Smoke alarm was beeping low battery late at night. I tried to see if there was a way to turn it off and then the alarm went off even though there was no smoke or fire. I couldn't find any button or way to shut it off. I called the front desk and they were able to get it shut off, then it kept beeping again so they sent someone up to help.

Check-in was fine but once we got to our room, the smoke detector battery was dead, so it was chirping. The window was open and couldn’t close it. So we were moved to another room that room didn’t have a shower curtain so we were removed again with third row Camee to find out when we try to get ready for my grandmother’s funeral that the hot water wasn’t hot it was lukewarm and the outlet didn’t work so I couldn’t get ready in the bathroom. Then later on that night on the second night, there were kids in town for the basketball tournament that were extremely loud under us. We complained and were told that they couldn’t do anything because they were guests as well at the hotel. This continued until midnight. And then started back up around 9 o’clock when I went down and complained again in the morning because I caught children running up and down on my floor that didn’t belong on my floor. Nothing was ever done about it. So I checked out a day early requested my refund for that third day and I also want a refund for my entire day. My daughter also was at that hotel and had throw up in her bathroom and had to be moved.

What hot tub? I used the pool and it was like a polar dip. The bathroom had water under the flooring tiles. We were in room 119 March 7/8 2026. Could not sleep due to ongoing noise above us; vacuum going,thumping and dropping things and constant creaking; had to wear earplugs which did not help; told front desk twice and they didn't do anything. Breakfast was 1/2 hour late. The worst coffee ever; just coloured water; asked for other coffee, and it was the same! Complained about it and were told that was a standard amount of coffee; what a joke. Never go to this place. On top of that, we were overcharged. Never go to this place

Had made my reservations online and i had made the original one apparently for the wrong date (the day after I needed) so i had to book room again for the correct day and I was not allowed to cancel and get a refund even though it was as soon as i clicked to print the receipt i realized and expedia says hotel does not do refunds when i went to the hotel they said they would give a refund if i had made it through them and that expedia would have to refund me i told them expedia says they do not do refunds and said that was final and they say they do but i never go a refund then when i checked in it was freezing cold in the room literally speaking actually well below freezing there was a sheet and a thin blanket i turned heat up as high as it would go and t was still freezing when i left in the morning and i told they employee and they did not even respond

Hotel appears fine on the outside, but there may be trouble under the surface.
- The floor of our third floor room was not level. Does the building need structural help?
- The building's electricity went out at about 12:30 a.m., and was still not restored when we checked out at 8:30 a.m. (It was only this hotel that was affected. Nearby buildings still had electricity.) Certainly management could have had the situation corrected within eight hours; it doesn't seem right to just let that problem go unaddressed; get an electrician out there.

The towels appeared pale, as if they hadn't been washed. The bathroom accessories were missing shampoo and conditioner. When I started taking a bath in the morning, I found that the tub drain was completely blocked, and I had to take a bath in a pool of water. The breakfast lacked bread entirely. When asked at the front desk about it, the staff member replied, \"We don't serve bread; we have eggs, you can eat those.\" How can breakfast be complete without bread? The one-night charge was $103, which is not inexpensive by any standard, yet the service was disappointing.

Bathroom had mold in corners. Comforter on one of the beds had mold/mildew on it. No soap (asked twice). Thankful I had shower gel with me. Ran out of toilet paper, we used tissues. Asked for clean towels, toilet paper and soap (again) on day 3, still didn’t get any. Won’t stay there again.

Front desk person was nice but room is terrible. Was in town for a concert and didn’t have time to switch. Bed linens were stained and looked dirty. All wash cloths and towns stunk. There was black mold on ceiling and sink would not close to shave. Definitely not worth the money I paid but is closest to the Nutter Center, but plenty of others close too.

Room had a huge gap in the door. Could see out to the hall, so I know people could see in to the room. AC was not working and room was very warm. Also smelled like it had been smoked in. Wasn’t great, but wasn’t the worst. Bed was comfortable and we liked that the room had a microwave. Coffee maker was filthy.

The beds were very comfortable. The shower had warm water, but not hot. The room in general was in very good shape. The breakfast was disappointing due to quality: orange juice tasted awful, eggs cool, waffles had a weird taste. I should have had cereal as the milk was good and the yogurt.

First room appeared to be clean, although no hand soap. Turned on heat and moved blinds and VIOLA!! The room had an infestation of palmeto bugs!!! We were moved to another room. It smelled and had a drawer that remained wide open. I put a sock in it to close it, otherwise we would have had bruised shins. Of course when I asked for a refund, I have to contact corporate.The front desk person, Viaan, tells me to call Victor. Then he asks if we have picures of something he came up to see!!

The front desk clerk was awesome! NO where on my confirmation was the “booking” number needed to confirm our reservation. She worked tirelessly, as I did, to reach someone at Hotels.com to NO avail!
We finally checked in at a discounted rate she gave us out of sympathy!

The continental breakfast was terrible!
The staff was excellent, but the food should’ve been thrown away before it was even put out.
The eggs were hard and rubbery the sausage look like they were made in a nuclear reactor. They looked deformed.
I don’t drink coffee, but my wife said the coffee grounds were from mud.

What I liked - cold a/c, microwave and fridge in room, ice machine on lobby floor.

What I didn't like - no water pressure in shower. Complimentary shampoo was a foil packet that was impossible to open in the shower. Bathroom remodel left an open spot on drywall next to tub.
Hot breakfast on one morning had only breakfast meats but no eggs, bread, muffins, or fruit - just baby waffle maker and meat and no explanation.

Location was perfect. Lots of dining options walkable from the hotel. Breakfast was not good at all. I had to ask for coffee refill at around 7:30, eggs were almost burnt and dry, no fruits or other bread options and only waffles available. The bed sheets are dirty with stains and lots of hair under the sheets. It looked like the bed was made from the last guest without washing it.

Older facility, however I found my room well maintained and the staff were friendly and courteous. Lots of great food in the area to select from and easy access to the freeway. Very quiet, breakfast options were good for grab and go or eat in. Will stay with them again for business. I did not try the pool but it looked clean and tempting.

Arrivedvl early and if we wanted to check in early would charge us $10 an hour. So arrived back at 11:30pm due to our schedule. When we entered room no air conditioning had been on. The day temps were close to 100 degrees. So the room was like a sauna. Ice only on floor. Property is old and shows wear in rooms

Staff at front desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Room was fine, small fridge has a small freezer space that was nice for an ice pack as we packed lunches a few days so that was super handy! Bathroom was small, but sufficient for a few days stay, close to everything you would possibly need, lot of restaurants and retail places in the area, nice little Asian bakery real close with the friendliest owner, wanted to, but didn’t get to try the tea shops…even a couple pet stores to play with puppies if that’s your thing, ha! My daughter loved it! Didn’t swim in the pool or use exercise area. Breakfast was the typical free breakfast, nice when in a pinch to grab something like yogurt to go or whatever. Would stay there again.

The room was nice, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was just ok the eggs were a little crunchy and the coffee tasted like water but the waffles were delicious and the bacon as well. The pool was nice but small and very cold, and there were no more towels left when we went to leave. Also the smoke detector in our room was held together by painters tape, not sure if it worked or not.

A woman was at the desk explaining that her remote control for the tv wasn't working. The clerk was going to make us wait while she took 3 different remotes to the woman's room to see if any would work. The woman was kind enough to tell the clerk to check us in first. The clerk never greeted us in any fashion. I could hardly hear her and she acted like we were an inconvenience. Wont stay there again.

Our first room had some kind of mold or moisture build up on the AC/Heating vent. Multiple bugs in picture frames. The second room was better, but the bathroom had a small piece of visibly used toilet paper on the ground. It was underneath the bathroom counter just enough to not be seen unless you dropped something. Extremely disappointing.

Property needs a refresh. Everything is very clean, but worn, a bit dated, and starting to show its age. Room a/c unit was not working properly, seemed to be completely ignoring the thermostat. The room was freezing with the thermostat set at 78, and sweltering with the heat on and the thermostat set at 68. Notified front desk when checking out.

Room was not very clean. Nats flying around, toilet had hair and urine around base. Window trim is hanging down inside room allowing wind to blow in. Entire wall behind headboard and headboard itself had greasy handprints and splatter marks all over. Sheets had random stains also. Would not recommend staying here for the price.
