proprios font le strict minimum et font tout le temps juste jaser et chiller ensemble avec leurs amis, ils sont bruyants et prennent toute la place pour eux dans l'air commune lorsqu'ils étaient là. Des femmes de menages on pris 1h a faire le menage et la balayeuse tres bruyamment dans l'air commune vers midi.. prenant encore une fois toute la place mais quand elles mangent sur place, ne se ramasse meme pas et laisse les clients avec des tables pleines de miettes. Aucun confort dans le \"prêt à camper\" , des toiles de tente quetchua toutes alignées dans un prés en contre bas, sans électricité, sans accès en voiture et qu'un seul WC chimique dans le terrain (WC sale, pas entretenu, odeur....)

J'ai apprécié le concept de cuisine communautaire mais manque de précaution sanitaire face à la covid. Aucun désinfectant et aucun linge pour nettoyer les tables à la disposition des gens
