Clean, friendly, convenient. Id stay again. OM was very helpful.
Jean
We truly enjoyed this stay. Room was clean, shower was clean but had some peeling paint. No big deal, just noted. Air conditioner was quiet and worked well. Best part, room was made up and readycafter first night. Truly appreciated this extra service. Note: coffee packets, couldn't open them. Luckily, Starbucks was on the way to my destination. Will stay again. Good price as well.
Micheal
Would be nice if they added coffee in the rooms. Also unfortunate they were not serving breakfast on this trip
Jason
Room smelt like smoke. Said it was non smoking but it had bad smoke odor. Bed was just ok.
Ronald
Checking in was smooth and Om was very efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was cozy with nice sheets, mattress and pillows. I didn’t need to go out to get my bedding and that is very rare. The TV was a nice sized display with a clean working remote. I wish I could have stayed another day. So, I will return!
Greg
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms dated a bit, but very clean. Surrounding neighborhoods quite run down.
lawrence
Not a bad place to stay clean and quiet
Aaron
Had a busted shower head for the duration of my stay. Other than that it was clean and cozy. Conveniently located next to gas station at restaurant. Wish the pool was open.
Sarah
Very friendly staff, clean room, decently comfortable beds, quiet place, easy to walk to breakfast. The pool was out of order, but that was mentioned at the time of booking, so not too big of a deal.
Lisa
The staff was very helpful, they moved me when I had very noise guests above me.
Natalie
Upon arrival, we were waiting in front of the lobby 10 minutes. The door was locked into the lobby.
The rooms were cleaned, spacious enough. However, the door to the bathroom would not close or open all the way.
The water pressure in the shower and toilet were strong.
When we stepped out for the day, the room was cleaned and we had fresh towels placed.

Clean. AC was cool. Quiet area.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Vic was so nice and made sure I had anything I needed for my overnight. Conviently located next to the Happy Garden restaurant (Chinese/thai fusion) that was great! Also right across from the harbor for easy access to boating.

The front desk staff was very kind, he was welcoming and we had a great conversation. Was willing to assist me (I am disabled) and it was a reasonable price for a very nice room. I appreciate how quiet it is. Go 49ers!

Quiet, clean & fast check in!

Always a nice stay when we come into town,& front desk is awesome . The only down fall is the beds are not comfy at all I’m not sure why there so hard.
Keith
Parking was great, there was a charging station nearby for our EV.

This is always my go to hotel when I’m in the Clear Lake Oaks area. The prices are very reasonable, the hotel is always always immaculate. They could do a little better on their breakfast, but there are other restaurants in walking distance if you need something more substantial. The staff is always welcoming and address me by name… definitely my HomeAway from home.

Cody
Great staff and super clean and peaceful rooms
Jan Marie
Perfectly adequate. Firm, comfortable king size bed. Great linens. The shower had no safety bars and was slippery, so not safe enough for free-standing.
Victoria
An unexpectedly awesome stay in a break from camping. Super comfy beds, ultra clean, quiet and friendly!
David
Great location. Very clean and safe and the host Nick is great. Clean room and more then enough parking. Planning to stay there everytime im in Clear lake oaks.

Clean, safe, and quiet location. Front desk clerk is awsome and very knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend staying here.
Michael
As a fisherman I appreciate the boat parking area. Rooms are clean and staff is welcoming
Cody
The guy at the front desk was super chill. He pointed out where to eat and said we wouldn’t be bothered by any sketch people that lived around the area and he was right. Good place to stay.

In having left inserts from a restaurant, food was put in refrigerator. Next afternoon, went to get the food, it was warm. The fridge was turned off. Needless to say, the food had to thrown out. Not a happy camper!
Second, Pool was under renovation which means the pool is closed. The description stated there was a pol available!
This should have been a note for l person like me when looking for places to stay with a swimming pool for my bad back. If I had known, I would have stayed at a different place with a cool pool to relax in. Could not go elsewhere due to monies not able to refund.
Will not do that again, next time, will post when I get there. No pool, no monies! Lesson learned?

It was nearby my sisters house and they had recommended it. The place was clean and comfortable.

Parking restaurant near by gasoline stations near stores near by.

A good bargain for the price
Alejandro
I got 2 rooms and they were both dirty. One bed was stained. The bed in the second room had so many hairs on it as if an animal rubbed all over it. We asked them to clean the room and they did but why not just move us rooms at that point instead of having us wait even after we were already checked in ?

Good basic motel
This is a good basic motel. It’s been freshly painted with updated floors moldings. It’s very clean. There’s no elevator. The HVAC is noisy and you can hear the road traffic in front. No breakfast but there’s a good diner within walking distance.
Roberto
I really liked this hotel. First off, the service was great. The room was very clean and modern, even with usb outlets for charging your devices.... AND THEY ACTUALLY WORK. The wifi was decent with a 17 mbps download and 18 mbps upload. Tested with ookla and it said it should support 2160p (4K) streaming. I really liked the regular style drip coffee machine. The area around the hotel felt very safe and quiet even though the highway (CA 20) is right there. Overall I definitely like this hotel and highly recommend it. This place is going to be our go to now while in the clearlake area.

The last day of our stay, we were woken up at 7:30am by manager, saying, \"House keeping!\" and she attempted to open our door. I closed it and said, \"why are you waking us up so early?\"
The water pressure was strong, however, the shower did not drain well.

Clean, Safe and nice area!
After a drive around Clearlake I found Lake Point Lodge…& I’m so glad I did! It was super clean, well maintained, the kindest warmest staff and I felt super safe as a solo female traveler. Way different feel than the sketchier areas around the lake. I’d HIGHLY recommend Lake Point Lodge to anyone!

Very Comfortable Bed
Service at our late checkin was very accomodating. Truly appreciated the effortsafyer a long day of travel. Airconditioning worked very good. Only drawback was direction for use of the TV. Definitely not a deterent, maybe a suggestion for a more fluid stay. While we didn't request service for our 2 night stay it was provided and appreciated.once the pool is up and running and breakfast service provided once again this would be a perfect place to stY while we visit our son and family.
Michael
As a fisherman they have parking spaces for a boat. Front desk staff was friendly and were greeted warmly.

Vick at the front desk is so friendly and kind. He was very understanding and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will book a room there again for our family trips. Both kid and pet friendly. I came in really late from the Bay Area and needed a hotel for the night/morning. Staff was very kind and the check-in was a breeze, and was given a later check out due to the time we arrived. I would most stay again and again.
