Great location, with many choices for shopping and food. Lively and happening. Got 3 free parking lots in front.

Unfortunately my room is facing back alley, sink is slow to discharge, walls are pealing, noise from people outside is really loud as if the door is thin.

I will not come back again, there are better ones out there.

This hotel is generally clean. Counter staff approachable and helpful. Lot of eatery around the hotel. Check in and out fast. No fridge for your cold staff if you need one.

Restless stay - not meant for light sleepers

Stayed 2 nites over the Good Friday weekend. Room was facing the road directly above the pub. 1st night - live band was till 3am, 2nd night was open mic karaoke till 4am. Imagine the torture of enduring amateur drunken singing/yelling till 4am. Not recommended to stay unless you’re there to party all nite long and sleep in till noon.

Room and service are good. However, the noise from the pub downstairs (Live band) is extremely noisy till late night. Couldn’t get a good sleep. The hotel management should take this seriously.

Location is great, walking distance to Sutera mall. The room we stayed has no window, the aircon had a bad odour. Bed is OK but pillow is too small.

Cosy budget hotel with value for money rooms. A big plus is that the rooms are clean. Location is excellent as there is everything you would want within walking distance. Pharmacies, mini marts, bars, restaurants.

A good hotel with great location for a short stay. This hotel is surrounded with many eating places, pub, karaoke etc.. The room is clean. The room aircon is cool. Booked an Elegant Suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room is reasonably big. The toilet comes with a Jacuzzi bathtub and my kids love it. We will be back again if we happen to have a short stay.

DO NOTE, this is a NON-SMOKING Hotel.

Not recommendedand only got 5 parking lot

The corridor has a lot of obstacle e.g. step and slope and the floor tiles is black in colour and not visible to see. THE TOILET FLOOR TILES ARE VERY SLIPPERY AND WET. LIFT IS FAULTY, IT WENT 2.5 floor, jerk and didnt open and went down again instead of going 3rd floor where we stay. Staircase also dark and irregular step. Lousy wifi. Hardly can be connected

Smooth check in and check out. the room is clean and has basic necessity. It would be nice to have a mini fridge. The bathroom is big and clean but it will be better if stains can be remove. In room WIFI network is poor.

The toilet floor was soapy and slippery when I checked into the room. I had to rinse it with water myself. Hotel.com says can stay 5 people but only 2 pillows on King size bed and 1 pillow each for single bed, there wasn't any spare in the cupboard either. Limited TV channels.

Hotel is situated in the middle of eateries and Sutera Mall is literally 5 mins away. Very convenient. The only complaint would be parking. Because location is shared with local eateries, you might or might not be able to find parking.

The security told us the last parking lot reserved for their boss, so we cannot park our car in the hotel parking lot. We need to park our car another side and pay our own self.

The stay was good. It was near so many eateries n malls. Able to get reserved parking. Only two things that is affecting the overall feel: 1. The room view is facing the back alley which are unpleasant looking, 2. The lift need to be upgrade as it will Jerk quite heavily when it come to a halt. Making us quite worries...

The location was great!

The hotel was surrounded by lots of good food, i.e. Meng Meng Roast Duck. Sutera Mall was 5mins away from the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Allowed early check in and late check out.

I stay at Avantgarde Hotel to attend an event near Sutera Mall, which is just opposit. I choose Avantgarde Hotel for the proximity to Sutera Mall. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful. I left my unwant cloths in the Hotel without a note, Chamber staff inform front office, and in turn, front office staff came after me. Very responsible staffs and do their job really well. Well done Avantgarde Hotel, keep it up. Good job.

my 1st experience changing rooms

we are freq guests, still did not giv us room that we requested Room 216
stay in room 218, once we enter the room, bad moldy smell, wall all stained, tissue paper box wet due to air con dripping water
2nd day morning I ask staff to get technician service air con and Im ok to change room. returned from my lunch, staff said room air con ok. at 7pm air con drips water on tissue paper box again. I went call recep, he say he will change room for us to room 216 with no extra charges
We shifted :)
Upon check out, day shift recep did not know about prev evening's incident. no communication, no log book to refer

Very nice cluster of shops around it . Close proximity to the Shopping Mall and restaurants too.

The parking lots were sufficient though the hotel could do more by reserving some lots in front of its main entrance for its occupants.

Noisy... Will not stay again

The room facing the park or carpark is very noisy and till 2am. Staff at check-in was ok, but staff not very friendly at check-out. Old room I never want to lay my hands on. Lift is very small and slow.
