The room was horrible. We tried to get a new room , couldn't . Our key didn't work until 3am . No enemties in the room to accommodate. Fridge falling apart, the ac wasn't keeping our room cool. The entire experience was horrible. It wasn't a good time .

This place was absolutely disgusting. Nobody working at front desk so there was a note saying to use the lobby phone to call. There was a note on the lobby phone that it isn't working so you have to use your personal phone to call. Then, after checking in, they tell you the elevator isn't working and we're on the 4th floor! Bad enough when you have kids, but having a senior citizen with mobility issues makes that even worse. The amount of garbage in the stairway and hallway was disgusting. The room itself was ok. Throughout the night, there were men in the hallway who were very loud making noises that sounded like they were trying to break into our room. This was terrifying for my daughter. The next morning, there were police cars in the parking lot arresting someone. I can only imagine what that was about. And, this was all in less than 10 hours.

I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. I will be fixed maybe tomorrow. We only had rooms on the 3rd floor. Okay, things happen. Thinking I can go to the room and relax and watch tv. Nope there wasn’t a connection. Non working elevator and non- working TV, non working lobby telephone. Never again! Oh, 2 Extended Stays with-in of a mile of eachother and no way of discerning easily which one is which!

My recent stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues that significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. Upon arrival, I was not informed that the elevator was out of service, which created an immediate inconvenience. Once in the room, I discovered that the television was not working, adding to the frustration.

Throughout my stay, there were ongoing maintenance problems, including lights that constantly flickered or shut off unexpectedly. At one point, the power went out entirely, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, the WiFi service was unreliable and frequently went down, making it difficult to stay connected.

Beyond these issues, the overall condition of the room clearly showed a lack of proper maintenance. There was noticeable discoloration on the walls and areas where paint was missing, which made the space feel neglected and poorly maintained.

Overall, the lack of communication at check-in combined with the numerous facility and room condition issues made for a very unsatisfactory experience. These problems should have been addressed in advance or clearly communicated to guests to set proper expectations.

Arrived at approximately 8pm and nobody was at the front desk. A handwritten note said to use the lobby phone to call the attendant. Only phone around was in the entryway and it didn’t work, but another note said to call a phone # using your own phone. Someone showed up after a few minutes and finally got a room on the second floor. Elevator didn’t work. Both sinks in the room didnt drain. Kitchen was useless without any amenities. No coffee maker. Floor in bedroom was sticky. Bathroom was less than clean. No breakfast at all.Horrible experience and will never stay in one of these places again!

Staff was amazing. Room was dirty. Shower was not working when I took a shower. Shower head was lose and water sprayed everywhere in bathroom. Bed frame has not been wiped in out don’t know when. Lots of dirt and pillows had hair. There was also a lingering smell in the hallways.

Our room had an unpleasant smell the whole time. The rest of the hotel had an odor of marijuana in hallways, elevator. People constantly prop back door open so you can get in without a key. It was not stated in the booking process that the kitchentte is completely unstocked and dishes, utensils and cooking supplies must be brought or purchased. I wouldn't book here again. Positives were the gym was nice, the hotel in general was clean. The bed was comfortable. Close to many restaurants and shopping, easy to get to interstates to travel.

Informed the manager that the room reeked of cigarette smoke. When we got into the room, the window was wide open. There was ash in the bottom of the bed frame as if someone smoked in there before we entered the room. I have pictures to prove it as well.

There was garbage in the room along with pizza boxes left and cleaning supplies on the counter when I walked in my room. Also 2 roaches crawled out of the garbage on the floor and went into the walls of the bathroom molding. I refused to stay and immediately turned in my key and left the hotel. I talked with the GM and she is willing to refund the room but I have to go through here to get that done.

Carpet in hall was very dirty. Lamps in room was dusty. Noise all night from room above. Stomping and table or chairs moving around woke us both up. Mattresses kept sliding off of bed frame. There was a trick to getting hot water. You had to put it toward the cold side. I didn’t figure it out so I got a very lukewarm miserable shower. It was a convenient location for what we were doing but I wouldn’t stay there again.

First thing.. the lobby lights was off… the counter to check in was closed. Instructions to call an extension number on the phone lobby.. but the phone was out of order then they gave you a number to call and the phone behind the closed door was ringing that no one was there. Waited for 20mins along with another person checking in till someone walked up. Once he check both of us in he then closed the door again and left.

There was no one to let me in. I arrived at 9 PM. When I finally reached someone, it took them 10 minutes to come down. The room had stains on the comforter, hair and dirt on the towels. The chair was very ratty, pieces fallen off all over. It was advertised as having a breakfast starting at 6 AM, and there was nothing.

When we arrived, at 7 pm, the office was closed and a sign said to call for assistance from their phone. The phone was broken but there was another number listed to call from your cell phone. A woman arrived about 10 minutes later and lifted the window about 6 inches, saying that it was broken. When we arrived at our room, there were scuff marks, something on the sink that came off when I scrubbed it (?), dust in the corners, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and weed.

I checked in late, around 10pm. There’s signs to use the phone in the lobby, that phone didn’t work. Called the hotel then waited 25 mins for the person working night to get to the front desk. I get to the room and it doesn’t look like it was cleaned, dead bugs everywhere and a cockroach ran across the bed. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. There was food left in the fridge also. This is either their level of clean or this room wasn’t ready to have a guest in it but they put someone in anyways. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

It was good for a single night of sleep. But there was mold in the bathroom. The showerhead was full of calcium causing the pressure to be very low. I could hear my neighbors talking and snoring (which is to no fault of the staff). There were no linens for the pullout sofa. Internet was extremely slow and cutting out.

We chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette, but found it also has NO kitchen supplies unless you purchase them. $40 for a cooking kit and $20 for plate and utensils. Lobby is clean and tidy, but once through the doors headed to elevator, its a different story. Definitely do not adhere to a no smoking policy, and it isnt cigarettes.
Got to the room, it was okay-ish but found it did not lock at all so had to go down and get another room. Desk associates were very accomodating and apologetic. New room was much, much better...cleaner, better smelling and it locked.
Its a place to sleep. I guess some folks live there...someone was deep frying fish one night and it reeked to high heavens. Its also older and needs sound proofing in a big way. The motion sensing overhead lights sucked. Bed was comfy but bring a blanket from home. The ones there are Temu thin.

They are smoking marijuana in the building

Marijuana is being used in the building. Smell is coming from the room next to me.

I complained to the staff and they said they can’t do anything.

Smell is skunk and sulfur odor. It is nasty and it is illegal to smoke in a hotel. Especially illicit substances.

This is unacceptable and any person who has money in this property would be disappointed. All shareholders would be livid.

This needs fixed now. New FreshAir hotel filters need installed in every room to detect tobacco and marijuana smoke.

Smoke detectors can be covered.

This needs to be fixed immediately. I shouldn’t have to change around my stay because other people are coming here and smoking drugs.

If they want to smoke then they can go outside. I shouldn’t smell nasty skunk odor from marijuana.

Check-in went great and they allowed me to get into my room earlier than normal check-in time.

All features of the unit worked as expected and everything was quite clean and tidy.

As time went on during my stay I noticed that housekeeping failed to service my room properly. They are supposed to give one service per week at the property and I did not receive even one during my two week stay.

Instead, I had to leave garbage outside of my door like all the other people at this property.

For clean sheets, towels and toiletries I had to go to the front desk which is usually unattended.

If housekeeping would have came, then there would be no issues with my stay. I was informed that they were short staffed but they should have had enough people hired to cover.

The last issue I had was the free breakfast. In the welcome email they send, it said that there was complimentary grab and go breakfast. I went down to check and was informed by staff that they do not have breakfast at this location.

For the price, it’s a good option but the lack of upkeep on the guests rooms is unacceptable.

I have stayed at motels that cleaned my room at a hotel standard every 2 days and replaced anything I needed fresh.

The hotel itself is fairly modern, there is a gym onsite and laundry. But the laundry room stated they accept credit cards but the feature was broken. I requested quarters in exchange for payment and was denied.

The last note is they ran out of shampoo during my stay.

Where to start....we arrived at 8:30 p.m. and were told that they were oversold and they did not have a double room available for us. They said there was one bed but since we booked with Expedia, they would have to change the requested room type before even offering that. I explained that I was travelling with my sister and a double bed wasn't going to work. I was asking for a solution, anything. The counter person was out of their depth and just not equipped to deal with this. His response to another traveler was if they didn't like it they could just leave. They had the exact same issue as me and they were a family of 3 in town for a tourney.

We spent approx 1 hour and 40 mins on the phone with Expedia looking for a solution and one was finally found. The Expedia rep was amazing and supportive and was honestly just looking for a solution that would work. Eventually with some patience from both sides, we found one. Can't thank him enough for all the work to make it right.

As for the hotel, the whole situation was handled unprofessionally by them and even the manager who had been contacted while we were there and shared a similar attitude to their staff. Staff are a by product of how they're led, that has never been truer.

We were only there for 1 night so didn't complain - not that there was someone to complain to. We checked in at 4 but were lucky we went over to check in early because the main desk closed at 6. When we checked out the next morning at 9:30 the desk was locked up tight behind a metal door and I had to ask the cleaning lady how to check out. There was a sign that said \"For help, dial 500\" which was weird. The room was very utilitarian which was fine but again, weird things like a sensor on the toilet that had to be triggered in order for the tank to refill. The wall by the garbage has seen it's share of splattered food, the wall by the bed had dings in it where the paint was chipped off. The whole room was sad and old. But hey, the water pressure was hot and strong, and the beds were fine.

The room was filthy and I had to purchase cleaning supply to clean the room. The sheets and the towels were used and dirty. You have to wash the towels in the motel & its 6 bucks to wash the towels in filth. It was so much hair and disgusting crap in the washer and drier that i went and vomited. The driers were so dirty that i hung up the items to dry but they never did become clean because i was washing it in dog hair.
There were always weirdos hanging out and people with several 200 lbs dogs.
I guess it is what you pay for but at least dont give people used towels and linnens or give the guests the name of a landry and a card because they go out of their way to make you projectile vomit.
